Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto; it is owned by Masashi Kishimoto. Titans is owned by DC Universe network, Warner Bros, and DC Comics. I am just a humble fan of both.

Author's Note: Hello everyone. For the past ten years, I have been dealing with chronic illnesses. For one illness, it can be managed. For the other, there is no cure. It has been a roller coaster these past ten years. A few days ago, I deleted all my stories. My grandmother has been dealing with chronic illness since she was 30, suffering silently with no cure in sight. She got sick a few weeks ago, and this frustrated me, as she goes to the hospital, and they do nothing for her. All this frustration led me to rage quit writing for a few days and delete everything. It goes to show you that you should cherish your loved ones and value your health, especially in these troubling times.

Now that I have had some time to think, I forgot the real reason why I started writing in the first place. To have fun and to ease stress, and somewhere along the way, I forgot that. Thanks to Aragorn II Elessar, MultiverseNaruto and many other great people and writers, I have decided to go back to writing. I realize that I do not need to be perfect, and that I should write what I want to write regardless of how people view it. I am very sorry for the rant.

I have a lot of story ideas planned. I will first start with a Naruto/Titans story. Let us see where this goes, and where I can take it. Without further ado, let us begin.

Chapter 1- Prologue

A teenager was having the same nightmare, the same nightmare that had been plaguing her for months. It started the same way. It was night with a touch of mild weather. She was walking near a tent, and she could hear circus music. As she entered the tent, she could notice how vast it was on the inside. She continued walking; her path illuminated by flickering lightbulbs. She finally found her destination, she was dead center in the middle of a circus act, a neon sign titled The Flying Graysons. She saw the same act over and over; three successful performers; a mother, father, and son performing the same trapeze act successfully, and she had a smile on her face.

And then, her smile turned to horror, as when the parents went to perform their act, the string was cut midway, and they failed to reach their son, and the parents fell to their doom, as both the boy and the girl screamed in horror. It was at this point her nightmare was supposed to end, except something different happened.

The screams led her to blackout, except now she awoke in the real world. She thought her dream had ended, and then an explosion tore through her home. She pulled of the covers of her bed, and ran outside, to a sight she never thought was possible.

The field was covered in hellish flames, and on one side of the field stood a monstrously tall horned being, who was colored red and muscular, with four eyes, spewing flames from his mouth and hands. Opposing him were three beings; a father and what looked like his sons. The father was pale with two horns on his forehead; his eyes purple and concentric, holding a black staff in his hand. The other looked more human, garbed in white clothing with brown hair, holding a black staff as well. And the third was also garbed in white clothing with jet black hair, red eyes with commas in them markings on his forehead. She could hear them speak, if only a little bit.

"My sons, I know I have not done right by either of you, but today, I hope you can put aside the petty grievances. Today, we face an enemy greater than that of my mother, and it seeks to do harm to this world. We must defeat it and drive it away from this world."

The one called Ashura spoke. "Brother, I know things are not right between us, but once again, we should put things aside. This… is bigger than all of us."

The one called Indra spoke. "Only this one time, you and I will fight together. After that, I will continue you to hate you in peace."

As soon as they finished talking, Raven had to rub her eyes to make sure she was seeing the things she was really seeing. The one with the concentric eyes had a blue aura surround him, and suddenly a tall armored being with swords had manifested out of thin air. The one called Indra did the same thing, except his was purple. And the one called Ashura had manifested a transformation of his own; a three-headed, six armed, golden-flame avatar covered in black markings, holding black orbs in his hands. Suddenly, the one called Indra covered his brother's transformation in armor, creating a vastly more powerful visage of strength and dominance. A blast of violent black and white energy was unleashed, as it met a hellish blast of deathly flames.

However, as soon as both blasts connected, she was jolted out from her dream and woke up in a cold sweat. It was the first time in a long time that she did not scream, and her mother rushing into her bedroom to comfort her. Perhaps, the day would go by much better.

She noticed that it was morning; it was ironically, the best sleep she had in a long time. After finishing her morning routine, she grabbed a bowl and poured herself some cereal, and ate in silence as she needed to get to school.

Meanwhile, the sound of an Alarm clock woke Rachel's mother up Shaking off the cobwebs, she went to the nightstand and took her medication before getting ready for work. She walked down the stairs and smiled at her daughter.

