Share Your Candy!

"Hey, Sam, what's up?" Carly greeted, closing the door to the iCarly studio behind her.

Sam looked over from the beanbag chair she was sitting in across the room, a bag of candy on her lap. "Hey, Carls," she greeted back, still chewing.

Carly brought the other beanbag up right next to Sam's and sat down, gazing over into the bag curiously. "What're you eating?"

Sam grabbed the bag and pulled it away from Carly. "Back off! It's my candy from Halloween."

Carly crinkled her nose. "Halloween? That was like, a month ago, Sam."

"I know," Sam said, still talking with a mouth full of gummy candy. "I just found this under my bed the other day! So I figured, hey, can't let good candy go to waste."

Carly raised an eyebrow, then reached over and snatched the bag away.

"Hey!" Sam protested, grabbing for it, an empty candy wrapper in her other hand.

Carly turned away, keeping the small bag out of the reach of Sam's sticky hands. She opened it and gazed inside, sticking a hand in and digging around. Most of the candy was gone, and there were numerous empty wrappers mixed in. "You've already eaten all the good stuff! No fair, you didn't even share."

Sam smirked, still having difficulty chewing the gummy piece of candy in her mouth. "Yep! Isn't your favorite candy SourBursts?"

"Yes!" Carly answered, turning back around. "The pink kind…"

Sam opened her mouth to show Carly a half-chewed, pink piece of candy, then closed it again. "I'm eating the last one… It's delicious!"

Carly narrowed her eyes, her mouth screwed into cute resentment. Just as Sam was about to sit back, Carly leaned in without warning and stuck her lips against Sam's. In no time, she had Sam's lips parted and kissed her, then pulled back away, a satisfied smiled on her face.

Sam stared with wide eyes, frozen in place. Slowly, her eyebrows crinkled, and as she scraped around her own mouth with her tongue, still tasting Carly, she narrowed her eyes. "Carly! You stole my candy!"

Carly just smiled, chewing on the SourBurst. She opened her mouth to show Sam the pink candy on her tongue, then closed it and continued chewing. "Yeah – it's delicious!"
