Kowalski, Rico, and private sat bored at their wooden table.

"I sure do miss Skipper." Private sighed looking down putting his flippers on his chin.

"It seems this group is at a loss with out him." Kowalski concluded, Rico made fake sobbing noises that caught attention from Marlene.

"Guys what's wrong with you?" Marlene questioned, raising an eyebrow at the 3 motionless penguins, they sighed holding out a piece of paper. Marlene curiously snatched the paper from them scanning over it.

"So he went out for training, he said he'll be back tonight."Marlene said throwing the note back at them.

"When skipper goes training he always says one day but we don't see him for days at a time." Private explained giving away another sigh. Rico shook his head vigorously next to him. Kowalski stayed quiet, what could he conclude if skipper didn't tell him what the issue was? Marlene raised another eyebrow and turned to leave.

"I remember when I first came to this zoo," privates eyes started tearing his beak started trembling. The memories flooded back to him.

"Dear mother Macartha what is that whimpering?" skipper shouted, he popped out of the hole in the platform; it was the middle of a cold winter night. A Small penguin was hugging himself for warmth on the corner next to the water

"What are you doing out here in the cold?" skipper asked helping the penguin up. "come inside, give you a place to sleep for the night" he pointed toward to the opening pushing the small penguin toward it.

"What's your name kid?" Skipper asked the new penguin sipped some hot chocolate, he placed the glass on the wooded table, he looked scared at him shaking his head.

"It's alright I guess it's private, private." Skipper said nicknaming the new penguin.

"You knew here private?" Private shook his head up and down.

"Welcome to the penguin's habitat, I'm skipper by the way." He said holding out flipper, private took it happily. Suddenly Kowalski, and Rico came in to the room just awaking from their sleep.

"Boys this is private, he's new to the zoo." He pointed to private, shooting him a welcoming smile.

"He's a new addition to our operation group, and you'll treat him with as much respect as each other." He said nodding his head back and forth, his flippers plastered on his hips.

"He's focused and dedicated and makes sure we come before whatever crazy mission we're doing." Private finished sobbing, making Rico, and Kowalski sob harder.

"Sweet molasses what's all the crying boys?" Skipper said standing at the door way.
