Surprise, it's a double update.
British Invasion
The Fourth of July, a day where some lovely Americans, probably singing something patriotic, would have been great news for chart topping sucess. However, this was not the case...The people who hit both No.1 and No.2 in the USA's album charts were not even a little American, but two British lads instead. The last time such a feat had been made was in 1993, by artists Eric Clapton and Sting.
Ed Sheeran, currently No.1, can also claim to have the largest sales week for a British male artist in America for nearly ten years. The other fellow, Sam Smith, did so well for his debut album. He also gained success the previous week on the singles chart.
It's seems that maybe America's people aren't so bad, at least when it comes to music.
By Arthur
"Dude no way! You must have got your facts mixed up!"
"No, I did my research, nothing in my article is lies, unlike yours." Arthur sighed, sipping his tea.
"My people must have made some kind of mistake, they just thought they were American so bought some of their music." Alfred exclaimed.
"Or maybe you like Arthur more than you say you do." Francis smirked, slipping into the room.
"No way, nope!" Alfred folded his arms, huffing.
"I'd say you were just in denial, mon ami."
Alfred frowned at him, shaking his head.
"Well, it's not like I'd date you or anything, anyway." Arthur mumbled, taking another sip.
Francis smirked, he always found it amusing when people were denying their feelings for one another, or the feelings he believed they had for each other.
