However, the main story and elements will focus on the two major crossovers. Also, knowledge of PODMD Saga 3 is strictly needed to understand the events happening in the story, and will soon branch of into a side series yet to be announced in a later chapter.

Chapter 1: Tribunal to an Idea

NMD1MU1: July 10, 20?. United Nations War Crime Tribunal Court, The Hague, Switzerland 10:00am local time

"The third session of this court is now in session!" the head of the council remarks.

Background

After the events of what is now dubbed as the Battle of Misaki City, the entire dimension of NMD1MU1 was changed forever. The fusion of the Crimson Realm and this dimension resulted in the formation of a new dimension with an entire rewrite of the Rules of Existence. The rewrite is still being investigated, but notable effects include the ability of any human, together with a Crimson Denizen, to create Treasure Tools that can cause them to move inside a Fuzetsu, the ability to trace people who seemed to disappear, and an increase in the number of humans that can bond with a Denizen to become Flame Hazes.

Despite of the good results, the problems of the addition of new cities and a population swell, alongside a desire for revenge by the global community against the Bal Masque (thanks to the smear campaign against them), forced the UN Security Council to create a War Crime Tribunal. This was mainly done to appease the masses, and for some, to save face because of the costly endeavor just to participate and survive in the war (dubbed as the 'Existence Wars' by the media).

The first hearing ended with the admission of Bal Masque to the crimes, which, they argued, brought even better results than they anticipated, with the return of every single person killed during the wars of Existence and the KND-UN-Bal Masque war. It ended with a note that the damages of their acts are still being computed because they failed to account structural and military damage.

The second hearing ended with the reveal of the biggest war reparation ever recorded, a total of $3 quadrillion dollars of structural, logistical, military, and moral damages where demanded as fine, which shocked everyone watching and following the trial. Some are remarking the fact that this may end up similar to a post-WW1 Germany situation until the KND, led now by Numbuh 362, and the newly-formed Flame Haze Council, headed by Sophie Sawillisch, decided to share with the payment. This shocked the UN Council even more, as the burden is now being shared by even the ones who are perceived as the victors. The controversial decision is still being discussed before the court was adjourned for the final session.

As for cosmology, everything is at whack. Time is erratic, which may speed up or slow down on the whim. Upon inquiry, the Crimson gods declared that this is the side effect of such a convergence of dimensions, and thus it was decided that the cosmological timeline year be based on how many day-night cycles have passed until everything is stabilized, and the month and day based on how many 24 day-cycles have passed, although there is still a debate whether they should use the sun or a distance pulsar as a basis instead.

As for global defense, the presence of the Galarian State Ship Habakkuk, an iceberg turned into an aircraft carrier, and several aircraft carrier battle group from the other world, have made their presence in the waters of the Pacific. Such a fleet present at a time where the entire naval inventory of the world is cut by 2/3 of its former strength, indicates that nobody is in position to challenge them, especially given the fact that the Pokemon World fleet (as it was dubbed) managed to do something that no one in their world could do: stop, contain, and counteract the threat of Nuclear Missiles, down to the Nuclear Fallout. This prompted all hostilities between nations to stop, for now, as even the reformed KND could potentially have access to that technology by proxy of their alliance with the other dimension.

In the meantime, the entire Bal Masque is detained in Switzerland, guarded by the KND, the UN, and the Flame Hazes, and only brought up on trial. Lucky for them, a lawyer decided to take their case, and so far, has delayed enough despite his inexperience in international diplomacy. Doing it solo seemed to have garnered the respect of the Flame Hazes and the KND so much, that there is now a team backing him up from their side.

"Prosecution, are you willing to take up the third session?"

"Yes, Your Honor." An English international lawyer, head of the prosecution team said.

"The Defense better not attempt another delaying tactic again." The council head looked earnestly at the Defense lawyer. "You are lucky the Flame Hazes and KND wanted to avoid another Treaty of Versailles deal."

"We are ready." The Head of the Defense team, a Japanese lawyer, said.

"Alright. Since the last session, the council made a deliberation that since execution is a non-option and repatriation is being shared, I would like to ask the defense and the parties involved: how are you going to pay for that?"

"Actually, my team made a deliberation and it was decided that in order to pay up, the Bal Masque and the Flame Hazes would form a nation-state."

Immediately, the side of the United Kingdom stood up and said "That is preposterous! You demand to form a nation despite the fact that you made this dimension as your battlefield? What do you think the public would say about…"

"It's just a fair assessment."A lawyer from the side of the Flame Hazes agreed. "Since the beginning, the UN somehow assumes that Bal Masque is a nation-state and must be treated as such, despite the fact that you officially classified them as a terrorist organization. Based on the past records, terrorists are executed, and individuals who are part of the higher echelons of a nation-state who ordered the war crimes are executed, except those that are needed, and are either given extreme fines, or are pardoned. We cannot execute the Bal Masque heads that easily because all their actions are reversed, except our military hardware for some reason, and yet are given fines as if they are a nation. Wouldn't it be fair that they would be a nation themselves, and for them to repay the UN using that?"

"But doing that is against the wishes of the UN and the KND!" One of the adult councilmen asserted, based on his preconceived assumptions of the two groups. "In fact…"

"The KND agrees." Numbuh 362 responds. "We equally have repatriations as part of leading a worldwide civil war, and the KND is in the process of paying it by providing rare-earth materials from deep space. Only the formation of a nation-state will the Bal Masque can pay it."

