Rory stood in front of Luke's looking out into Stars Hollow as the rain poured down.

The rain is falling and it's falling fast

She was so nervous, thoughts raced through her head and her heart was practically beating out of her chest. She wouldn't be surprised if it flew away.

I feel like the clouds as they move past

One thing her head and heart had in common? Jess. He was there.

She couldn't deny she loved Jess. Not anymore. No matter how hard she tried to put out the flame on the Rory/Jess torch, it would come back, burning more with intensity.

So there she was, on the sidewalk, in the rain.

Rory was glad it was raining. He couldn't see her cry. She fidgeted with her fingers and grinned at him.

"Jess."

"I'm sorry," she cried.

"I was afraid, and confused."

They stood face to face, every breath being felt on the others face. Her bright blue eyes seemed to gaze deep beyond his brown ones; deep inside of him. His eyes doing the same to her as well. She grabbed the collar of his jacket and pulled him closer; their foreheads touching, and grins permanently etched on their face.

"I'm not."
