A/N: This story will be very biased towards Kamen Rider and their enemies, just wanting to say this in advance before you read the story. Thank you. Also, some things may be changed, but nothing to completely effect anything major. There will be dark themes in this as well, so sorry if you don't take them well. Finally, there will be some swearing, so warning about that in advance.

"Kai, what in the world are you doing here?"
"What? Can't I visit a friend?"
The voices of two males could be heard talking to one another as the first one held a slightly frustrated and amused tone, with the second one being in the fashion of slightly joking and amusement as well. The two males appeared to be around the age of fourteen or so as they could be seen standing outside of a photo studio.
This was Hikari Studio, a photography studio, but it is anything but normal. This studio was also a building that was able to transport to many different worlds merely by revealing a backdrop, which was kind of ridiculous and awesome at the same time. A building that was once occupied by Tsukasa Kadoya and his allies.
Speaking of, that now leads us to the two males that were talking as one of them stood and leaned against the open door as the other one just had his arms behind his back as they spoke. The first person was none other than Arato Kadoya, the son of the great Tsukasa Kadoya, the original Kamen Rider Decade.
The next male was Kai Daiki, the son of Kaito Daiki, who was an ally and also a pain in the neck of Tsukasa Kadoya. Kaito Daiki was the original Kamen Rider Diend, though that was before Kai took on the mantle of it, much like how Arato did the same with Tsukasa. Both of the sons actually being good friends, though they can sometimes really get on each other's nerves.
Arato was a young man with beautiful fair skin and a lean yet built figure, he had night-black straight hair along with crimson red bangs and a pair of ruby red eyes. His attire consisted of a tight black t-shirt and a pair of tight black pants, he had on white tall metallic boots with black soles that reached just below his knees and also a long white scarf around his neck. Finally, he had black wristbands on each wrist.
Kai was a young man with fair skin and a lean yet sculpted build, he had white straight hair with vibrant blue bangs and a pair of sapphire blue eyes. He was wearing a tight white t-shirt that stuck well to his body along with a pair of tight black pants, he also had on white running shoes and wore black armguards.
"So, tell me why you're actually here. I know you're not the kind of person to just come without a proper reason... most of the time at least." Arato said as they both were now inside of the studio and were sitting down on the chairs and facing each other, Arato having crossed his arms. Kai rolled his eyes as he then replied.
"Yeah, yeah. You're right." Kai then stood up from his seat as he went to look outside of the window, Arato raising an eyebrow in confusion as he narrowed his eyes a bit. He then gained a serious look as he noticed the serious look that Kai had as he turned his head towards him. "We have a serious issue on our hands."
"Mind elaborating?"
"It's to do with the many worlds. They're all in danger, it is possible that we are looking at a situation of complete multiversal devastation." Kai stated seriously. Arato widened his eyes considerably, this was not something to joke about! Arato stood up and narrowed his eyes. "Kai, if you're messing with me, I suggest you stop."
"I wish I honestly was, Arato. This information was given to me by Mr. Sougo." Kai replied with a big sigh as he had one hand on his face in frustration. Arato clenched his fist, he didn't know the details right now, but if it was at the state of multiversal destruction, something was definitely serious. "What are we dealing with?"
"According to his words, they have been labelled as Dimension Reapers. The reason being because of what they do, they travel to many worlds and absorb the energy that keeps that particular world stable. Thankfully though, I was told that only one Dimension Reaper can actually appear at a time. But, if one manages to absorb all the energy..."
"The world collapses, right?" Arato finished. Kai nodded his head in response, Arato clicked his tongue at this. This was seriously bad. From Kai's tone, he knew he wasn't joking in the slightest. Whoever these enemies were, were clearly dangerous and were still anomalies to them, and he hated not knowing more right now. "Do we know who's leading them?"
"Unfortunately, we do not. But, I do have this." Kai voiced. Arato watched as the young man reached into his pocket before taking out two wristwatches of sorts, causing Arato to cock an eyebrow in confusion at what he saw. They had a white base and black screen. "These are DE Watches, standing for Dimension Energy Watches. They allow us to keep track of how stable the world we'd currently be in is, as well as inform us when a Dimension Reaper appears."
