A/N Written while on a high because I finished writing Remember. Yay!!

Pointless fluff really.

For Claire, because I finally made her giggle while reading fluff.

Enjoy!

Tony was annoyed. Everyone else on the team had gotten go home early, except him, because he made one too many spelling mistakes on his latest case report.

"Seriously, DiNozzo, where did you go to school?" Gibbs had said.

As punishment, Tony had had to rewrite all the files for cases solved in the last two weeks.

Now he was at Ziva's house. He had to drop off all the files for her to read, just to make sure they were legible.

Tony picked up the box and walked up to her front door. He was about to knock on the door when he heard something.

Music.

But not from a CD player.

Carefully and quietly Tony put the box down and peered in the front window.

Ziva was sitting on the couch, a guitar positioned on her legs and a notebook on the table in front of her. Her hair was tied up in a ponytail and she'd changed into trackpants and shirt.

She kept playing, and Tony could hear her sing faintly.

He'll never fall in love he swears

As he runs his fingers through his hair

I'm laughing cause I hope he's wrong

And I don't think it ever crossed his mind

He tells a joke, I fake a smile

Tony had never heard Ziva sing before. He didn't even know she played guitar. He knew she played piano, but that was it.

He leant closer to the window, trying to hear more.

He looks around the room

Innocently overlooks the truth

Shouldn't a light go on

Doesn't he know that I've had him memorized for so long

She was good. Better than good. She was great.

Tony went into mischief mode. He lent over, knock on the door, and quickly looked through the window again.

Ziva's head jerked up as she stopped playing abruptly. "Who is it?" she called.

"El Magnifico," he yelled back.

A flicker of a smile crossed Ziva's face before being replaced by worry. Tony watched as she stuffed the notebook under the couch and put the guitar in the empty television cabinet. What entertained him the most, however, was the Ziva looked at herself in a mirror that hung on the wall, pulled out the elastic holding her hair up and then ran to the door.

"Hi," Tony said as the door opened.

"Hi," she replied, managing to keep her cool even after rushing around.

"What you been doing?"

"Reading," she said quickly. Tony marveled at her skill of making up stories. "What are you doing here?"

"Delivering files," he said, bending down to pick up the box. As he straightened up, he could have sworn she had repositioned her hair on her shoulders. Grinning, he passed her the box.

"You want to come in?" she asked. "I was just about to order dinner."

Sure you were, Tony thought. You so like me. "Yeah, that'd be great."
