Short and something to the effect of fluffy. IxA- ness.
Hellsing isn't mine.
Integra sneezed and looked down at her paper work. She wanted to rest. To sleep, but there was so much work to be done. She sniffed and tried to hold back another sneeze. She couldn't do it. It escaped and her entire body lurched forward with it. She wanted to go to bed.
The thought of it made her feel warm inside.
"Then to bed with you," a voice sounded in her ear.
"Must you always be the bane of my existence, Alucard?" she straightened her papers with careful precision. He took her papers from her gloved hands and set them aside. Then, before her he set a single cup of steaming tea. Integra eyed it carefully. She sighed. "And please stop reading my mind."
"Master, I do believe you have the vapors," he smirked and pushed the tea toward her. "Tea now," he chuckled, "I remember days of blood letting for a something this simple."
Integra paled at the thought of blood letting. They used to use leeches for that sort of thing. She sipped the tea too quickly, and pulled back at the bite to her tongue. Blood letting was a thought of fright to her. The sight and smell of it alone made the young woman grimace. Although, she was in the job of killing…things, she couldn't help but hate the smell and look of blood.
The vampire smirked down at his master as she carefully sipped her tea. The steam moved upward and he watched it entwine with her bangs and her eyelashes as it moved up to the ceiling. She lowered the cup and blew into a monogrammed handkerchief. It had her father's initials.
Alucard rose an eyebrow. She stood.
"I think I shall be off to bed now," she told her vampire. Eventually the feeling of sleep and sickness overcome and triumph. Integra brushed him by and he stood from the corner of her desk and followed her out of the study. She turned to look at the vampire.
"What?" she asked and he smirked again. He bowed.
"Nothing, My lady."
She moved to her bedroom and her still kept on her heels.
"Alucard," she said in a warning tone to the vampire. He smirked on. "What are you doing?"
"Helping, my master," he said and he took a step toward her. The vampire plucked her glasses from her nose and set them on the bedside table. Integra looked indignant. She sneezed again and Alucard laughed. He pushed her into a chair and bent down, removing her heeled shoes. She crossed her arms.
"I'm not a child, you know." she said and he only smiled at her. He straightened up and took her tie in his hand. He undid the knot deftly and pulled it from it's place around her neck. Integra looked down at her vampire as he began to undo the buttons on her blouse.
He was humming.
She watched him.
Integra felt her shoulder's slump as he helped her shrug out of her blouse. He slung it over the back of the chair and helped her up then. A cool hand in her warm one.
"I think you've got a fever, master," he explained as he led her to the bed. She climbed in and the vampire pulled the covers up to her chin. He turned and began to leave.
"No…come back here," she told him and he went back to her side. She took hold of his waist coat and pulled him into the bed. The vampire clamored into the squishy master bed unceremoniously. Integra placed his hand to her head and sighed with a smile. A cool hand to her feverish head made her feel all the better. She moved closer.
Alucard made a face, "Your feet are freezing."