"Really?"
"Yeah. They'll automatically infuse into your armour when you transform, then they'll return back to normal when you go back to normal." Kai explained as he tossed one over to Arato, who caught it easily. He looked at it before strapping it onto his right wrist, with moving his wristband up his arm a bit to fit the watch. Kai putting the other one on as well.
"So, I assume Mr. Sougo wants us to go out there and rid the worlds of these creatures?" Arato asked, though he pretty much already knew the answer to the question. Kai nodded his head in response as Arato sighed. "Very well, I am technically both a destroyer and a saviour. So, we should leave immediately."
True to his words, Arato, much like his father, is both a destroyer and a saviour. He decides whether he will destroy a world or not, and he had the power to do so, and if he didn't have enough power, he could always call his dad. Though, he was also a saviour, he'll help save a world if he believes they deserve to be spared or not.
"Agreed, the faster the better. Who knows if we'll be able to do it if we waste time. The multiverse could collapse at any given time." Kai responded. They both then nodded at each other before Arato made his way towards the back wall of the room as he stared at the chain that was next to the wall. "You know, it would be so much easier if you and I had access to the dimension walls."
"Yeah, but we don't have good control over them yet, remember? Both of our dads forbade us from using them." Arato said as he rolled his eyes. He then grabbed the chain before grinning. "But, doing this still has its advantages. We get a place to stay in the worlds and also that it's nostalgic, pulling this chain to go to different worlds!"
"True that, I guess I can't argue." Kai shrugged. He then grinned himself as Arato pulled the chain, to which Arato stepped back and stood next to Kai. They both watched with smiles as they watched a backdrop fall down, to which they could see an image appear on it. They looked at each other afterwards.
"Wonder what kind of world this is..."
"It does look strange... and dark. But, it is our first location where we will most likely find our first Dimension Reaper. Ready to go, partner?" Arato asked with a smile. Kai grinned as they both fist-bumped each other, to which they then looked back at the backdrop. Smiling as they took in what it displayed.
The backdrop displayed the image of what appeared to be a building of sorts, and from what they could tell from all the additions, it was most likely some kind of school. Though, the image seemed to be surrounded by a number of different stars and also strangely coloured sparkles all around it. They didn't know what to think about it.
"Before we head out though, there is something else about the Dimension Reapers." Kai voiced as Arato turned to look at him. "The Dimension Reapers had already destroyed a number of worlds that were vital to keeping our multiverse stable, the lines holding it all together are almost at their limit. We can't let them destroy anymore. The world we go to now..."
"Is the world we destroy them all once and for all, right?"
"Exactly. Your father and my father are using their powers to keep them contained within this world, preventing them from leaving. We have to take advantage of that and strike when the iron's hot."
Both of the boys could now be seen walking out of the studio as they looked around confused, they appeared to just find themselves in a street of sorts with houses everywhere and such. It reminded them of Japan, was this another world that had a parallel Japan? Most likely the case in this situation.
They could only wonder just what this world had in store for them, and also when that Dimension Reaper was going to strike. They knew that the DE Watches would inform them when, but they can't help but ponder, the multiverse was at stake here! The sooner they dispose of this threat, the better!
"Um... Arato, our clothes." Kai muttered as the boy next to him blinked in confusion. Both boys looked down to see that their clothes had changed, they were now wearing a school uniform. Both having white collared shirt with light blue cuffs, and also short blue ties around the collars that had been fastened by a star-shaped pin. They also had on dark blue pants and a black coloured belt.
"Huh, I guess we got a role in this world. And it seems that we're students, you're getting the knowledge about it, right?" Arato asked Kai. Kai nodded in response, he was certainly feeling the information flood into his head. It was a kind of power that they seemed to hold, Arato's father had the same thing in the past.
It was an ability that allowed for the users to take a role within the world in which they visit, granting them different abilities as well as all their necessary needs for that particular role. In this case, they gained the information as well as items for being students, and the information being things like the location of the school as well as materials.
"If what I'm getting is correct, we're transferring in tomorrow and that we're in the same class, sounds good." Arato said as he looked up at the sky. From the position of the sun, he assumed that it was the morning around eight or so. "Well, ready to go exploring around the place for a bit, Treasure Sniper?"
