Sum-- It's always the kids that notice things, and Anastasia is no exception. [Yuri/Tidus, crossover
Note-- Well, for those that don't know, Tidus is the main character of Final Fantasy X. I think Yuri and him would do cute together. How Tidus ended up in the Shadow Hearts verse is so incredibly complicated and filled with so many big science words that telling you how would just confuse you even more :).

Anastasia is smart. People think oh, what a cute little girl when they see her, and yeah, she's very cute. But she's smart, too. And she knows it.

Something else that she knows is how funny Yuri and Tidus act around each other. And not funny in a hysterical sense, but funny in a weird sense. Like, you know...strange. They do some weird stuff together; the kind of stuff that would look normal to her if one of them was a girl.

Anastasia's smart enough to notice this, but she's also smart enough to not speak out on it. She's noticed that she can only catch them when they believe no one's looking. And they've become quite good at it. It gets harder and harder for Anastasia to catch them, and some days she's left wondering if maybe she's just imagining stuff.

But she's not. She's just smart.

She knows the reason they lag back behind the group during foot-travel is because they hold hands, fingers laced and everything. And at inns, when everyone has to squeeze into one room, there's a reason to why they both volunteer for sleeping on the floor: sharing a bed together would call too much attention.

She knows that Tidus, always in a flight of haste, gives Yuri quick kisses on the cheek before anyone can turn to spot him. And she knows that when Yuri drags Tidus off somewhere, she can always count on catching them full-out frenching in some alley, if she chooses to follow them.

And she knows she's not imagining all this when she realizes Kurando followed her on one of her spying expeditions and is asking her, "Did they just...?"

Anastasia nods. "Mm-hmm. I think, if one of them was a girl, Tidus would be it. He's prettier."

So, later, when she chooses to follow Yuri and Tidus again, she brings her camera and is able to take a snapshot of whatever had been happening at the time...

The following day, the rest of the group compliments Anastasia's new red dress, and they are in awe at her new customized weapon, and they wonder how Yuri and Tidus managed to "misplace" both of their personal stashes of cash at the same time.

Anastasia is smart. People think oh, what a cute little girl, and yeah, she's cute. But she's smart, too.

And the nice thing about being smart is figuring out the best deal she can get from black-mailing others.