"Ah, I am glad to see you started breakfast, but sweetheart, you should not be drinking coffee."

"You shouldn't smoke momma." Rachel responded.

"I quit already dear."

Rachel scoffed. "No, you didn't"

Rachel's mother gave her a look. "Well, I am going to… damn it, there is no cream."

As if on cue, Rachel held up an empty orange juice container. "There isn't much of anything in the house."

Rachel's mother placed her hands on her face and sighed, exasperated with herself. "Ah… I am late. Could you take the bus to school?"

"Sure."

Rachel looked at her mother, worried for her. "I see the bags under your eyes. You don't sleep anymore."

Rachel's mother chuckled. "Oh, I do sleep dear, not as often as I should I will you give that."

Rachel continued as if she never spoke. If one could look harder, they would notice her reflection looking demonic and sinister being reflected from the glass table. "You are scared of me, that is why you can't sleep."

"I am not scared of you darling." Rachel's mother said this gently.

"Yes, you are. I know it, you know I can tell when you are lying." Rachels' voice was breaking here, she was desperate.

Rachel's mother walked up to her and held her hands. "Come sweetheart, let us pray together."

Rachel gave her an incredulous expression. "No… no more praying mom. Talk to me… tell me, what is inside of me?"

Rachel's mother started praying. She was frustrated with the lack of help And so she lashed out, unleashing a powerful scream and afterimage of herself which launched her mother backwards. Horrified with herself, she ran out from the house, ignoring her mother's wishes to come back and running past an old man.

As she was sitting on the bus, trying to ignore the events that just occurred, she was being bothered by some foolish punk, and someone stood up for her in a loosing effort. School was no less exciting or special, just another day of the same old mundane. When school was over for the day, she went home to apologize to her mother for being today's events. She saw her mother in the hallway and smiled.

"Hi mom. Look, about today, I am sorry. I never meant to…" Her voice died as she saw her mother being held by gunpoint by a mysterious individual.

"Rachel, that is what this woman calls you. That is not your name."

"Let. My. Mother. Go"

The mysterious individual pressed the gun to the woman's temple. "Go ahead, tell her the truth. This woman is not your mother, go on."

Rachel's mother looked at her with tears. "It is true, I am not your mother, but I love you all the same sweetheart."

"No… this can't be true."

"Sweetheart, you have good inside of you, do not let them turn you into something you are not."

Her impassioned speech was cut short from a bullet through her head. "There, that's better."

Raven screamed at the loss of her mother, as she fell to the ground her face becoming more grayer and her eyes turning pure black. The walls began to crack under sheer pressure as she inadvertently unleashed a powerful shadow, attacking the mysterious individual and sending him through a wall. She regained her bearings and ran out of the house, horrified at what she witnessed.

Line Break- Detroit, Michigan

It was raining hard in Detroit, as a detective was sitting in his car looking at a file with photos of missing girls and woman, traumatized and tortured, wounds covering their legs and arms. The detective noticed a few photos of the men who were accused that got off; drug dealers, rapists, gun runners; basically, they were scum of the Earth. With a hard grimace, he put the file down on the other seat, and looked at the suitcase he was carrying around with intent.

He drove to the station to get back to work, when he was approached by a cheerful blonde woman.

"Detective Grayson, my name is Amy Rohrbach. I transferred from Oakland, your new partner."

"Yeah, the captain did mention something like that."

"It is a pleasure."

"Hmm. I have read your file; you seem to know what you are doing. You keep doing your thing, I will do my thing and we will get along just fine."

He walked away leaving his new partner miffed. Another cop, someone who knew more about the situation walked up to her with his partner.

"Don't take it personally."

"Does he need a breath mint or something?"

"He has been fighting getting a partner since he got here. It has something to do with his previous partner in Gotham."

Amy now looked at the other two cops with surprise. "Gotham? Jesus. What happened?"

"Probably gassed by the Joker, who knows."

Line Break- Night

Detective Richard "Dick" Grayson was sitting in the car and looking over the same file, outside a theater. He was looking at the same photos, of children and woman who were abused by a scumbag. He noticed one of the men leaving the theatre, it was the same man who was acquitted due to a lack of testimony. Well, in his mind, someone was due for an apocalyptic beating. He turned to the black suitcase and pressed the switch, as it scanned his thumb print, and his eyes, revealing the famous costume that Robin wore.

