Previous Chapter

"Ino's not crazy!" Sakura defended her best friend. "Besides Mr. Uchiha already agreed to it."

"Well from what you told us, she doesn't exactly scream 'normal'.

Sakura opened her mouth, about to reply back to Sasuke, when Itachi interrupted.

"Calm down, little brother. If Sakura wants to have a sleepover, then she can have a sleepover."

"What?" Sasuke asked.

"She just got her crazy psycho ex off her back. I think she deserves a little fun," Itachi smiled at her, which she reciprocated. Sasuke rolled his eyes.

"Whatever. Don't complain when you get a stalker in the house."

Chapter 10: Girls Who Run The World

"Is that girl still coming over here?"

"Her name is Ino and yes, she is still coming," Sakura answered Sasuke as she went into the kitchen to grab the snacks she had prepared for tonight.

"Hn."

"It's a Friday night, you could go out yourself," Sakura reminded him, balancing the plates in her hands, closing the fridge with her foot.

Gaara scoffed. "Sasuke has no friends."

Sasuke glared at the red head before he got off the couch. He grabbed one of the plates Sakura was struggling with before it fell out of her hand.

Sakura smiled surprised. "Oh thank you Sasuke, I was just about to drop that."

"I would like all of our dishes in one piece, so watch what you are doing, clumsy oaf."

Sakura growled. "Well then I take that back."

"Whatever, where do you want this?"

"Follow me," Sakura answered, heading up the flight of steps. Sasuke followed as commanded up to Sakura's room. He noticed the space she had cleared for sleeping, one sleeping bag lying on the floor.

"Why not just sleep in your bed?"

"It's more fun to sleep on the floor. You must have never had a sleepover before," Sakura said, setting the plates down on her desk.

"Hn."

The doorbell ringed shortly after, causing Sakura to squeal and run out the room quickly. Sasuke looked around for somewhere to put the plate and settled on the bed. He stuffed his hands in his pockets and slowly walked down stairs to see the company who would be annoying them the whole night. Upon entering the room he noticed Gaara, Itachi, Sasori and Neji discreetly trying to look busy while glancing in the direction of the front door.

Sasuke smirked and sinked back into the couch. "You act like you have never seen a girl before."

Neji shot the Uchiha a look. "Well this is the first time a normal girl has been in the house, whom has come through our front door."

"Fan girls who sneak in through the windows and the garage do not count," Gaara said. "And she is Sakura's friend and Sakura, so she is…okay, this girl can't be that bad."

"Turn on the TV so it looks like we are not spying," Itachi hissed.

"We are not spying on them, this is my house," Sasuke huffed, crossing his arms.

"Just shut up-"

All of them hushed at the sound of footsteps and glued their eyes to the TV set in front as if their lives depended on it. They heard giggles before Sakura cleared her throat.

"Gentlemen," she stared. "I would like to introduce you to my best friend, Ino," she smiled.

Itachi turned his head coolly. "Oh Sakura, I did not see you there," Itachi got up and walked towards the two girls. He stuck his head out towards the blonde girl. Her long hair was pulled into a high ponytail, her green eyes full of mischief.

"My name is Uchiha Itachi but you can just call me Itachi," he winked in her direction, shaking her hand. Ino gripped his hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you too, hunk."

Itachi rubbed his hand after she released it. "Have quite a grip on you."

"It's probably from my kickboxing," Ino smirked. She looked around him to the other guys in the living room.

"Sakura, you said they were hot but you did not say that they were on fire!" Ino said a little too loudly.

Sakura elbowed her friend in the side. "Alright, I'll behave," Ino assured her.

Sasuke glared at the girl. "Another annoying girl."

"Well, umm, that is Gaara over there, the one with the tattoo on his forehead, the other red head is Sasori, the one with the long hair is Neji and the one giving you the stink eye is Sasuke," Sakura introduced them.

"Oooh, that's Sasuke," Ino sized him up. "Should have known."

Sakura giggled and slapped Ino on the shoulder. "Hush you."

Sasuke's blood was now at boiling point. There was no way this girl was staying overnight in his house. Before Sasuke could say a word, a servant entered the room carrying two large blue suitcases and a duffle bag.

"You planning on moving in, blondie?" Gaara asked, looking at all her luggage.

"You know girls have a lot of stuff," Ino winked at him. Her phone ringed loudly playing a pop song that made Sasuke cringe inside. She frowned as she pulled the phone out of her pocket and glanced at the screen.

