Chapter 1: Cho Chang
Harry was running out of time on who to take to Professor Slughorn's Christmas Slug Club party which is in a week from now. He asked Hermione but she is going with Cormac Mclaggen he also tried asking Luna, but Neville already asked her yesterday and said yes to the clumsy Gryffindor. He wanted to ask Romilda Vane, but he remembered hearing her plan of getting his attention with anything.
Ginny was another option but then again, she is with his dorm mate Dean Thomas also Ginny was Ron's sister which was always a no go and she always saw Harry as the Chosen One and would possibly break up with Dean and go for him. He walks through the halls feeling defeated with no options he bumps into his ex-girlfriend Cho Chang who still looks good with her long shimmering jet black hair and curvy but athletic body although he does not want to talk to her ever again after their fiasco of a relationship. Sooner or later he is going to have make amends because both were hurt by Cedric's death and they did not mean to hurt each other while they were mourning the young Hufflepuff.
"Hey Cho" Harry greeted
"Oh, hi Harry" Cho greeted back
"How are you today" he asked
"I'm fine I was heading to the library to study" Cho answered then tears start to well up but rubs her eyes as she apologies "Harry look I'm sorry what happened last year we were not ready to date because we were both hurt by Cedric's death"
"Me too I was just angry at everything last year I had that incompetent fat useless twat of a minister for magic Cornelius Fudge and that fascist toad bitch Umbridge slandering me and Dumbledore. Then there my feelings towards you when we kissed it was wet because you could not get over Cedric and at the same time you were falling in love with me. When we dated, I refused to talk about what had happened to Cedric finally to put the nail in the coffin was that you defended Marietta who betrayed the Dumbledore's Army" Harry told Cho
"I know and I'm sorry about of not believing that Hermione was like a sister to you at our one and only date at Madam Puddifoots tea shop because I was manipulated by that Sneak of a best friend of mine. I've had enough of her lies and I'm not friends with her anymore" Cho said
"Really, I shouldn't have misjudged you, but do you want to start over as friends?" Harry said as he offers a hand
Cho shakes Harry's hand agreement "Sure Harry I'd like that because I can't hold anything against you forever because of last year wasn't our fault but the way we handle it was just as bad"
"We were both hurt by Cedric's death when we dated, we hurt each other but let's move forward as friends" Harry said
"Yeah let us do just that" she said then asks "Say Harry where were you going"
"I was going back to my Common Room and-" Harry pauses and thinks could he ask Cho Chang to be his date for the Christmas Party he knows that he just made amends with his ex but the party is in a week from now and he can get to know her within that week.
"Cho, you know that there is a Christmas Party coming up right?" Harry asked
"I think so there's a secret club that Professor Slughorn has why do you ask"
"I'm a part of that Club Cho and I was wondering if you want to go to the Christmas Party with me" He asked
Cho was shocked she would never think in million years that Harry would ask her on a date again after their disastrous one last year at Madam Puddifoots Tea Shop, but they made amends maybe this time it would not be so bad. She tells him "Sure Harry I'll go with you, but don't you want to ask Ginny I hear that you are starting to like her now."
"I don't like her in a romantic way and she's with Dean Thomas my dormmate and also Ginny is like a sister to me as much Hermione is" Harry assures her
"Alright I see, you do hang out with the Weasley Family a lot as well as Hermione, but when is the Christmas Party" Cho said relieved
"It's on Friday the 20th which is next week"
"Okay but I don't have anything to wear then again I could my Yule Ball robes but it reminds me of the past I want to move forward even though it's hard" Cho said
"Yeah me too I need better robes the ones that I got remind of that day" Harry said then suggests "Since we need some better robes why not we go to Gladrags Wizardwear together"
"Okay Harry but let's go tomorrow I got some homework I need to do. See you later" Cho told Harry as she was walking away to the Library
"Alright I'll see you later Cho" Harry said
Harry went the other way but not before looking at Cho's nicely rounded rear end and then mutters "Alright! I got another date with Cho Chang, this time I am not acting like hormonal arse wipe and she is not crying and being confused of her feelings about me and Cedric"
The next day Harry and Cho were walking through Hogsmeade on their way to Gladrags Wizardwear for new robes for the Slughorn's Christmas Party they walk past Madam Puddifoots Tea Shop which made Harry gag and Cho giggled at that and told him she didn't like that place neither and the tea was always too sweet for her liking. Harry also adds that the Valentine's Day theme tea shop looks like Umbridge's Office when she took the role as Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher last year the two raven haired teens laughed at the remark. As they continue walking to the clothing store Harry asks if Cho was still going out with Michael Corner this made her stop and she responds with a glint of anger in her eyes "Michael sees me nothing more as a prize to be won just because he said few a comforting words to me after I lost the final Quidditch match last year now all of a sudden he's worthy of my love and tries to show me off to his friends which sickens me and I had enough of him as well."