The man Dick was chasing was meeting up with his posse, and another gang for selling drugs. The man in question, Tyler Hackett, placed a large duffel bag on the ground. The gang member from the other group opened the bag and found teddy bears in it. He cut open the bag, and found the pills.

"Pink?"

"Kids love the color."

They were interrupted by the sound of someone jumping from building to building. "I am here for Tyler Hackett." As if on cue, there appeared performing a Superhero landing. "Leave the drugs, the guns, and just walk away."

"Where's Batman?" The drug dealers were busy looking around for the Batman, ignoring Robin completely. "Hey, the birdie is all alone, let's get him."

Robin launched a grappling hook into a gangbanger's shoulder, and pulled him to a car, as he crashed onto it. Before the men could grab their guns, he unleashed a smoke bomb, blanketing the area. The men fired wildly, unable to see anything. Using the smoke, Robin moved with brutal efficiency, disarming the thugs, breaking bones, inflicting serious deadly wounds; these thugs would never forget this lesson. Using his staff, he beat the rest of the thugs black and blue, before setting his sights on Hackett. He smashed his head against the wall, and dragged his face across it, listening to him scream. He then kicked his stomach as many times as he could and brought his staff down on his unprotected person as many as times as he could. Finally, when the fight left his eyes, he spoke.

"If you touch your daughter again, I will find you, and next time I will not be so pleasant. Fuck Batman."

Line Break- Morning

Dick woke up to the chirping of the birds and put on music. As the music was flowing through the apartment, he began cleaning the suit and the insignia, all the while his rage slowly building, as he threw the insignia into a wall like a shuriken. Putting on his fancy dress suit, he looked at the picture of his mother and father before leaving the apartment and off to his day job.

As he entered the station, his heroics were front and center on the TV Monitor. The captain was addressing key members of the station, as they were discussing last night's events.

"And we are sure it is him?"

"Positive. We contacted Gotham PD, they say he disappeared, had not been seen for a year."

"Some even thought he was dead."

"Why come to Detroit?"

"The weather." This earned Dick a hearty chuckle from the group.

"Let's hope he is passing by and leaves quickly. You know what these masks bring to the table: painted psychos and freaks dressed in drag. We got enough of our own problems without these masks adding more to the situation. Anyways, back to work."

Dick fell into contemplation as he stared at the screen. He was deep in thought.

Meanwhile, Rachel found herself in Detroit at a soup kitchen, wolfing down a meal, trying to make sense of her life and where it had taken her. Her mother was dead, except the woman dead in her home was not her real mother. And that man was still alive somewhere looking for her. Not to mention her dream if those warriors fighting that red horned demon, and the boy at circus. She had no idea what to make of any of this. In her musings, she failed to notice the woman who sat at her table.

"I will pass the compliments to the chef. I work here. You owe me nothing and you do not have to say anything, but I can help you. It is important to me to keep young woman off the street. The adult shelters are pathetic, but there is a youth shelter that can be of great help to you.

Before Rachel could decide, she saw a mirror in the shelter, and saw a dark presence. It was herself, with gray skin, and black eyes that looked more like bottomless pits. "She is a liar Rachel; you are being played. RUN, now."

Rachel bolted as fast as she could from the shelter, running into an alley She noticed someone following her, it was the same woman, only this time she was not alone. She noticed a cop car and threw a brick at it. They arrested her and took her to the police station; the car was being watched by that woman and the other individual.

Line Break-Police Station

"Hey Amy, any luck on Robin's case yet?"

Amy scoffed at Dick. "Wow, you are actually talking to me. Why? I mean, everybody is still alive here, or this is all an illusion, and we are the last two people on Earth here."

"I guess I have not been so welcoming."

"Hey Grayson, you still got that program for kids?"

Dick was handed a file about a teenager, he guessed she was sixteen or seventeen years old, brought to the station for throwing a brick at a cop car. He sighed and found the room she was in and decided to talk.

"Rachel Roth, so, you got a penchant for throwing bricks at police cars. Mind telling me about that?

Rachel stared at Dick as if she saw a ghost. "It's you, it really is. The boy from the circus."

