Giles watched as his charges as he'd come to call them, walked into the library. He was holding a folder in his hands.

"Hi Giles." They said simultaneously.

As he started to open his mouth, Xander spoke.

"He's got that look on his face again."

Giles adjusted his glasses. "And what look would that be?"

Xander grinned. "What else? The oh dear Lord look."

Giles sighed. "Yes that would be it. Though I wouldn't put it like that."

"How else would you put it?"

Giles stared for a second as Buffy and the rest laughed.

"Could we get back on topic?"

"What topic is that?" Willow asked.

Giles held up his folder. "This was in one of Ethan's desk drawers. I can only assume he left it there knowing I'd find it."

Buffy blinked. "What is it?"

"A list of the people who said that their children just had to have a costume to take with them on their trips out of town."

In New York, the mayor and police chief sat in a private meeting.

"So, what do we tell the city?"

The mayor sighed. "You're kidding right? How do we explain to them that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Spider Man, and three X-men exist now?"

"We could put them on the payroll."

"There is that."

The mayor rubbed his eyebrows. "We have to tell the parents…" He broke off as a shadow passed over the table through the back window.

They both stared in shock as two men in red white and blue with capes hovered outside.

Several people in a small town in Nevada, watched silently as a blue skinned man in a red skin tight body suit ran by yelling "ZOOOM"

A child tugged on her mothers dress. "Mommy? I thought Freakazoid was cancelled."

Boston, Massachusetts, Houston Texas, and a small town in Maine found themselves with a certain caped crusader and a woman dressed up as a cat.

In D.C., The President and several of his advisors were trying to figure out how to handle the existence of five Captain Americas. One of which was a 4 year old.