"Wow Cho I never knew you hated being a prize to be won a much as I do" Harry said
"Really I thought we only shared the love of playing Quidditch but never what we despised" Cho said surprised
"Me neither Cho but let's not dwell for long we got a party get ready for" Harry told Cho
"Alright Harry you're right" Cho smiled
Harry and Cho continued to walk to Gladrags Wizardwear once inside they looked around the store and then picked out what they are going to wear for the party. Harry picks out a black tuxedo with a pair of black shoes also a silver watch while Cho picks out a dark blue short sleeve silk cheongsam with a bronze dragon and eagle designs and a simple pair of black heels as well as a pair of sapphire earrings. After they got robes fitted Madam Samson rings the items up which came to be 500 galleons altogether Harry pays for the robes which makes Cho protest but Harry assures her that it's nothing and tells her that she looked sexy in her dress robes that she fitted into which made her blush, inside her head she made a small comparison between Harry and Michael with Michael always looking for attention especially Cho's for being nice while Harry on the other hand does not seek attention or approval despite some people still say that he does after completing a quest with his friends which is absolutely false.
Six days later, the night of Slughorn's Christmas party was here. Harry and Cho got to know each other more than they dated last year. Harry, Ron, and Neville finished getting changed into their robes and walked down to the common room to meet Hermione. Harry realized that Hermione is now taking Ron after he broken up with Lavender Brown after she got on everyone's nerves including Ron's with that catchphrase of hers "Where's my won-won". Hermione caught Cormac and Romilda having sex in an old classroom where they did not put any locking or silencing charms on the door. Hermione went into a fit of rage and hexed Cormac so bad he can't carry the Mclaggen family name anymore and Romilda was not spared from the brainy member of the golden trio's wrath and she was given the worst case of acne where the pimples shift and make words like 'bitch' 'slut' 'whore' 'gold digger' 'Tramp' and so on. After unleashing her fury Ron comforted Hermione and she asked him to be her date he accepted.
"Harry who's your date for the party?" asked Hermione
"Cho Chang" Harry revealed
"Cho Chang!" Ron, Hermione, and Neville said in unison
"Mate didn't you and her split after that disaster of a relationship you two had" Ron said
"Yes, we did but Cho and I made amends last week and I got to know her more than we dated last year and we went to Gladrags Wizardwear where I got some new robes for myself which are way better than what Mrs. Weasley picked out for us two years ago as you can see and Cho looks good in her new robes" Harry told Ron
"Wow Harry I'm impressed that you admit your mistakes for once and that was nice of you to buy her something like that."
"It was really nothing I can't hold anything against Cho who was equally hurt last year as I was, and I let my anger and my hormones get the better of me" Harry said
"That's good to hear Harry I'm glad you made amends with Cho" Hermione told Harry
"Thanks Hermione come on let's go to the party" Harry said
The four Gryffindors left the common room with Hermione and Ron going to Slughorn's classroom. Harry and Neville walked to the Ravenclaw common room to pick up Cho and Luna as their dates.
