"You had that coming in spades, Champ," John Winchester smirks evilly.

"But…"

"Don't 'but' me. There's nothing like a good training exercise in hand-to-hand combat to make you appreciate doing your homework more."

"I can finish off Sammy pretty good, Dad."

"This is not about Sammy but about you and me… the whole nine yards, sport."

The older boy's expression turns sour. "We might just as well keep that in mind until you're back from your hunt."

"What kind of an idiot do you take me for, Dean? Out in the yard in five!"
