Twilight, one-sided!Bella/Alice & lost car keys and an unplugged phone

Each time her car keys go missing, Bella wonders.

Edward reassured he that it's just Alice's way of saying she likes her.

But Bella still wonders.

Alice over frequently. They spend the time watching movies, talking about silly things, and Alice reorganizing her closet, fretting over all things cute and fashionable and Bella.

It becomes an all too frequent occurrence: Alice will find something that captures her eye and makes off with it; the chords will, of course, tangle Bella with her once-plugged-but-now-unplugged-and-in-the-way phone like a snake. And blankets. And any article of clothing strewn half-hazardly by a far too clever Alice.

(Alice, not wanting to bruise her pride in any case, thinks she does this not for the sake of fashion—because the things in Bella's closet are adorable—but because Bella looks so cute when she's wriggling on the floor like a caterpillar.

But she'll never say it aloud or to her, like so many other things.)
