Eyes gleam in the dark. Soft whiskers tickle his skin. A rough, wet tongue laps gently behind his ear, sending a tingle down his body. He can't stop the resulting quiver in his leg, and he feels a smile against his neck.

"So that's the spot, Woof?"

He tries to smirk and only partially succeeds; that rough tongue is driving him to distraction.

"You wish."

A low, purring chuckle, and a large hand closes around his twitching member. "Then why is your tail wagging?"

He turns in his lover's embrace, unable to bear it any longer. He kisses the other passionately, desperately, burying his hand in his soft, wavy mane. He shifts down, resting his nose against the junction of neck and shoulder, and breathes in.

This is wrong, so wrong. There's no loyalty here – never has been, never will be. He can smell it on him; other homes, other lovers. He growls and nips the tanned neck more harshly than he intended, jealousy winning out over the throb of his cock. There's an answering hiss as the other tightens his hold, short nails digging into his back.

He pulls away, sitting back on his heels. His partner can't be trusted – climbs into the lap of anyone who offers him a warm bed for the night. It goes against everything he believes in, and yet he wants him in his bed, wants those faithless lips around him and those long, bronze limbs entwined with his own.

He whines in frustration and turns away, lust and jealousy and hurt threatening to tear him apart. The bed creaks behind him, and two large hands come to rest on his head, gently teasing the large tufts of blonde hair.

"What's the matter, Woof?"

He turns and looks at him, part of him wondering how many others he's touched this way, part of him wanting to shove him to the mattress and prove who is the alpha male.

And part of him wonders if he's got it all wrong, if it's possible to love more than one person.

"Lang Zi says, 'Wolves mate for life'," he offers helplessly.

A Cheshire grin as he's drawn closer.

"Now where's the fun in that?"
