Unexpected Visitor

It was Christmas Eve and Watanuki was asleep in bed, dreaming strange, little Watanuki type dreams. (They mostly involved a certain archer, not that Watanuki would admit that while awake). "I don't do Bento orders," Watanuki mumbled as a far off clock struck two. The room began to fill with a bright, white light causing Watanuki to wake up.

"It's not morning already is it?" He questioned as he blinked and gave his eyes a second to get accustomed to the light. He picked his glasses off the side and put them on, looked around the room and got quite a surprise.

The room looked normal, or as normal a room can be with a seven foot, hooded figure standing over your bed and even though there was nothing but darkness under the hood Watanuki just knew he was being starred at.

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!!! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!!" Watanuki screamed at the figure, flailing, crablike, backwards across the room.

"I am the Ghost of Christmas Yet to come," the Ghost spoke with a deep, hollow, empty voice.

"What are you doing here?" Watanuki squeaked out, terrified.

"You should have been visited already by the Ghost of Christmas Past and the Ghost of Christmas Present, who would have told you to expect me." The Ghost replied

"I can't say I've seen them!" Watanuki shouted, "I think I might have noticed if something like that had happened!"

"You are Ebenezer Scrooge, right?" The figure asked hesitantly, his voice suddenly raising a few octaves to sound normal-ish and the gloomy, oppressive aura that surrounded him dropped.

"No, I'm damn well not! My name is Watanuki Kimihiro!" Watanuki replied

"Oops. I appear to have the wrong person. I do apologise for the mix up. This is embarrassing," The Ghost of Christmas past said. "I don't suppose there is any chance for a cup of tea is there? I'm parched and I still have a long night ahead of me."

"You break into my home, wake me up and demand tea?" Watanuki retorted angrily.

"I wouldn't say demanded, more asked politely for," the Ghost reasoned

"That's just like something he would do!" Watanuki stood up angrily ignoring what the ghost said. "Go now! I have work tomorrow!" Watanuki started to shoo him towards the door.

"Speaking of him, you might want to tell him the truth about how you feel before it's too late. Save me a return journey in about 15 years time," the ghost muttered just loud enough for Watanuki to hear as he floated through the wall.

"WHAT IN HELLS NAME DO YOU MEAN?" Watanuki shouted after him but got no answer.

Watanuki huffed as he climbed back into his futon, trying to stop his brain from thinking about the Ghosts parting words. Soon, Watanuki returned to his world of sleep.
