Prompt: Write a 100-word or a 500-word fic featuring a HP character losing it and showing temporary insanity.

100 words.

Andromeda stood by the library door, unsure. Narcissa was inside, sitting primly in the most comfortable chair, determinedly not reading.

Breathe, Andromeda!

She entered and sat herself opposite her younger sister.

"Cissy?"

She smiled at her. No question had ever been quite so hard to ask.

"What would you say if I fell in love with a mud–" No! "a muggle born?"

Narcissa laughed.

"I'd say you were insane."

Insane?

Her brow furrowed, "You're not, are you?"

Andromeda tried to laugh. As if love was a joke. "Of course not, Cissy."

She couldn't bring herself to tell the truth.
