Tonks smirked up at her husband. It was obvious he was uncomfortable with the situation; whether it was the fear of the doctor or the small waiting room and being too close to other people, she didn't know. Whatever the reason he would not sit still. He would put one leg over the other, then swap the legs other, click all his fingers, pick up a plastic sweet corn from the kitchen that Teddy was investigating, turn it over in his hands, then put it down again. He would pick up a magazine and flick through it then put it back again.

'You do know that is a woman's magazine don't you' she whispered suddenly, causing Remus to drop the magazine he was flicking through on the floor in fright. The noise caused several people to look up, scowling and muttering disapprovingly. Teddy backed out of the plastic oven in which he had stuck his head, almost knocking of his woolly hat that kept his multicoloured hair concealed from view.

'Don't do that' Remus hissed, picking the magazine up again.

'Merlin Remus, what's wrong with you. Anyone would think that you were the one having the injection, not Teddy'.

'I just don't like the doctors, bad experiences, illnesses, blood tests'

'Blood Tests', Tonks raised one eyebrow in amusement 'you don't like Blood Tests'

'No, they're painful and I'm sensitive on my elb…what's so funny.'

Tonks, who was stifling a laugh in her rainbow coloured scarf turned her head to look at her husband. Lowering her voice so none of the nearby muggles could hear she whispered

'So you can painfully transform every full moon but you can't have one tiny little blood test…Merlin Remus…'

Remus didn't even dignify her statement with an answer.

'Awwww come on Remus, you not mad at me are you?' She scooted closer to her husband who had buried himself in a science magazine and beamed up at him. Remus fought hard to hide his smirk in the magazine until Teddy threw a piece of plastic broccoli at his head.

'Teddy Lupin, the doctor will see you now'

'Come on Remus' Tonks whispered in his ear 'if you're a good boy he may give you a lollypop'

With that she scooped Teddy up, removed the plastic pineapple from his mouth, and followed the receptionist out of the door