"Whatever, Destroyer of Worlds. Let's get going!" Kai replied as he began running in a certain direction as he had his bag carried over his right shoulder. Arato rolled his eyes before running after him with impressive speed, they were making sure to hold back their speed so it didn't look completely unnatural.
They slowed down their run to a simple walk as they arrived at the more busier more areas of the town that they were in, which they were given information was called Mihoshi Town or whatever as the school that they were going to be attending was Mihoshi Middle School. The streets had a few people on it, though it was understandable since it was early in the morning.
The town seemed rather peaceful and the watches that Kai had weren't reacting at all to anything, which was something that both relieved and annoyed them as they didn't know when one of the Dimension Reapers would strike. For now, they just needed to keep an eye out while looking around.
"This town isn't all that exciting..."
"Does it really matter? We're here for one reason."
The voices of the males were heard as they were now seen walking back towards Hikari Studios, Kai having his arms crossed behind his head as they walked. They soon arrived back at the studio as Arato opened the door as they both walked in, Kai going in first as Arato closed the door behind them after following after.
"We didn't even detect any signs of a Dimension Reaper appearing either!" Kai sighed as he then jumped down onto the couch and layed down as Arato walked over and crossed his arms. "I know I should be thankful that they're not here yet, but I can't help but feel like the sooner we find them the better."
"I do agree with you there, the sooner we rid of them, the better it will be in the long run." Arato sighed as he leaned against the wall of the room. Though, they soon blinked in confusion when the sound of the bell at the door of the studio suddenly sounded, meaning someone had most likely entered.
"This is strange... wasn't this a cafe?"
"I thought it was..."
Kai looked at Arato with a raised eyebrow as the son of Tsukasa blinked, Arato then shrugged before walking through the door towards the front area as Kai sat up from his sat down position. When Arato looked to see who had come into the studio, he blinked when he saw four females standing at the front looking around confused at the place.
"Can I help you?"
"Eh?" The girls all turned their attention towards the person who spoke, who was, of course, Arato as he stared at them with one arm on his right hip as he had his head slightly tilted. The girls all appeared very much different from one another and appeared to be the same age as Kai and him, or maybe a bit younger.
The first girl had hot pink eyes and short-medium length slightly curled hair worn in twin-tails with a single yellow sphere at the bottom, she had a large curled ahoge hanging down the middle as well. She was also wearing a blue headband with two spheres and a star on the side of the band.
Her attire consisted of a pale pink off-shoulder blouse with a white-collar. Over this was a pair of blue denim short-style overalls with a hot pink belt and matching colored socks, along with white and baby pink sneakers with pale pink accent. There was also a pendant that was hanging around her neck.
The next girl had short dark turquoise hair with one pale blue and one light pink streak on the right side. On the sides of her head are light pink buttons with a magenta heart in the centre with her antennae dangling from them with small yellow orbs at the end. This design also appears on her sleeves, her fingerless glove, and shoes.
Her eyes are turquoise with star pupils and she has pointy ears. She wears a white mini-dress with turquoise and light pink designs with a pale yellow and blue bolero jacket, along with a thin pastel purple belt with a cerulean purse with a gold ring around it that resembles Saturn, filled with shooting star gummies. Her shoes are turquoise and white with pale yellow loose socks. She too had the pendant around her neck.
The third girl had brown skin and curved purple eyes and thick chest-length golden hair. Her bangs are entirely pulled back and worn with an orange headband with a knotted bow on the side, behind each ear is a small braid. She has a beauty mark by her lower left eye and slightly thick eyebrows.
Her clothing consisted of a loose, off-white top with elbow-length sleeves with orange designs. She was also wearing a thin purple choker and bracelet, along with denim shorts, and white and burnt orange shoes. The last girl appeared to have gentle blue eyes and long, layered purple hair with a dark magenta ribbon on each side of her head.
She wore a pearl blue long-sleeved blouse with indigo straps on the wrist and an indigo dress worn over it. Around her waist is a dark indigo belt with a crescent moon buckle and on her collars a dark magenta ribbon with the same crescent moon brooch. She also wore strappy dark indigo Mary-Janes worn with grey tube socks.