Dick was in shock, and that quickly turned into anger.

Line Break-Austria

A purple-haired woman wearing a purple dress and fur coat woke up, slowly, trying to shake off how tired she was. She turned her head slowly to see that she was in a car, and it was daytime. And there was a dead guy at the wheel. She got out of the car, and walked around it, to see it ridden with bullet holes. She had no idea who she was, and how she got here, in fact, she had no idea about a lot of things. The few things she knew is that she was in trouble and that she could speak the language of the country.

"Okay, what the actual fuck is going on?"

She never had any time to ponder this line of thought, as bullets were reigning down on her. She hid herself carefully in the nearby forest before finding her way to a gas station. Washing her face, she looked inside her jacket and found a passport with her face and name in it, Kory Anders. She also found a receipt for a hotel; she could retrace her steps from there.

She had arrived at the hotel, and after a very interesting conversation with the receptionist, she entered her hotel room, to find empty bottles of champagne, a few glasses that were half-empty, and a suitcase with clothes. Looking at the clothes, she saw a cellphone in the suitcase with the picture of a man she was apparently friendly with. She wondered if this man knew anything about her identity. As she pondered this train of thought, she heard noises coming from the bathroom. She saw a man bound and gagged, looking at her in anger. She removed his gag to get answers.

"Okay, okay we will help you find it."

She was genuinely confused. "Who?"

"The girl you have been looking for, we can help you find her."

"Do you know my name?"

Now the man was confused, and his confusion was replaced with anger. "I do not know who you are, but I know what you did. You betrayed us for that girl and played us all."

He spat a gob of blood at her, and she picked him up and slammed him against the table. She picked up her phone and showed him the picture of that man.

"Do you know who he is?"

"You do." He said this with surprise.

"Remind me again."

The man was getting desperate, so he stalled for time. "Listen, I know him. Let me speak to him, and we can work something out, her likes you a great deal." He was reaching for the knife to cut of his restrained hands, and Kory could notice something wrong. He got free and attacked her. However, she was able to dodge his assaults and punched him so hard, that he flew into the other room. She was scared as her hand was covered in his blood. She looked at him with fake pity.

"Listen, you are bleeding. Tell me the truth, and I will get you help."

"His name is Konstantin Kovar, and he runs a nightclub in the city, please, that is all I know."

"I believe you." She snapped his neck and left the hotel to find Kovar and get some answers as to who this mystery girl was.

Line Break- Police Station Chicago

"Who are you, is this some kind of sick practical joke?"

"I remember, people were happy that night, you most of all."

"What the fuck is this?"

Dick was not happy, and Rachel continued talking. "I remember your parents. I watched them fall. You kept wishing it was a dream, wishing you would wake up." There was a pained expression on her face.

"Who put you up to this?"

"This cannot be a coincidence, everything led me here to you. Please, you must help me."

"You ask for help by throwing a brick at a cop car?"

"You do not understand…"

"Help me to understand."

"Someone killed my mother right in front of me, put a bullet in her brain."

Dick simply pulled a notepad from his pocket with a pen. "Name and address."

Rachel write down all the information he needed. "My mother was the only thing I had left, the only one who loved me and cared for me, and now I have nothing left."

Dick looked on in sorrow. To lose a parent so young, there was nothing that could ever truly ease that pain. As Rachel handed him the information, her shadow latched onto his hand, and she could see his grief and his pain at losing his loved ones, and a hand on his shoulder telling him that it would be all okay.

She was brought out of his memories with a gasp and was shocked by what she saw.

Dick looked at her with pity and got up. "Listen, I will see what I can do, get someone to run this."

"You cannot leave me here alone."

"Rachel, you vandalized a police car, you aren't going anywhere."

"You don't understand. There is something evil inside me, I cannot be left alone."

"Look, I am sorry about your mom. I cannot help you. I will try to find someone who can."

As she returned to his desk, he pulled out a photograph of a lost family. A happier time with six unique individuals, all left broken by a certain incident. The blonde-haired, blue eyed individual, no one knew how to find him. It was as if he vanished from the Earth, or he got better at covering his tracks. Perhaps, Naruto could help this girl. He was in no shape to do so. He looked at the Tv, and now the Mayor wanted Robin gone from the city, typical.

