Blue: Hinata

If one saw Uzumaki Naruto's eyes, there was nothing less of this that they would think of him:

Blue.

Hyuuga Hinata disagreed.

No. It would be wrong to say she disagreed. She agreed, but disagreed. And no, people need not understand what the Hyuuga heiress said.

For his eyes were the darkest, deepest of blue, holding secrets close to his heart, and yet, the lightest, most carefree shade as well, sparkling with happiness.

When upon meeting the brinks of insanity, the blue would fade away to be replaced with the most disgusting color of red that didn't suit him at all; sadness and anger, his eyes would lower to the ground, and his eyes would harden into a navy blue; and happiness, it would be bright. It would sparkle. It would be purely him.

And she appreciated him and his eyes.

How she wished those eyes would land on her one day.

When it would, she would smile radiantly, a smile that could rival even her namesake, and she would be purely Hinata. Herself.

Until that day arrived, she would prepare. She would wait.

The final judgment arrived. The time she had been pining for.

And his eyes were bright blue.