Arato rose an eyebrow when he noticed the features that the second girl seemed to have pointy ears and what he assumed were antennae from what he could see, though he just guessed they must be an accessory or something. If they were actually antennae, then he wouldn't really be surprised as way more surprising stuff had occured in his life.
"O-Oh, our apologies. Wasn't this place a cafe?" The girl who had pink hair had asked as Arato blinked his eyes in confusion. He then figured that whatever their place had taken over must have been a cafe of sorts previously. Arato then responded with. "Afraid not, this is a photo studio. Not a cafe..."
"Really? I don't remember seeing this place ever before..." The brown-skinned girl muttered in confusion as she looked around. Arato just shrugged before adding. "Well, since you came here anyway, would you like to stay for some refreshments?"
"This is really good!"
"Calm down, Hikaru..."
The group of females were now seen sitting down at the dining table within Hikari Studios as Kai and Arato while enjoying some treats as well as tea that Kai prepared not too long ago. Arato had explained everything that had happened to Kai as the male nodded his head in understanding, similar situations had happened to his father when he was travelling.
In that amount of time, the group had introduced themselves to the boys as the boys did so in return. The pink-haired girl was called Hikaru, the blue-haired girl being Lala, the brown-skinned one named Elena, and the purple-haired girl being named Madoka. Both boys sensed a strange power in them, though didn't care much as it didn't seem to be that of the Dimension Reapers.
"S-Sorry, but it's just so twincool!"
"Twincool?" Both Kai and Arato repeated in major confusion as sweatdrops ran down the back of their heads. Elena sighed as she then turned to look at the boys before asking them a question. "So, did you two move here not too long ago? I don't ever remember seeing you around the town before."
"Yeah, that's right. We came here a day ago actually." Arato lied as it had actually only been like three hours or so since they had arrived in this world. Though, the females did seem to buy it as none of them suspected anything, much to the relief of the males. The day just continued on regularly as the group had asked the boys normal questions and things.
Though, the boys were still curious as to the power that the group of females seemed to have been hiding within them. But, it wasn't like it was their job to pry into the matter. If it had nothing to do with the Dimension Reapers, it would probably be best for them to just leave the situation be.
For now, they just needed to prepare for school tomorrow...
"Yep, it's the building we saw on the backboard. So, a school, huh?" Kai said as they both looked up at the building in front of them. They noticed that there were far more students out, which made sense as they were probably coming to school. They noticed the stares they got, mainly from the females, but ignored them as they looked at the school.
"Let's get going."
"Yeah, yeah."
"Also, Kai. Please don't be so anti-social and intimidating when it comes to new people again. You always act like that to people you don't know." Arato pleaded. True to his words, Kai was the type of person who didn't care to talk or interact with others that he didn't know and cared for, he would protect them of course since he was a Kamen Rider, but when it wasn't to protect them from something, he didn't care really.
"Like you're one to talk. If someone really pushes your buttons, then you can potentially end up getting so angry that you'd enter into violent emotion!" Kai retorted. Arato rolled his eyes, he wasn't going to deny it. He was the type of person that would flip if he was seriously pushed to the limits, and it wasn't really something anyone that knew him did as they knew it probably wouldn't end well for them.
"Let's just go."
"Right, right."
An hour and a bit had passed since the boys had actually arrived at the school in which they were given the role to play as students was, and they had gotten everything done that had to do with confirming they were the so-called transfers and were currently being escorted by the teacher of the class they were in, who appeared to be male.
"Wait out here, I'll call you in." Both boys nodded as they both leaned up against the wall of the classroom. They saw the teacher walk into the room as all the students took a seat, to which the teacher began to talk to them. Though, they just zoned out everything that the teacher was saying as they looked at one another.
"So, you felt it too, right?"
"Yeah. That strange energy ever since we came to this world, and quite a strange one indeed. Along with malicious ones." Kai replied with an amused look on his face. True to his words, ever since they came here, they had been detecting a strange energy signature, though a faint one. It was nowhere near as powerful as energy produced by the powers of Kamen Rider and the Super Sentai groups.
