Knock Knock

It was early in the morning and Judai hadn't been expecting company. He answered the door, not expecting to see his best friend, Johan.

"Hey." Johan greeted simply.

Judai blinked. He looked at his watch.

"Aren't you supposed to be working?"

Johan nodded. "Yup."

Judai stared at him.

"So why aren't you?"

"I didn't feel like going today." Johan replied casually.

"I thought you said you used all your sick days already," Judai said.

"I did."

Judai raised a brow. "So then how did you do it?" he asked, wondering what it was that his friend did.

Johan grinned. "I used up all my sick days so I called in dead."

Judai laughed. "You got fired, didn't you?"

"Oh yeah. But oh well, I hated my job anyway."
