Another minishot! This time it's 5986, which I really love:) Once again, I do not own any of these characters; they all belong to Amano-sensei!

A tissue box flew across the room, hitting him squarely on the forehead. "That hurt! 'The hell was that for-"

Another item was thrown, interrupting him. He ducked to avoid it this time."Stupid girl! Why are you so damn angry?"

Must be PMS, he thought in his head.

"T-that's because Gokudera-kun doesn't understand Haru at all!" The brunette sobbed.

W-WHAT THE HELL. "What makes you say that?"

"Because you forgot! You totally forgot!"

"Forget what?"

Amidst her tears, she glared and picked up her comb. "MY BIRTHDAY!"

The door opened and a head popped into the room. "Hey Gokude-"

"INCOMING, YAMAMOTO!" He screamed back.

The male turned to see something flying towards him. Wait, wasn't that a comb…?

"Whoops." He shut the door, saving his life.

The makeshift weapon promptly bounced off the walls, ending up brushing past the silver-haired man's face, causing him to yell, "WATCH IT LADY!" before realising that she had buried her face into her hands again. Sighing, he walked over and put his hand on her shoulder.

"Go away."

"I'm not going to," he said firmly. "I didn't forget about your birthday."

She looked up; face red, tears streaks gleaming. "Really?"

"Look here."

She turned, and he pulled her into a short kiss.

Pulling back, he fished something out of his pocket while she sat, staring at him.

"C'mon, I'm not as bad as turf-head. This is for you." He gave Haru a small package, which she handled gently.

Opening the box, her eyes widened as she realised what it was. She squealed.

It was a ring. A beautiful ring with her name engraved on it.

She had been waiting for this!

"Haru..." He was stopped by a finger to his mouth. Haru smiled, fresh tears forming in her eyes, not with despair, but joy.

There was no need for him to pop the question.

Because she already knew what her answer would be.

"Yes. Yes I will."

She put her arms around him. "I love you."

The storm guardian smiled. "Happy birthday."
