A NECESSARY AFFIRMATION

The moves are all perfect. Performed with precision and grace if not outright abandon. The kind of moves that make his jaw clench against the groans, make his back arch and his long, lean limbs jerk, and cause a smoldering fire of want and need to kindle in his center.

For now, there's just this. A shadowy room, the rustle of sheets, soft murmurs that turn to hungry moans. Life beyond these walls is nonexistent.

This is a stark and necessary affirmation.

A mass of tangled curls trails across his belly, tickling briefly before drifting away—drifting lower.

He smiles.
