The Last Dragon's Egg

Summary: PRMF: The final dragon's egg can only be claimed by the Chosen Master. Both the forces of good and evil are trying to claim the Chosen Master, for the hope that they will have control over the last Dragon, and the person who controls the dragon.

Disclaimer: I don't own Power Rangers.

Epilogue:

The Rangers had thrown a little party in celebration of defeating the Huntress. Chip and Xander were taking great delight in getting Chester to taste all of the food that the modern age had to offer. Chester knew that the world that he had known was gone and he was thankful that he had friends to show him the new world.

Vida was trying to introduce Fireheart to Nascor and make sure that they didn't fight each other. They kept snapping at each other and stretching their wings to try and intimidate each other. With them both being young dragon's, it was quite funny to watch but Vida knew that this rivalry could become dangerous when they had both grown into adulthood.

Looking around the room, Vida couldn't see where her twin sister was. She saw that the door leading onto the balcony was open so figuring that she would find her sister there, Vida headed outside.

'What's wrong sis?' Vida asked, seeing Maddie's back. 'Your missing the party standing out here in the cold.'

'In my prison cell, I had a dream. Perhaps even a vision into the future. It looked like I was going to lose you.' Maddie sobbed. She then turned around as she felt her twins hand on her shoulder.

'What did you see?' Vida asked.

Maddie looked up at Vida and the vision came back to her as if she was just seeing it. She put her hands either side of Vida's head and said, 'it'll be easier for me to show you.' Vida closed her eyes as she saw the vision that Maddie saw.

She saw herself back in the stone temple with four other people. She could only see their silhouettes but they were each standing in front of each of the archways that led of somewhere in the temple. Above each doorway, a symbol glowed a different colour, picking out the detail on a different animal. There was a yellow cheetah, a green shark, a blue dolphin, a red lion and looking above her door, Vida saw a pink dragon.

Chester was talking to them, holding up a red box like device and showing it to them. An image of an orb like object then appeared out of the fountain, rotating around its axis as strange writing appeared all along its surface. Vida felt like she could read that writing, if only she could get closer to it.

She then saw Chester pointing towards the last archway, which was glowing different colours. Again, Vida couldn't work out what he was saying but she knew that it was important. Just as she was about to enter the portal, Vida woke up and saw her sister staring right at her.

'I have a really bad feeling Vi if you step through that portal.' Maddie said. Maddie felt a tear fall down her face as she realized that she may lose her sister to a greater destiny, and be by her side as she fulfilled it. This scared her more than anything, for they had always done everything together.

'If that does happen sis, we can still see each other. No matter where I go, our connection will never fade and if you ever need me, I will find my way back to you.' Vida said, holding onto her sister tightly. 'Besides, Nick knows that if anything were to happen to you, he would soon follow you.'

Maddie laughed at these words, knowing that Vida would never really hurt her friends. But Vida knew otherwise. This new power that she felt growing inside of her, the power that grew in strength in the shadows and at night, meant that she was more than capable to carrying out her threat.

As the sun set on this eventful day, Chester looked on at the twins. He knew their destiny and the identity of the other four people, for his family had foresaw that vision many years ago. 'I'll soon find my way back to you my love, for I now have the means to do the impossible.' Chester said to himself, looking at a tiny portrait in a locket of beautiful young woman, who had a striking resemblance to the two twins standing on the balcony in the dying rays of a setting sun.

There we go people, I've finally finished the story. If anyone can guess who the other four people are who were in the temple, then I will tell them a general synopsis of where I am taking my series of stories. Otherwise, please watch this space for the next story.
