Explosions
Co-written by Hayya3 and P.E.E.V.S.Y.
Who wrote this when they were in biology class,
Because Hayya3 forgot to bring "Welcome to Hogwarts" to school.
Anna O'Neil stared into the fireplace in the Slytherin common room, contemplating the ways she, a lowly 2nd year, could make Lucius Malfoy, a popular 6th year, shut up and stop annoying her.
Then the common room exploded into a fiery mass of fire.
Claire Matthews stared into the Hufflepuff fireplace trying and failing to do her homework.
Then the common room exploded into a fiery mass of fire.
Pennie Wilder stared into the Ravenclaw common room's fire wondering when everyone would go to sleep and leave her alone.
Then the common room exploded into a fiery mass of fire.
Lily Evans stared into the Gryffindor common room fireplace, wishing Mary McDonald would stop talking; it was driving her insane.
Then the common room exploded into a fiery mass of fire.
The end.
Except the common rooms hadn't exploded.
Lily did.
Metaphorically, of course.
Not really. ;-)
Just metaphorically; meaning she yelled at Mary. Mary earned it though, she was being annoying.
Meanwhile, Anna decided to throw a pillow at Malfoy's head, in spite of only being 12. This ended badly. Malfoy got slightly angry. (Slightly being defined as very very very very much.)
"Who threw that pillow?" Malfoy asked, sounding very scary.
Everyone pointed at Anna, who gulped. Then, gathering her courage, she said, "You're annoying. You should be silent more often."
Then, Anna ran. Very fast. She kept running and running. Then, she ran into poor Claire who had been kicked out of her common room. Claire exploded. Metaphorically, of course.
"What where you're going!" she yelled.
"You!" Anna yelled back.
"I was here first!" Claire spat.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Lily Evans yelled, appearing from behind a portrait.
"What's your problem?" Anna asked, confused.
"Mary McDonald! And you!" Lily shouted in all her 12-year-old glory.
"Me?" Pennie asked, walking up to them.
"No! Wait, yes! All of you!" Lily roared.
Pennie slumped, "Everything's always my fault."
"Yes, it is!" Anna screamed.
"It's your fault too, you bumper-into-other-people-person you!" Claire shot back.
Anna stuck her tongue out at Claire, who shoved Anna, who fell into Pennie, who knocked Lily into the wall.
"OW! You-you-you-little AHHHH!" Lily shrieked her face turning a bright, tomato red.
Claire, Anna, and Pennie ran for their lives. Lily followed. Unfortunately, she caught them.
Claire began to cry.
Anna glared and stuck her tongue out again.
Pennie muttered, "Why me?"
However, before Lily could inflict her 12-year-old wrath upon them, Professor McGonagall walked up to them.
And exploded.
It ended with detention for all four.
Moral of the story: Never stare into a fireplace.