He left the station with his heart heavy and full of worry. He looked around and saw Amy approach him.

"Hey, can I ask you something?"

"I am in the middle of something."

"Did things with your sidekick go wrong?"

"What?"

"Your partner in Gotham, I assume you left because of your partner? Was he on the take?"

"No, my partner is a great man. He was a hero to the city, a man dedicated to it. He solved all his problems with his fists."

"So, why did you leave?"

"I admired him at first, but his heart was growing harder. I did not want to end up like him, so I left. I needed a fresh start. He is a great man, but it was his way or the highway."

"So you really aren't an asshole."

Dick chuckled. "I have a reputation to keep you know."

"Your secret is safe with me.

Meanwhile, at the station, a cop escorted Rachel out of the station and dosed her with a heavy tranquilizer to keep her quiet. The car sped away, and Dick got a glimpse of Rachel. Knowing something was wrong, he went after her.

Line Break- Austria-Nightclub

Kory found the nightclub that belonged to Konstantin Kovar It was loud and Smokey, mean and woman and kissing one another. She found the room where Kovar was waiting for her with two of his bodyguards.

"My angel you have returned."

Kory was confused. "Who are you?"

"Me… WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?"

Kory was shocked now. "You sit at my side; you sleep in my bed." This got a reaction from her, she slept with this guy? How drunk and drugged out of her mind did she get?"

"And then you turn on me, betray me, for her? For this girl? Why, what is she to you?"

"Um, I really do not know what is going on. Your men tried to kill me."

"I loved you, Kory."

Kory laughed now. "Yeah, I don't love you. A hard pass on that."

Kovar pulled out a pistol and shot her, despite her telling him to wait. The bullet disintegrated as it approached her, and instead, she glowed orange, and her eyes turned green. A self-contained inferno was unleashed, and everything became ash. As the flames died down, she was horrified, if only for a brief couple of seconds. She saw the photo of the girl Kovar was talking about and left the room with a chuckle on her face.

Line Break- Abandoned Church

Rachel awoke, restrained to a chair, as the same man who killed her mother was holding a knife in his hands. She was looking at him, scared out of her mind.

"Good, you are up. You have a destiny to fulfill."

"Let me go."

"You know, I appear the villain, but I am the savior." He was brandishing the knife close to her person, and she was freaking out. "You look so innocent, but deep down, you know what you are. The sheathe by which he will penetrate this world, and seed its destruction, one human at a time. You are the doorway to which he will enter this world."

The cop guarding the room heard a noise, as he pulled out his gun and went downstairs to investigate. He turned around, and Dick snuck up behind him, and put him to sleep. He grabbed his gun and began looking for Rachel.

"I have to save us all. I will pull your heart out, and destroy it, and the doorway will be closed forever."

He brought the knife closer to her, ready to strike, when he heard noises from the second floor. He gagged Rachel and went to the door. As he readied his blade, Rachel's powers manifested, and a shadow entered the killer of her mother. He gagged and couched, as he began bleeding from every pore of his body, drowning in his own blood, until he fell to the ground, dead. Rachel was horrified by what she did.

Dick had burst into the room and saw Rachel and the dead body. He held Rachel and told her to not look at the body. She gave him a big hug and tearfully begged for his help.

He got her into his car, and they drove off. "Where are we going?"

"Someplace safe."

"My mother thinks there is no such things as monsters, she was wrong."

Line Break- Electronics Store, Covington, Ohio

A security guard was enjoying his night shift, as he heard sounds coming from the gaming section. He saw a green tiger there, freaking him out. The tiger pounced on him, before grabbing something, and leaving the store. The guard was left shaken by the events and would make sure he made an appointment with his doctor to quit drinking and taking drugs.

The tiger found itself in a forest, and it transformed into a teenager, holding a video game for the Xbox One. The teen rejoiced as he grabbed his clothes and ran off to parts unknown.

Line Break- Chicago

A blonde-haired, blue-eyed man was running down the track, exercising, trying to run from his demons. This man attracted the attention and appraisal of many a woman there. He went to his house and took a shower After his long shower, he looked at two photos, one with a family long since broken, and a beautiful, raven-haired woman kissing him. He missed that woman dearly, along with his own family, a family he had lost in another dimension.

"I miss you, Donna Troy."
