She silences him with a finger. "You're still a nerf, Obi-Wan, even after all these years. No one survives this kind of injury. Not even a Jedi." There's so much she wishes she could say, so much she wishes she could do. None of it mattered, though. At least Obi-Wan was here with her. "My crystal. It's in my pocket...not that pocket, the other one...no. You take it. It's yours now."

Well, forget the tears, she just wants to sleep now. He notices the flutter of her eyes and he holds her close.

"I love you Siri."

"I know, Obi-Wan. I love you." Another weak smile. She burns his face into her mind. Once she's sure she's got it, she sighs, content.
