Hi everyone! Happy Spring Break! (well, I'm on Spring Break, anyway) Ok, well I saw that a lot of people have wrote letters that Peeta wrote to Katniss before the Quell to give to her if he died and she didn't. I almost cried while I wrote this! But I think you'll like the ending.

Please R&R, and maybe check out my other story, As Lovely as a Primrose? Thanks!

Dear Katniss,

If you are reading this, it means I am no longer physically with you.

But am I really gone?

When you ever have a nightmare, just close your eyes and feel my warm

hand caress your beautiful face, and you will be ok.

When you feel sad or lonely, just close your eyes and feel my lips

against yours, stopping your worries.

Remember in the arena, lifetimes ago? When I told you I'd loved you

forever? Ever since I heard your sweet voice? Well, I never stopped

loving you. And I never will.

So please, don't dwell on the past. I will be so much happier knowing

that you have moved on. You have people that love you, darling

Katniss. People that will be with you, every step of the way, to help

you step in to your bright future.

But if anything makes you resist walking forward into that bright

world that is your life, just close your eyes, and imagine me pushing

you forward into your dreams and beyond.

Just close your eyes, and I'm there.

Love forever and always,

Peeta Mellark.

A teardrop smeared her love's last name, and she let out a sob she had

been holding back for so long.

Peeta was right, though, she had to move forward. To make a plan that

would escape him from the blood thirsty hands of President Snow.

For her to move forward back into his loving arms.

She set the letter down neatly by her bedside table, and climbed in to

bed.

Thoughts of hope and determination rebounded in her skull. Tomorrow

would be a new day.

Taking advice from Peeta himself,

she closed her eyes.
