Hey! It's been about a decade since I last posted. I apologize that this message is not the continuation some folks were waiting for. Regardless, I hope you're all doing well. I finished school, I have an Adult Job now, and I'm still a massive fan of this ridiculous series.

I originally meant this story to be a bridge between the original anime (! remake in 2021, baby!) and the manga's end. It spiraled in many different directions because I was 16/17/18 at the time and had no idea what I was doing. I can't go back and read this fic or my end notes without causing myself great physical pain, but I have moved forward. Sorry again for the letdown, but I hope to offer something else for fans out there very soon.