"You're right, while it doesn't have anything to do with the threat we're here to deal with. It seems to be crucial to this world, whatever it is." Arato stated. While he was confident that the two of them could easily take out whatever the threat of this world is, he was just worried if it would hinder them on their mission. If it crosses paths with them, then it will be dealt with accordingly.
He had a feeling that would probably be pretty soon.
"Should we do something about it?"
"I mean, if it makes itself known. Then yeah, we will." Arato responded with a nod of his head. He would usually allow a world to take its course, but if he alter it for the better, than why the hell not? He had done it before, he had gone to worlds and altered their history for the better. Zi-O was perfectly fine with it too!
Zi-O would usually disagree with them changing timelines, but they were always careful when it came to changing a timeline. But, if they messed up at any point, then they can just get their good ol pal Zi-O to help them fix it! True, he can get pretty angry when they do something like that, but it wasn't nearly as bad as when their fathers were angry, so it didn't affect them much.
"You may come in now!"
"Well, looks like it's time to go. Come on."
"Fine..." Kai sighed as they both began to make their way into the classroom. Kai really didn't want to be here at all, and Arato would be lying if he said that he wanted to be here, he truthfully was the same as Kai. He would rather be searching for this Dimension Reaper, but he knew it would be to no avail.
They both quietly walked towards the front of the class as they took a quick side glance at the class, who were all staring at them as they walked on next to the teacher. They both wrote their names on the board behind them before turning to face the class, both having neutral looks on their faces as they did so.
"Please introduce yourselves."
"What a pain..." Kai sighed under his breath that only Arato could hear him. Kai then took a step forward as he decided to take the initiative, to which the class all turned their eyes to look at him as he was the one going first. Kai crossed his arms as he began to introduce himself. "My name is Kai Daiki. If I'm being honest, i don't want to be here. So, leave me alone, I don't want to socia- gah!"
"Quiet." Arato scolded firmly. He had smacked Kai behind the head as he walked up next to him, the teacher and the students sweatdropping at them as Arato then gave a warm smile towards them all as he introduced himself. The students felt comfort from it as the glare that Kai gave them made them all shudder as their blood ran cold from it.
Kai could give a damn good glare if he wanted.
"My name is Arato Kadoya, it's a pleasure to meet all of you. Kai and I have been friends ever since we were really young, please treat us well." Arato introduced as he gave a small bow, Kai reluctantly doing the same, mostly being due to the small glare that Arato sent him. The teacher nodded before looking at the seats.
"Arato, you may take a seat next to Hoshina. And Kai, you may take the seat next to Arato." Both of the boys nodded their heads as they began to make their way towards where the teacher had pointed towards. The place was at the back of the classroom, and they felt the stares of the students follow them as they walked, though a quick glare from Kai made them look away instantly.
"Arato! Kai!" The boys looked at the girl that Arato was told to sit next to and were surprised to see that it was none other than Hikaru herself, who was smiling up at them with a big smile as Arato chuckled and waved before they both took their respective seats next to each other. "I didn't expect you to be transferring in!"
"I guess we never told you girls. We didn't expect to be in your class either."
"Well, I hope you enjoy it here!"
After that, the class seemed to go on by normally as it was math class for them, and it was going to be for an entire damn two periods, which greatly annoyed the boys, they didn't want to be here! The teacher was seriously going through some math work, but to them, it seemed so incredibly easy.
It was definitely the kind of math that their grade would be doing, but both of the boys had intelligence far beyond a normal person, their intelligence reaching far higher than even the most distinguished of scientists. So, they decided to just ponder about what they should do about the threat they might encounter at any point in time.
They weren't paying any attention at all in the class as they both only cared about their mission right now, it was of multiversal importance afterall. Time seemed to fly by, though a voice soon grabbed their attention, an angry one at that. It was the teacher yelling. "Mr. Kadoya and Mr. Daiki."
"Hm?" Both of the boys turned their heads up with bored looks on their faces as they saw that their teacher had a really annoyed look plastered on their face. The students also looked at them as the teacher was pointing towards a question on the board, which was separated from the work that was being done in the class. "Answer this question for me. Punishment for not paying attention."
"..."