"What is it now, Shikamaru? I thought I told you I wasn't talking to you until you apologize!" Ino shouted into the phone as soon as she answered.

Sakura nervously laughed and watched her friend fling her arms around as she talked loudly, her voice increasing in volume every second.

"Shikamaru is her boyfriend," Sakura informed them.

Sasuke scoffed, surprised that thing even had a boyfriend. He felt sorry for the person on the other end receiving the same torture they were going through now. He glanced at Sakura out of the corner of his eye. Sakura was not as nearly as loud as this girl; she was more tolerable.

Sakura motioned to the servant about to take the bags upstairs that she would handle it, sending him off with a smile. The guys observed as Sakura struggled to get the bag over the first two steps.

"Come on, now work with me," she puffed, pushing the suitcase. Neji was soon beside her helping, grabbing the handle and lifting it off the ground.

"Neji, I can handle it." Sakura tried to convince him, reaching for the handle to take out of his hand.

"It's no trouble," he assured her, picking up both bags with ease. Sakura followed close behind him with the duffle bag. Once inside her room, he parked both the suitcases next to her bed.

"Thank you so much, Neji," Sakura smiled brightly, patting his shoulder.

The Hyuga froze underneath her touch before he nodded and bolted out of the room, soon back in his spot on the couch. Gaara laughed. "Don't tell me you're going soft on me Neji."

Neji snorted at the idea. "No…of course not."

Sakura came back down the stairs to find Ino still on the phone off to the side now taking in a soft voice. She purred into the phone, cooing sweet affections to her boyfriend.

Sasuke looked at her with disgust. "She is a mad woman."

She hung up the phone and turned back around. "Sorry about that," she said. "You know how relationships are."

Sasori stared at her blankly. "No, I can't say that I do."

"Forgot about that," Sakura said now grabbing her friend's hand, pulling her in the direction of the stairs. "Let's go!"

Ino resisted the pink haired girl's tugs to smile at the boys. "It was nice meeting all of you."

They waited until they were certain they heard Sakura's door close before they started talking.

"Good, I thought she would never leave," Gaara sighed, leaning back into the sofa.

"She wasn't that bad," Itachi said. "I met worse and we have seen worst."

"Does not matter, she is too noisy and obnoxious, she is nothing like Sakura," Sasuke muttered.

"What did you say?" Neji asked, trying to confirm if he had heard him right. Sasuke never praised anybody.

Sasuke fixed the collar on his shirt. "Nothing."

Neji eyed the Uchiha for a second longer before he nodded. Itachi stood up in front of the TV blocking everyone's view.

"Move, I like this show," Gaara growled, leaning his head to the left.

"Guys, its Friday, we should be doing something fun."

"Such as?"

"Let's go out and party!"

"Not interested," Sasori said, staring off into space.

They heard loud laughing coming from upstairs. "We can't let them have all the fun. So if you guys will not go out, then I suggest we bring the fun to us."

Sasuke looked at his brother suspiciously. "What do you have in mind?"

"This green tea mask is making my face itchy," Ino whined, peeling off the paper.

"You're the one that picked them out," Sakura reminded her friend, smoothing her mask over her face.

"Sooo spill," Ino grinned, nudging her friend with her elbow. "Have you seen any of them naked?"

"INO!"

"What? You are the only girl up here with them and they're guys. I bet they're always walking around in the nude."

"No. I have not seen them naked nor do I want to."

"Come on, Sakura, stop lying to yourself."

"I'm serious. I told you I have moved on. I care more about personality, morals, love."

Ino gave her friend a look. "So you're not going to pay attention to looks?"

"I did not say that. Looks are important but there is much more to a person than that. For example, Sasuke may be handsome but he has the personality of a brick."

"A hot brick."

"It's still a brick, regardless; I would be bored in five minutes if I ever dated him."

"How do you know his real personality? You said so yourself that you don't exactly talk with them all the time. How about other ones, like the hot bad boy with the spiky red hair?"

"Gaara? I'm not sure, he seems a bit unstable."

"Well then, Souair?"

"His name is Sasori and I don't really know much about him. He is really quiet but he has been nice to me."

"The one with the long hair?"

"Neji? He is okay too. At least he talks once and a while.

"Well then, what about Itachi?"

Sakura laughed. "Itachi is a sweet talker and a playboy. I think we both know how that goes."

