Solang ich dich hab

I rolled over anxiously and huffed quietly to myself. I glanced at the man lying next to me and sighed. Such beauty… it almost made me forget about not being able to sleep. I smiled softly to myself; even though I hadn't been able to sleep for the last few weeks, at least I knew I could open my eyes and watch over this beautiful creature lying next to me. I shifted closer to him and watched the moonlight ripple slowly across his body. I pressed myself against his back and wrapped my arm protectively around his waist. I rested my face against his silky hair and smiled, the smell of his hair always felt reassuring. Sometimes I woke him up in the night when I couldn't sleep and he would wrap his arms around me and tell me that it was okay because he was here with me.

I closed my eyes and absentmindedly ran my hand down the front of his body. I tried to visualise every contour of his body in my mind as I ran my hand over his contoured muscles. I stopped moving when I reached his lower stomach and tried to visualise his heartagram tattoo. I opened my eyes when I felt him stir. His body jerked slightly and he started mumbling in his sleep. I put my hand on his shoulder and shook him gently.

"Wake up," I whispered in his ear.

He gasped a little when his eyes flew open. I could feel his pulse racing against my skin. He glanced over his shoulder at me and laughed slightly.

"Sorry, I was dreaming," he murmured sleepily while he pushed his tangled hair back from his face.

"Are you okay?" I asked as I ran my fingers through his hair.

"Yeah, I'm fine," he smiled back reassuringly.

He rolled over and faced me. I smiled softly and wrapped my arm back around his waist. He shuffled closer to me and draped his arm over my shoulder. I closed my eyes and enjoyed the warmth that I could feel radiating from his body. After a few moments he pulled me closer to him and wrapped his arms tightly around my shoulders so that our bodies were pressed together. I could finally rest now that he was here with me.

"Are you okay, Jussi?" he asked flatly, obviously trying to mask any concern that might creep out in his voice and threaten to betray his calm exterior.

I opened my eyes and looked up at him with a soft smile, "I'm okay now."

"Love you." he smiled back lazily before pressing a kiss against my forehead.

I grinned, "I love you too, Bam."
