Simplicity

Summary: Hanabi has a strange conversation with Shino…
It was all an accident, him being there.
Hinata left her bag at training and he was order to bring it back.
She just happened to be there.
Hanabi Hyuuga stared at him emotionlessly as did he with her. He didn't say a word, there was no point. He soundlessly put Hinata's bag on the floor before turning around and walking away but…
"Who are you?"
With that simple question she had stopped him. He was to say the least surprised when she did. But nevertheless he turned around to face her.
"Shino"
A simple answer.
"You are my sister's teammate?" she spoke in question form.
He nodded not knowing or caring where this was going.
"Is that it?" More questions, this more complex then others.
He nodded turning to leave.
"Why did you come? Why not someone else?" her questions flowed out sounding more like an interrogation each time.
He turned to her once more.
"I was told to"
She glared at him.
He was slightly confused at her anger but shrugged it off.
"If you weren't told to, would you still have come?"
Normally he wouldn't have even bother speaking or even shaking his head but he improvised with something different.
"Why are you asking me this?"
She looked startled by this question and looked down while answering.
"…I don't know"
He stayed there for a moment. Tempted to just act like his usual self and walk out the door. But he couldn't.
"Then find out" he spoke softly causing her surprised.
Hanabi looked up to see him gone. She stared at the bag in the ground and picked it up.
Maybe Hinata could tell her more about him…
