"Katniss, what is he talking about?"

I couldn't look him in the eye. I was about to hurt him. All he did was give me his love and now I'm going to crush him.

I couldn't bring myself to tell him. I heard him start speaking again but I couldn't understand what he was saying.

"Katniss, talk to me. Please."

"Peeta listen I never meant for you to find out this way. Honestly I didn't."