"True, but you know people can change when they find someone they really want to be with."

"If you say so, I just can't really see myself- "Sakura jumped when she heard a loud bang come from downstairs.

"What was that?" Ino frowned, sliding off the bathroom counter.

They both heard low voices talking loudly downstairs. "Are you expecting company?"

"No," Sakura said looking at her friend. "As far as I know, nobody else was supposed to come over tonight."

"Naruto, dude, can you watch it? That is expensive," Kiba whined, watching the blonde drop the speaker on the ground the third time in a row.

"Sorry but maybe if you helped me, this would be easier to do," Naruto barked his face red in frustration.

"Well maybe if you had some more upper body strength like me, you wouldn't need any help," Kiba retorted.

Naruto's eyes widened in anger. "Are you calling me weak?"

"Well I'm certainly not calling you strong," Kiba said, rolling his eyes.

Naruto started to stride towards Kiba, ready to give him a piece of his mind, when he was intercepted by Sasuke.

"Enough," he growled. "We do not have time for this."

Naruto scowled but went back to the speaker and picked it up, moving it along.

Deidara looked around the room, frowning. "Hey Itachi, how come there aren't any hot girls here. It's Friday night man!"

Itachi shrugged his shoulders. "Sasuke does not want any girls over here."

"What? You take orders from your little brother now?" Deidara teased.

"Well, I could invite some girls over here," Itachi said thoughtfully. "But then I'd have to hear Sasuke whine like a little girl about it all weekend," he smirked.

Sasuke glared at his older brother as everybody started laughing. He muttered to himself secret ways to eliminate them later.

Sakura and Ino slowly tiptoed halfway down the stairs and peaked over the banister into the living room. The boys were all facing the large TV screen with two black speakers. They were setting up a gaming system. Sakura noticed three new figures inside the room, unable to identify them with their backs turned to her.

"Ooooh, who are these new boys?" Ino's eyes gleamed, eyeing the room.

Sakura squinted trying to get a better look. "I guess they invited some friends over."

"Let's not just stand here," Ino said, making her way down the rest of the stairs.

"Ino, wait!" Sakura whispered, trying to call her friend back. She followed slowly yanking her boy shorts down; she wished she had worn something longer.

Ino greeted them with a hello before she disappeared into the kitchen. Sakura, trying not to make eye contact with anybody, quickly scurried inside behind her.

"Whoooa, didn't you say there were no girls in the house?" Deidara said. "Sakura is here!"

"Sakura is having a sleepover," Itachi clarified. "They are the only two girls here."

"Man, they are hot!" Naruto exclaimed.

"Yeah, I can't believe it's just the two of them, hot girls like that always have a ton of hot friends. They run in packs!" Kiba panted.

Gaara rolled his eyes as he inserted the game into the system. "It's just the two of them. And keep your tongue in your mouth, dog boy. You're getting droll on the carpet."

"So is Sakura available?" Deidara asked. "You interrupted our skateboard session last time before I could find out."

"No, she is not," Neji narrowed his eyes at him.

"Oh, so you guys are dating then?"

"…no."

Itachi hushed his friend. "Look Sakura is off limits, okay?"

"Okay, okay, I got it. What about the blonde one?"

"She has a boyfriend," Sasori answered adjusting the speakers.

"Awww man, so I don't have a chance," Naruto sulked, hanging his head.

"You never did," Sasuke muttered.

"What? All the ladies want a piece of Naruto!"

"Yeah, the mentally insane," Gaara joked, making everyone laugh. The doorbell ringed and soon Sai, Kisame and Tobi were escorted inside.

"You did not warn me that it was such a sausage fest up in here," Kisame said, looking around at them.

"Where are the ladies?" Tobi asked.

"Finally someone that is on the same page with me," Deidara smiled, picking up a controller off the floor.

"Uggh, I can't believe you," Sakura said as the blonde raided the fridge. "Why did we have to come down here?!"

Ino laughed. "Will you just chill? I just said hi, I was being friendly."

"You sure you weren't flirting?"

"Pllleasse, I would not trade my Shikamaru for anyone, no matter how much he annoys me. Besides, they weren't paying us any attention."

"I guess so," Sakura said, chewing her bottom lip. "Hurry up so we can go back upstairs!"

"Don't rush me woman," Ino said, moving onto the cabinets before closing them. "I'm good now," Ino said, now holding a stash of sweets in her arms.

