'Beautiful,' Niou thought, as he watched Yagyuu's hair turn silver-white under the effects of the dye and choppy and messy from the gel. Niou smiled, pleasant for he has brown hair now, neat and flattened and coiffed. Yagyuu snarled back, and showed his teeth, gleaming white that shone under the bathroom's sole orange light.

Niou shivered, reaching out to touch. The hands met, palms smacking into each other; an inelegant sound that only skin could make. He would've thought he was looking into a mirror if not for the stiff collar on his neck and the noose-tight tie on his neck. He envied Yagyuu then, slightly, for Yagyuu was wearing his crumpled shirt and loosened tie. 'Freedom,' Niou thought as Yagyuu smiled again, and Niou was reminded of a river of crocodiles of sharks of predators.

Yagyuu leaned in to kiss him, and Niou lost himself in him (or was it Niou who leaned in to kiss and Yagyuu who lost himself? he was getting confused). He could see his own eyes (brown-black), his own chest (muscled, planed, smooth), his own face (white hair and devious eyes and mouth curled in that oh-so-familiar smirk) looking back at him. Yagyuu (or was it Niou?) tangled his fingers into his (brown? white? he doesn't know) hair. Niou (Yagyuu?) felt as though he was drowning in himself in Yagyuu in Niou until he didn't know who he was any more.

'Was this what Narcissus felt?' Niou thought, smiling pleasantly for he was Yagyuu and Yagyuu was Niou (or maybe they were themselves? he didn't know but he didn't mind he didn't care). Yagyuu's (Niou's?) hair felt harsh, rough; every strand stabbing into the soft skin of the back of his hand. Niou didn't mind. He held onto the grip, pulling hair back even as he pulled Yagyuu forward to kiss him again and it was like kissing himself, except not, because Yagyuu's fire was different from his. It was like kissing a twin, almost; it was too similar to be a twin's. Niou didn't know didn't care because he was drowning drowning drowning in his own eyes.

He was Niou and he was Yagyuu and Yagyuu was Niou was Yagyuu and it all didn't matter any more. They were two people and half a person all at once and it made sense to them for nothing else did. What does it matter? No one else mattered, right here, right now. Only each other mattered, and Niou found himself not minding about how his world had narrowed so suddenly into just himself and Yagyuu.

Niou smiled, and Yagyuu smirked.
