A/N: This is just a one-shot idea that wouldn't leave me alone. Please tell me what you think of it!
Ridiculous.
That was the only word that I could use to describe it.
I glared at the floor of my shower.
"Stupid overprotective vampire."
I crossed my arms and turned away from the offending sight.
This was completely unnecessary! I'm not that clumsy.
"Bella, you're being absurd." My fiancée's frustrated voice could be heard right outside the door. He was frustrated? What right did he have to be angry? If anyone had the right to be angry it was me!
"I am not Edward!" I snapped. "If anyone is being absurd its you!" I knew this was childish, that he was only trying to protect me; but come on! That! I turned around to glare at the offending piece of plastic that seemed to be mocking me.
I heard a loud thump against the wall, which I can only assume was Edward's head. I could almost see him pinching the bridge of his nose in an attempt to control his temper.
The thought made me smile.
"Bella," His velvety voice was pleading with me and I was thankful that I couldn't see his eyes or else I knew I would crack.
"No." I was pouting now and I'm sure he knew it.
"Please." I felt my will waver momentarily, but then the image of it came into my head and all thoughts of forfeit were gone.
"Get rid of it Edward!" I heard a loud sigh on the other end of the door and I pictured him running a hand through his hair.
Victory was near.
There was a long pause on the other side of the door.
"Are you decent?" I bit my lip to hide the grin that threatened to take over my face and fought back the urge to scream, "Hah!" instead I opened the door and pointed towards the shower, making sure to avoid his convincing eyes.
He walked by me shaking his head and muttering something under his breath that I couldn't catch and made his way towards the shower. He looked from it to me and then back again.
"Is it really so bad?" I nodded looking straight ahead.
He picked up the bath mat from my shower floor and exited my bathroom, slamming the door behind him. I bit back a laugh and turned on the water, allowing it to get hot before stepping in.
