"Clandestinedly"
---------------------------
In all the ever-y, never-y fire
in blank, destructive, dark desire–
the springlight, moontime wintry wiles
with free, not far, for walking miles.
Found her– discover new and bold.
Warmth she longed for– he was cold.
All the lonely, carving whiteness;
All her pureness. gold: his brightness.
Fairy tales but not for friends
where death dragons– princess– ends.
The kind of song seductress sings–
but he, a siren? –the blood of kings.
The night, the dark, the secrets told–
where hearts are torn and hands are bold.
Of tales and pales and skin so fine,
with heat and sweat and lips like wine.
Life, his pride, his faith– his need.
her heart, her body– his endless greed.
where nothing waits– all naught but lore
or breath and cloth and waveless shore.
Moon– the night, the silver scream:
passed her mouth, was but a dream.
And all alone, she found them– sleep–
where he was nothing, dive through deep.
The girl, the boy– woman, man.
Where strength is lifeless– not, you can;
to prove, to pine, his love worthwhiled
but she can not and not– defiled.
