Runner 5 managed to outrun the zombies, hiding behind a couple of rocks within a cavern as it was still pouring harshly outside, the rain making it hard for the zombies to see the cavern he was hiding in as he panted, wiping his forehead.

"Good lord... will I ever escape from these annoying zombies?' Runner 5 asked himself, wondering how Toadette managed to get through her stomach troubles as he used the seg way as a way to take his mind off the zombies, wondering if biding his time was the key to all this...

"So..." Waluigi asked as he stired his cup of coffee, taking a good, long sip of it as he faced Toadette. "Your stomach is still giving you trouble, kiddo?"

"Well..." Toadette trailed off as she felt her stomach rumble, slapping it as she then felt nauseous, placing her right hand up to her mouth. "Yeah... it is, Wally. It feels like it's been years, though..."

Waluigi rolled his eyes as a couple of loud knocks was heard on the door. Toadette headed to the door, opening it to see a fellow mushroom girl. It was Toadiko, who looked like Toadette but didn't have pink pigtails, who wanted to see Toadette.

"Hey, TD! just came by to say hi!" Toadiko greeted as she held her hands together, tilting her head to the right. "Anything exciting going on with ya?"

Toadette's stomach growled again, with Toadette punching it as she then felt a sharp pain in her right foot, screaming in pain as she held it. "No... things have been just fine..."

Toadiko squinted her eyes as she glanced at Waluigi, who simply shrugged as he was reading through a newspaper, then turned to Toadette. "...I don't think you're fine."

"Trust me, this is nothing," Toadette stated as her stomach grumbled again, pinching it as she then felt a strong pain in her head, causing her to fall flat on her face.

Toadiko helped Toadette up as she turned to Waluigi. "Is she always like this?"

"Eh, not really." Waluigi remarked as he took a sip of his coffee, just treating this as a regular occurrence. "Her stomach is just acting like a jerk today. No reason why."

Toadiko murmured as she looked down at Toadette, shaking her head. "Well, I can't let a good friend like Toadette endure this pain. I'm going to help."
