Dr. Yang was sitting beside the desk in her office at Klaus Institute in Zurich. She was checking the charts. Asian woman heard somebody repealed the door.

"Dr. Yang?" he said quietly.

"Yes, Shane?" She didn't even look up.

"A woman wants to see you" The older doctor gave him asking look. "She's saying her name is dr. Altman" Yang didn't understand in first second and opened her mouth to say something. But a familiar face entered the room.

"Teddy!" She yelled standing up.

"Hey, Cristina" they were both smiling. The two old friends hugged.

"Congratulations Harper Every" Teddy was proud of her best student.

"Thanks" Cristina gave her a smile. Shane was confused. Dr. Yang was hugging only dr. Grey. She wasn't an effusive person. When Cristina saw his face, she explained.

"Shane, this is my mentor and friend dr. Teddy Altman. And this is Shane, my best student. I am his... you" they both laughed.

"Ok, Shane. Now leave us alone. We haven't seen each other in... Years" The younger doctor nodded and left the room. They sat besides the desk.

"Actually why are you here, Teddy?" Cristina asked still smiling. Dr. Altman pulled the scan out of the bag and handed it to her former student. She saw a huge heart tumor.

"Wooo, big" she whispered with a smile. "Who am I looking at?" Cristina questioned getting herself out of the trance and looking back at Altman.

"Me" her mentor said with a sad smile. Dr. Yang was shocked.

"Teddy..." she gave her a worried look, but she realized the blond began to feel uncomfortable. So she came back to her doctor mood.

"From when is this scan ?" Cristina asked looking at it again.

"Yesterday" Teddy smiled kindly, to calm Cristina a little.

"Great" the asian woman sighed, but returned the smile. "What symptoms do you have?" she questioned, putting the scan on the desk.

"Nothing serious" Teddy started "I'm just getting tired faster" dr. Altman sighed.

"Okay, then" Cristina smiled standing up "Can I take a listen?" Teddy leaned back on the chair letting her do what she needs to. Yang took the stethoscope off her shoulders and put it in her ears. She was listening for a moment, then she started looking really happy. The blonde gave her asking look. Cristina was keeping smiling, just went back to the chair and took a folder out of the drawer. Then laid out five scans on the desk. When dr. Altman was judging them one by one Cristina started

"Teddy, these are patients I operated on in the past few weeks" Her friend looked up.

"How many did you loose?" She asked sceptic.

Dr. Yang smiled "None".

"What?! How?!" Dr. Altman was shocked. "Three of those tumors reach pulmonary artery. Cristina, There is no..." Yang nodded and cut off.

"Normally: no. But with my method..." Dr. Yang looked excited "I am freezing the edge tumor's cells, and it separates a little with arteries and venous" Teddy was listening, so Cristina continued. "I didn't publish it yet, I want to have ten cases ended with success. But..." She picked one of the scans and showed it to the other woman.

"This is a HUGE tumor, like you said, it reaches pulmonary artery" She made a break to find another scan "So are these two" She pointed. "This one..." Cristina handed to Teddy different MRI. "Is like yours" Yang smiled. "The last one is a little smaller" the asian woman said as she found a scan. After a break, she continued, still so excited. "Five cases, five successes".

"Were there any complications?" Teddy asked. Cristina smiled.

"One of them had a post-op infection"

"That's all?" Altman was wonder.

"Yeah" Yang laughed. "Four of them got out of here after a week without tumor, only that man with infection after two" She looked proud.

"When would I go back to work?" Teddy questioned.

"Technically, you would can after a week. But I would want to keep an eye on you for three weeks" Cristina said. "If you would be really desperate, I could order it to someone in Settle, however in fact it's a trial and I would rather do it myself" when she saw her mentor's face she added. "But I really want to see your new methods I have read about and I can show you mine while you will have to be around" she offered. "Like old times" She smiled warmly.

"Great" Teddy returned the smile.

"Okay" Cristina sighed. "I need CT, I know you had one yesterday, but I want to know every piece of this thing, EKG and USG" She smiled. "Do you agree with me?"

Teddy nodded with a smile. "You're my best student, I trust you".
