20 Things No One Knows About Amane Misa

1. Contrary to popular belief, Misa was not stupid. She was just surrounded by geniuses who outshined her. And if she played stupid sometimes no one could blame her.
2. She used to play the violin. She had talent. She was genius once upon a time. But her mother wanted her to be a model and Misa couldn't refuse.
3. Misa would do anything for someone she loves.
4. Misa started speaking in third person because it annoyed her older sister, now she does it so she can feel closer to her.
5. The first time Misa died her hair blonde, it was on accident. She was originally going for brown.
6. Misa's father bought her her first violin. It cost as much as the television in their house. It was stained in the robbery.
7. She can speak English quite well. She had a cousin who lived in the states. His name was Nate.
8. Misa was offered a music scholarship to a school in London, her mother didn't want her to have a career, so she didn't go.
9. The last thing she said to her mother was "I hate you."
10. The last thing she said to her father was "I hope you're happy with yourself."
11. She didn't mean it.
12. She hates sweets, because when she sees sweets she thinks of L. While she has yet to develop a hatred or shinigami, death notes, police, or task forces, she still scowls when she sees a sugary treat. L was and is the closest she has ever come to losing Light.
13. She doesn't remember under what circumstances she met Light, but she trusts herself because the last time something like that happened she won a thousand dollars in American money.
14. She considers Misa and Misa Misa two different people.
15. Her mother was a selfish-controlling bitch, but she still loved her.
16. Her parents never told her to not be afraid of the dark, because she hadnever really needed it. She thrived on the night.
17. She knows Light doesn't love her, but that doesn't matter because he is hers.
18. She loves Sayu like the little sister she never had. She takes her out on shopping trips all the time, and one time, Misa yelled at Light for not paying enough attention to his little sister.
19. Sometimes she wants to kiss the hell out of Light, just to ruffle him up a little bit.
20. Before she died she wrote a song for Light, and L and all of those that were lost. It was the saddest thing she had ever heard and she played it once in public before she fell to her death. She could've sworn she saw Nate in the crowd.
