Rochelle fell onto the hard asphalt with a groan, her gun thrown out of her hand as a Hunter's claws racked across her chest. She could feel her eyes watering as her weakening voice yelled out for help, fear gripping her when no one immediatly came to her aid.

She continued to try and fight the Hunter until a single shot was heard; Rochelle's eyes opening just in time to see a bullet go through the raised Hunter's head.

It's body twitching for a few seconds before falling foward, lying over top of her until some one's foot connected with the hooded monsters shoulder; roughly shoving it off of the reporter.

Her vision was slightly blurred as she was lifted off the ground, a pair of strong arms holding her close to their warm body as they ran to the safe room. She only caught a glimpse of white that was under her fingertips as she clutched the person's clothing, "Nick...?"

Her savior's head moved down to look at her with a nod, "It's alright Ro, I gotcha."

Rochelle's vision was dotted before completely going black.

"Where you think Nick learned to stich wounds like that?"

'Voices?'

"From what I can tell, he's probably had years to practice."

'Who's there?'

"Guys?"

"Hey, I think she's comin' around."

Her vision was once again blurred but after a few minutes of blinking, it finally cleared enough to see two of her team mates standing beside her.

All of them wearing a look of relief and each letting out a small breath as she moved her arm to touch her forehead and rub her the sleep from her eyes.

"Hey guys, what happened?"

Ellis was the first one to answer her, patting her shoulder gently. "Hoodie got ya."

Rochelle blinked again slowly, her memory coming back to her in pieces until she remembered the small glimpse of white before losing consciousness.

"Nick?"

"Brought you to the safe room and patched you up, finally fell asleep after watching you for a good hour and a half." Coach said with a smile to let her know the con man was fine, moving to the side so she could see Nick sitting against the wall beside the bed, his arms crossed and his head down.

"Thanks Nick." She whispered with a smile, the con man was the last thing she saw before falling asleep again.

I'm so sorry this is so short, I just wanted to write a quick thing. I hope you like it, and I will try and write another one about them after the infection soon.
