This was one of those rare instances where I came up with the title first and the plot followed afterward.
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, but I do own my awesome title! By the way, the real title is (comma) but FF is probably gonna botch it and leave out the parentheses...
Tenten sighed as she sat at her desk. It was Monday. And that was the problem. Oh, it wasn't that Monday meant school after a weekend, Tenten was used to that. What bugged her was that it was just another average, boring, uneventful day in her average, boring, uneventful week in her average, boring, uneventful life. That was the problem. Tenten sighed at the dreary-ness of her life when the teacher, Kakashi-sensei, walked in. On time.
"Class," The usually tardy teacher announced, "We have a new student today. His name is Hyuuga Neji. Come on in, Neji." ((oh yes, that's right. I made the boy the new student instead of the girl. Breaking the cliché here!)) A boy walked in. But, obviously, this was no ordinary boy. He had long brown hair that he had tied of into a low pony tail, but the weirdest thing about him was his eyes. They were white and with no pupils. Oh, and he was really hot too, but that's a minor technicality.
Tenten grinned because her day had just made a definite turn in to the abnormal.

By the time Tenten had a chance to talk to Neji, it was already lunch time. She was able to grab him as they left the classroom for the cafeteria.
"Neji-san!" Tenten called and the boy turned around.
"What do you want?" He asked, not in a bitter tone, but it a more curious one.
"In case you're wondering, I'm not a fangirl" Yes, Neji was already having trouble with them, "I'm Tenten. I just wanted to talk to you."
"Why?"
"Because, this place is boring and you're something new." Tenten replied with a shrug.
"Oh really?" Neji asked, cocking one eyebrow. They spent the rest of lunch talking to each other and discovered they both had a lot in common.
-
"What's your favorite form of punctuation?" Tenten asked randomly.
"Punctuation?" Neji asked.
"Yeah! Mine's the comma."
"Why commas?"
"Because, with a comma, you never know what may come next! They are what add spice to your writing, without them things would be all boring and confusing. You can use them to list something, they can change the way a sentence sounds, I just love everything about them" Tenten ranted.
"They can go between names?" Neji asked with a slight smirk.
"Exactly! See, you get it. Everyone else thinks I'm weird for liking them." Tenten crossed her arms.
"So in the list of people who like commas, there is Neji, Tenten." Neji said with the deliberate use of commas. Tenten blushed slightly for some reason, but also laughed.
"Precisely." She smiled at Neji.
"So, commas, huh?" Neji asked with a chuckle.
Did that make any sense? I dunno, I thought it was kinda cute...
