Dear Ginny,
I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I never meant to leave you; it wasn't my choice. If the choice had been mine, I would have stayed by your side through all of this.
I want to tell you that I love you. I don't know how this war will end, but we'll see each other again before it does. I promise you that Ginny. I love you.
I will do everything I can to make this right, to make it end. I don't know how long it will take, but I will do everything in my power to make it happen.
I can only imagine what it's like at Hogwarts under this new regime. I love you Ginny. Please try and stay safe. And, before you say anything to that,
I'm not saying it because I think you're weak, or incapable of standing up for yourself; on the contrary, it's because I don't want to lose you.
If you die, this war keeps raging. Do you know why?
Its because I'm the only person that can end this; and you are the reason I'm fighting. If you die, I lose the main reason I have for fighting in this war.