Meanwhile in the Ravenclaw common room, Cho walks out of the 7th year girl's dormitory and into the common room wearing the dress that Harry bought for her and her hair in a bun being partially held up by a pair of chopsticks the rest of her hair hung down her shoulders and she glossed her lips with red lipstick which changed from her normal pink. She sees Luna Lovegood coming out of the 5th year girl's dormitory wearing a silver dress that hugged her petite frame and her blond hair hung down her shoulders as well as wearing a pair of her orange earrings. Cho never expected Luna to dress this amazing before due to her being bullied ever since her 1st year here, but sure that whoever asked her to be his date must be just as nice as her.
"Hey Luna" Cho greeted
"Hi Cho" Luna greeted back then asks, "You're going to Slughorn's Party too and who asked you to be their date?"
Cho smirks and says "Yes I'm going and I'm Harry's date to the party"
"That's great Cho I'm surprised you and Harry made amends that's really good for you and I'm glad you guys did after that fiasco of a relationship"
"Yep I cannot hold anything against him, and I understand what he went through I would be the same way as him" Cho said then asks "who is the lucky guy that ask you to his date"
"Neville Longbottom" Luna answered
"Neville Longbottom asked you to be his date well I always knew that you two hangout all the time and with Harry, Hermione, and Ginny I'm sure that you two would be adorable together Cho said
"Yeah we did and I'm happy I found somebody that is socially awkward just like me"
"I'm happy for you too Luna, but we have two very brave and handsome men from Gryffindor that are on their way to pick us up" Cho said
With that the two Ravenclaw girls left their common room where Harry and Neville came just in time to pick them up and they were stunned of how beautiful the two girls looked. The two Gryffindor boys held out their arms to their dates which Cho linked her arm to Harry's and Luna linked her arm to Neville's. Both Harry and Neville along with Cho and Luna head to Slughorn's Classroom. Professor Slughorn is keeping an eye on anyone who tries to sneak in.
"Ah, Harry, Neville" Professor Slughorn said as spotted Harry and Neville and their dates "I glad you can make it and enjoy the party yourselves you four"
"Yeah we will Professor" Harry, Cho, Neville, and Luna said unison
The Unsung Quartet walked into the classroom Neville and Luna went to talk to Dean and Ginny where Ginny glares at Cho and she makes her glass of punch burst in her hand, but Harry and Cho ignores this and spots Ron and Hermione on the dance floor. They both nodded their heads in approval at the raven-haired teens, and they joined into dance. Harry was enjoying his time with Cho he loved her bright smile and looking into her chocolate brown eyes. Like Harry, Cho was enjoying her time with him as well, while they were dancing, in Harry's arms Cho felt safe and she never felt this happy before in her life, she will definitely preserve this memory forever, as she has her arms wrapped around Harry's neck and looked into his green eyes. After an hour of dancing, eating, and talking to their friends, Harry and Cho left Slughorn's Classroom and were outside in the courtyard walking around. They stopped and smiled at each other Cho breaks the silence and says "Harry I really had a good time"
"Me too Cho this was better than last year's atrocious date at Madam Puddifoots" Harry said then continues with "Ever since we made amends last week my feelings for you returned even stronger"
"It was better than last year for me too" Cho chuckled then tells him "I feel the same way about you too Harry and I think it's time we -" Cho inched closer to Harry
"Reignite the flame" Harry finished Cho's sentence
"Yeah we should look up Harry" Cho pointed as she and Harry look up at the sprig of growing mistletoe and with that, they kissed
The sensation was incredible, far better than the wet embarrassment of a kiss they shared in The Room of Requirement last year as Harry's hands cup Cho's arse which makes Cho moan in between the kiss and her fingers weave through Harry's locks. They break off the kiss for much needed oxygen as Cho grounded herself against Harry's bulge in his pants "Merlin Harry how did you learn to kiss like that" Cho asked as her lips were bruised from the kiss.
Harry shrugs and gives a smile that makes Cho's panties wet "I don't know but it seems like you want to try again Ms. Chang "
Cho giggles "You don't have tell me twice Mr. Potter"
They return to their Passionate kiss which is the reignition of the relationship.
