CHAPTER 33

Wow oh my, what a looooooong wait for me to update, huh. I know and I'm sorry. Took me a while because it had been so long that I had to read the story to know what was going on.

I know lol I had forgotten my own story. So, now just read and I do hope you like and review.

Miyuki ran towards the gates and smiled at the ninjas who bowed and let her out, as soon as she was out of sight she speed up, "Ita-" she froze as someone grabbed her and pulled her into the bushes…

"Itai," she said the grip soon loosens, looking up she saw "Kiba?"

"Sorry if I scared you Miyuki-" he said with a grin on his face, man he'd been looking for her all day, she was leaving today and his sister had given him some food pills for the pups so he could give them to her.

"No, its fine I thought you-" she stopped herself "-never mind." Kiba gave her a confused looked but said, "You shouldn't wonder outside the village alone." he told her.

"I know, I just needed some air," he smelled the air and looked at Miyuki "-my sister, Hana gave me this to give it to you" he handed her a small pouch of pills "They're are for the pups,"

"Thanks" she smiled at him and took them "Kiba may I please have some time alone, to think" Kiba nodded, "Yeah, sure" he told her, leaving her alone in the woods. Akamaru growled looking into the woods "What's wrong?" Kiba asked.

Miyuki heart began to beat faster "Kiba?" Kiba looked up at her "Do you think you can give the pills to Hinata, she'd love to give them to the puppies" he took them.

He looked at Akamaru and asked "Want to help boy?" Akamaru bark for a moment forgetting about the weird chakra in the forest.

Kiba smiled and headed back with Akamaru.

Miyuki began to walk down the looked up at the trees and applied chakra on her feet to help her climb the tree and was now sitting on the high branch of a tree.

She looked at the view from the tree branch, it was beautiful. He was gone, he was really gone. Itachi wasn't far from where he had to leave Miyuki. He looked back to see the dim lights of Konoha. His home.

Why should he leave, just because…

He has already missed so much; he's already missed Sasuke' practices, his bonding time with Hinata. In general he missed out on Sasuke growing up.

Hinata smiled Sasuke was sleeping next to her, she closed her eyes hearing the beat of his heart in her ear she fell asleep. Sasuke finally slept, after what seemed forever he didn't have any nightmares or any images about his clan massacre.

The truth that seemed so hard to believe had set him free from his revenge, freeing his soul and mind into tranquility. They slept together, and it was staying like that. Hinata was finally where she belonged; with him.

The cool breeze felt so cool and calming. She looked to the other side, to where Itachi was walking, leaving forever.

"-Itachi?" his name had come out of her mouth as a few tears fell. She missed him.

"I'm here" she heard him call out. She looked around and saw him, saw him standing on one of the branches of the tree nest to the one she was sitting on.

"Why are you crying?" he asked, she wiped the tears away and stood up"-It's nothing."

She closed her eyes to wipe the rest of the tears and when she opened them, he was gone; and he appeared next to her and said "You are a bad liar; you know" he held on to her and poofed himself with her on the ground.

She didn't look at him but she needed to tell him "-how I am supposed to be okay if I won't be able to see you again."

"Is that what's troubling you?" he asked her, Itachi laughed. Miyuki looked at him "A-are you laughing?" Itachi touched her cheek.

"I'm not going anywhere" he looked at the way that lead to the village and pointed "That is my home and I plan on staying"

…

"Did you give Miyuki-chan the pills?" Hana asked Kiba, he nodded followed by a head shake, "So did you or did you not?"

"I did, she gave them back do I could give them to Hinata so she could feed them. She hadn't answered, I figured she wasn't home or with Sasuke, so I left a note at her house and at his and then I came back"

"That's thoughtful?" Hana asked. Kiba sighed "I need sleep, the pups kept me up" Hana smiled at her brother as he and Akamaru left to their room to sleep.

…

"You're staying?" Miyuki asked. Itachi nodded "I've already missed out on so much, I'm not going to keep missing out Sasuke and everything else"

She smiled "That's great!" she hugged him. He was staying. She frowned, realizing she was leaving "What's wrong?" he then remembered.

"You're leaving tonight, aren't you?" he couldn't help but frown "Miyuki?" he said to bring her back to reality "When the storm passes, I'll visit you"

She smiled, and knew that by the storm he meant, how Lady Tsunade would take the news of him staying. How Akatsuki would react and would do when they find out Itachi is a traitor, and everything in between.

"Are you ready to go home?" she asked with a smile. Itachi nodded "I am"

Hinata yawned and noticed, Sasuke was already up "Looks like Kiba left these-" she rubbed her eyes to take the rest of her sleep away. She noticed Sasuke was holding a small pouch "Looks like food pills"

Hinata smiled "Kiba" she got out of bed and towards him; she took the bag and held his hand. Sasuke followed her in to the room where the pups and Tora were staying in.

She opened the door and smiled as she saw the three small pups squirming around and crying. The brown one with the tip of the tail as well as its belly began making its way over to her.

The other two, one who looked like much his dad and the other one who was black except for his paws and snout had managed to make their way towards Sasuke. Kin stood up and looked at his pups squirming around. He was a proud father. Sasuke smiled "They are cute, I guess"

Izumo and Kotestu jaws pretty much dropped when they saw Itachi with Miyuki. Within a few minutes ANBU surrounded them both.

Itachi didn't move and looked straight ahead to where Tsunade appeared and walked with dagger like eyes towards him "What the hell are you doing here Itachi?"

Miyuki got in front of him and looked at Tsunade "He…he want to come home!"

Hinata was now sitting in between Sasuke legs, playing with the puppies. Sasuke was smile as she saw Hinata playing with the pups.

Sasuke looked at the pup that looked like his father "Hey-" he told him "-don't bit my fingers" Hinata looked back from her shoulder "He likes you" she likes you.

Hinata smiled as he still kept on trying to find his fingers, which were now hiding under his leg. Kin as well as Tora were now catching on their sleep.

"Sasuke?" Hinata said "Hm?"

"Do you ever w-wonder how your life would be i-if your brother w-were in it" she kind of felt him tense up "S-Sasuke?" she looked back at him. His eyes showed a bit of confusion.

"I have but" he told her "it wouldn't -" had he thought about it? Yes, many times. How their relationship would have been "-be the same" he frowned, he was surprised when Hinata kissed him on the cheek.

She didn't want him to over think it, but sooner or later they have to talk, I mean they are still brothers.

Itachi who was now standing in the office surrounded with ANBU "What makes you want to stay?"