"I prepared snacks already," Sakura reminded her of the food upstairs.

Ino rolled her eyes. "Who has a vegetable tray at a sleepover?"

The two pushed the kitchen door to enter back into the living room. As soon as they stepped inside, all eyes were on them instantly.

"Oh, so you did invite girls, why didn't you say so?" Kisame said, slapping Itachi on the back. "I should have known."

"Uhh, they aren't here to-"

"Sooooo, what are you playing?" Ino asked, cutting Itachi off.

Sasuke threw her a glare. "None of your business."

Ino moved closer to the screen and her eyes lit up. "Oh my gosh, are you playing Super Smash Bros Brawl?!" She was clearly excited.

"Er-"

Gaara looked surprised. "You play video games?"

Ino flipped her hair over her shoulder in a boastful manner. "Well of course I play video games. I play them all the time. Can I play?" She smiled.

"Absolutely no-"Sasuke started, but was cut off by his older brother.

"Of course you can play," Itachi said handing a controller to Ino.

Sasuke scowled but kept his mouth shut. "Whatever. Just try not to get in my way."

"Umm Ino," Sakura said quietly trying to get her friend's attention as she forced Naruto to give up his spot on the couch.

"Come on Sakura, we can play one game," Ino said, patting the spot beside her. Sakura slowly walked over and sat down. "I promise."

"Okay blondie, you lost five times in a row," Gaara said boredly. "Give back the remote."

"NO! One more game!"

"You been saying that for four games straight; besides you came in dead last. Give back the remote," Gaara growled.

Ino pouted as she held out her hand to surrender the remote. Gaara reached to pull it out of her hands but she would not let go. Ino quickly glanced at Sakura and grinned brightly.

"What?" Sakura asked, not liking the look she was getting from her friend.

"Sakura, why don't you play?"

Sakura eyes widened as she shook her head. "Oh, no no no!"

"Come on, you have to represent our girl power!"

"I only played this game once!"

Gaara scratched his forehead near his tattoo. "If you want to play Sakura you can," he said letting go of the remote. Ino quickly shoved it into her hands.

"Well, I want to play too," Deidara winked at her.

"I'm in as well," Neji said.

"Hn." Sasuke responded as he picked up another remote.

"I will help you," Ino convinced her as she scooted closer to her friend.

Sakura hesitantly looked over the character selection before choosing finally.

An idea suddenly popped into Deidara's head. "Hey, how about we make things more interesting?" A sly look on his face. "We raise the damage ratio to 2.0 and put the handicap on the characters on 300%. One-hit KO's."

Sasuke and Neji silently looked over in Sakura's direction, her eyebrows furrowed from confusion.

"Don't you think we should keep it pretty easy?" Neji said, wondering if Sakura would have difficulty.

"Are you okay with it Sakura?" Deidara asked sweetly.

Ino whispered in Sakura's ear to explain. "I…guess?"

"Great then!" Deidara cheered as he changed the settings.

And thus, the match started. "3...2…1…GO!" The announcer on the game boomed loudly. Sasuke was on one end of the platform in the stage while Sakura was on the opposite end.

I'll take her out first, he thought to himself. She'll be the easiest target.

She did agree to the terms of the game. He wasn't about to go easy on her. He skillfully jumped over Neji and Deidara characters without getting hit. He prepared to attack Sakura's character and eliminate her.

I got you now, Sakura, he smirked.

Sakura had seen him coming and had prepared a move thanks to Ino's help. Holding down a button, she charged up energy in her character's sword. When Sasuke was in close enough range, she unleashed her attack on him, striking his character.

"Yes Sakura, kill him!" Ino shrieked, punching the couch cushion. Kiba and Naruto quickly backed away from her in fear.

"Stop making so much noise," Sasuke growled, struggling to get away from her.

Since the match was basically one-hit KO's, Sasuke's character was knocked off the screen, followed by an explosion, granting Sakura her first KO.

"I can't believe I did that," Sakura gasped, looking at her friend.

"Don't stop now, take out those another two!" Ino exclaimed, jumping up and down.

"Okay, I'll try my best."

Itachi laughed. "Ha ha ha, she got you good, little brother."

Sasuke glared at his brother and looked at the pink hair out of the corner of his eye. He surprisingly was not as mad as he usually was when he lost games. Over the course of the match, Sakura got more KO's on Sasuke as well as Neji and Deidara, only getting knocked out once herself.