"But how about the land and the citizens? The numbers of Bal Masque and the Flame Hazes are not enough, and you don't even have a narrative necessary to create a nation…"

"Actually, we do." The Head of the Defense team said. "The UN is now in a crisis on how to deal with citizens who all experienced being disappeared and got stuck in the Crimson Realm, and returned. Some have died so long ago that their family members are long dead and the culture that they lived have long changed. Offering a citizenship to them would be a thing, and I heard that from the KND side, Kalkuticaizo is willing to do so."

"As for the land…" the Flame Haze lawyer said "We would like to build one in Point Nemo, with the help of our observers from the other dimension, whom you know to have built the GSS Habbakuk and is now the head of securing peace while the conference is ongoing."

"Your Honor." The Russian representative said. "They seem to have a plan to do all this, and a sensible one. Just give them what they want, as long as they can pay for it."

"Yeah, right… and what does this nation has? No one will go in the most deserted place on earth…"

"That area is studied to be the weakest point in Space-time to cross dimension between us and PD1MU1, aka the Pokemon Realm." One of the observers of the Pokemon World replied. "We also researched it and only the fusion of dimensions made it happen."

"And such areas are also prone to cause a quantum reaction to create Forcenium, meaning with a landmass expose in that area, it is a viable, renewable source, also areas where the largest Existence wars are waged also have such amounts." Numbuh 362 said to the Council. "So our agency has the full support of the plan."

The Council made a deliberation and was stopped until the head said "It would be best to decide it on the next session. The council would like to call a recess." The gavel was then dropped and the recess was declared.

"So, a country off the middle of the most desolate place on earth? I like the idea." Yuji, in a black tuxedo, tie, and black pants, with a white polo underneath, declared as he is speaking to Shana. They are both trodding on the hallways of the Geneva UN HQ as they go to meet other important figureheads for negotiations.

"It's the best thing we could think off. Baiting renewable Forcenium is the only way." Alastor, using the Coccytus, spoke. "And the interdimensional gateway is another bonus."

"I do agree." Shana remarked. "We made agreements to several nations for trade partners and the declaration is already making news on the stock market."

"Sounds like someone is becoming a great stateslady here!" a separate entity beside Yuji, wearing the armor and the braided hair Yuji used to wear, declared.

"Even up to this day, I am surprised that Denizens can now choose to take the human form much easier than before." Shana replied. "The dimension fusion did brought certain things, right, Snake of Festival?"

"This is our perfect form, after all." he replied. "Surprised Alastor decided to take care of your child while you are out here."

After that, they saw America, Germany, France, Britain, Russia, China, and Japan approaching them, with an intent of interviewing them. Sensing their intention, the SnF, Shana, and Yuji stopped, and immediately, America said "A NEW COUNTRY! I CAN'T BELIEVE…"

"Yeah, yeah, I guess all of you here wanted to have some deals."

"No. We are here to know the exact national mythos of your new nation." China immediately shrugs the thing Shana has in her mind. "It will be not easy to form one out of the blue. The session will continue before we proceed, but everything must be settled first."

"He is right." Japan remarked. "Forming a nation needed people, a people who would agree, and everything else. It will take months or even years to create a national identity, and statistics for that. The council sent us here to make sure this isn't some sort of excuse."

"I believe you have thought that far up." The SnF responded. "But the declaration we made is a stir-up for many Denizens and humans to rattle their minds. National consciousness will come right after, I know it will take time…"

"But once the idea materializes, a new nation is born." Another voice suddenly spoke behind the nations. Everyone looked at the white robed lady that looked exactly like Hecate, and everyone stepped back out of shock.

"He-Hecate?" Shana was flabbergasted. Last she heard of her is that she was nowhere to be found when the world egg shattered during the Battle of Misaki City. Just then, Hecate knelt before the SnF, and remarked "Sorry for appearing just now, Master, but somehow, my existence was regathered while the Great Seven Nations of this world was talking to you about the future nation that we still haven't named yet."

Silence suddenly gripped the room, and the G7 suddenly went into a chatter, with Shana and Yuji just hearing the following statement from them.

"Hmm… another female nation? Honhonhonhon…ow!"

"I'm not letting you touch her, you bloody…"

"Don't you think this is a trick-aru?"

"I doubt it. After all, she went MIA for a long time now, and the Manga did say she only exist to fulfill a reason."

"Manga or not, we can't deny that she is a possible personification of a new one."

"Hopefully Point Nemo has some oil in it."

"Hopefully she will be one with me…"

"What the heck are they talking about?" Shana raises her eyebrows, but the SnF just said to Hecate "Hecate, stand up."

The Priestess followed the order, and the G7 simply stared at them interacting.

"State your reason for existing."

"Master, I exist to be the new personification of the nation of which humans and Denizens are to live in, near the area known as Point Nemo."

Session Continues

"The session continues." The UN Council said. "Last we discussed, we explored of the capacity of the convicts to create a nation in order to support their debts, in the last inhospitable area on earth. After much deliberation, the council decided for one moon cycle to once again pass for the formation of the National Identity of this new nation. Are all parties involve agree?"

All the parties involved said the words "We agree." As the party is called. After that, the gavel was sounded and the case is now suspended.