Deidara looked over and saw her fingers moving over the remote. "You're not actually playing, you're just button mashing!" He accused her, frustrated at being knocked out again.

"I am not button mashing, I am doing a combo, I think," Sakura said, not taking her eyes of the screen.

"She is pretty good," Sai admitted. "But that is still button mashing, you said you only played before once.

Sakura was now getting annoyed. "What is with it and guys and thinking that all girls who play video games button mash? Some of us actually know how to play," Sakura said with a bit of sass in her voice. "Give me some credit."

"I will if you can beat me," Sai said, smiling at her.

"Well, that makes everyone," Sakura cheered, finally winning the last game against Kisame.

"She played all of you and beat you guys so bad, I'm surprised you're not weeping on the floor!" Ino gloated, practically bouncing off the walls.

"Ino, calm down," Sakura said knowing how her friend was a very sore winner.

"I was just getting started!"

"Ino! Behave."

Sakura smiled as she got off the couch. "Thank you so much for letting us play, we hope we didn't ruin your guy little hangout here since we intruded. Hope we did not bother you too much."

"Come on, we need to do our pedicures," Ino called, already heading towards the stairs her snacks bundled in her arms again.

"Did you bring your French pedicure set with you?" Sakura asked, following her friend.

"Pshh, you know I did."

The guys blinked a couple times after the two left, giggling as they went back to Sakura's room.

"What just happened?" Naruto said, looking at the TV.

"We got beat by girls, hot girls!" Kiba cheered.

"They can beat me any day!" Naruto happily said, grinning.

"Looks like they are going back to their sleepover plans, I think we should go take a peek," Deidara wiggled his eyebrows, standing up.

"Count me in," Kisame said.

"Wait for me!" Tobi exclaimed, nearly tripping.

Itachi watched as the small group tried to quietly head for the steps. "Where do you think you're going?"

"We just want to see if the girls need anything. You know, back massages," Kiba said, rubbing his hands together.

"No you're not, come sit back down over here."

"Come on Itachi, you should be joining us, this is your type of thing." Kisame reminded his friend.

Itachi stood emotionless, a serious look on his face. "Nobody is going up stairs, do I make myself clear?"

Sasuke looked up, surprised at his brother. Itachi was never serious like this, unless something really made him mad.

"Itachi," Naruto whined.

"I said, do I make myself clear?"

They muttered yes as they sat back down on the floor and resumed to playing games silently, not talking to each other. The life of the party was already upstairs loudly giggling through the night.

Thank you for all the lovely reviews from last chapter, I'm glad that you enjoyed. A couple things for this chapter if there are any questions about Ino's eyes. In the anime they are blue but in the manga they are green so I decided to stick with the manga color. And for those of you that may have been a bit confused, the game that they were playing is Super Smash Bro. Brawl which is battle royal type of fighting game that allows up to four players on Wii consoles.

I know I am bad with updating and it has been a while since I have come back to the story so I will leave you with a little treat of the next chapter I have been working on. See you then!

Sneak peak

Chapter 11

"Not if you want to get your beauty sleep," Ino rejoined them, slipping her phone into her pocket. "Come on, Sakura let's eat. I'm hungry."

Sakura chuckled watching her friend rub her stomach. "Okay piggy, we can eat." Both girls headed for the kitchen.

"Wait!" Naruto said.

They both turned around slowly. "Yes?"

"Maybe you girls would like to do something today?"

Ino raised an eyebrow. "Such as?"

"I don't know, hang out with us."

Sakura eyed her friend knowing that she would definitely say yes. "Ummm, if it is alright with you guys and Ino."

"Of course it is alright with me!" Naruto cheered.

"Well count me out," Gaara said stretching, closing his eyes.

"Hn."

"I'm busy," Neji said, fixing his ponytail finally rising from the couch.

There was a moment of silence before Kisame cleared his throat. "Well I'm not busy at all girls."

"Me neither," Deidara said, smiling at them.

"Sounds like fun," Tobi and Sai said together.

"I change my mind," Gaara said, quickly standing up fully awake now.

"I'm coming too," Neji informed.

"Hn."

They did not trust the girls to be alone with these people. Who knows what they would suggest?

Itachi smirked. "I guess we are hanging out today."

"First I need a bathroom!" Naruto exclaimed, heading down the hall.