"..." Both boys raised one eyebrow as they saw the question. It was a far greater question in difficulty compared to what they were doing in the lesson, to which they both looked at each other before giving each other bored looks. They both then stood up as they walked on up to the board before each taking a pen.
The question on the board had literally nothing to do with math! The teacher either must be stupid in the head, or a major jerk, but they really didn't care. The question was basically asking to explain what a vacuum diagram was, something that really had no relevance to what they were doing for the class. What the heck? It also wanted a damn example.
"Don't know why you asked us something to do with physics, but whatever." Kai shrugged. He decided to start them off as he began writing on the board. "A vacuum diagram is basically sub-atomic particles appearing from nothing, which is a vacuum, which it then disappears into nothing afterwards."
"But, if you want us to make this more complex with an example. Then these particles popping out of nothingness are referred to as a pion and a proton. Creating what we call a feynman diagram. A diagram that displays the electromagnetic interactions between sub-atomic particles." Arato was the one that continued. "These particles then recombine before disappearing, and as it may appear that they annihilate one another, this is incorrect. They actually create what is called an anti-particle from the last impact."
"Furthermore, while normal particles are moving linear and also forward in time, an anti-particle is a complete contrast to it as it is actually going backwards in time instead. When that anti-particle is formed, it moves backwards as a way to create two precursor sub-atomic particles in response to the action."
"You should know that we are not referring to this as a paradox of any sort, while it may seem like it. They're actually more in a closed-loop, it's consistent and not actually self-contradictory. This loop is incredibly fragile and can easily be broken, if even a single part of this process is prevented, the loop would simply break."
"If that is all you needed, then can we sit down?" Kai asked as the boys finished writing what they have said on the board, leaving literally almost no room left. They both looked at the teacher, who had a gobsmacked expression, along with the other students in the class that were staring at them with uncontrollable shock.
"Y-You may sit down..."
"Thank you." Arato replied as both Kai and him walked back and sat down at their desks. The students all still looking at them in shock, though they just decided to move on, while still shaken by the intelligence the boys just displayed. Arato and Kai noticed that Hikaru was giving them a look with comically widened eyes, having seemingly paid attention to what they had ended up saying.
Classes went by normally as everything didn't really change over the course of the entire day. The final lesson of the day was finally going to be over as the teacher left the room, with the students all packing up and leaving as well. The boys waited for all the rest of them to leave before getting up themselves. They both then looked to see Hikaru packing her stuff up as she was placing her books into her bag.
"Are you going home, Hikaru?" Hikaru looked up from her bag to see that both Kai and Arato had walked over to her. The person that had asked the question was Arato, both of the boys also having their satchels now over their shoulders. Hikaru nodded her head. "Yeah. I'm also going to meet up with the others!"
"Speaking of, both Elena and Madoka are pretty popular here, huh?" Arato commented with a chuckle. As Kai and Arato had been walking throughout the day, they had noticed both of the girls surrounded by the other students a good deal of the time, they had also noticed females staring at them from a distance too, but ignored them.
"They are The Moon and Sun of Mihoshi after all!" Hikaru stated with a smile as both of the boys blinked at the nicknames that had just been stated.
"Well, we better get...!" Arato was going to say but stopped when his eyes widened. Both Kai and Arato noticed something beeping as they looked down at their DE Watches, making a beeping sound and also flashing slightly. They looked at one another before staring at the watches as they turned to each other and nodded. "H-Hikaru. Sorry, but we gotta get going. See you tomorrow!"
"E-Eh? Okay...? See you tomorrow." Hikaru watched in confusion by the sudden alert that had appeared on her two male friends's faces. She watched as they rushed out of the classroom before running towards the entrance of the school, none of them noticed a pair of curious eyes watching them as they ran out. "I wonder what that was about..."
"Come on, it's coming from right over here!"
Both Arato and Kai were running towards the location that the watches were showing them, it wasn't actually that far from the school, though it appeared to at least be in an area that was rather void of any people. They were glad, because if the watches were going off, then things were going to get seriously dangerous.
Since the watches went off, did that mean that the Dimension Reapers were finally showing themselves to them? Most likely. The signal didn't seem to be too strong as what confused them was that there were more than one signatures being detected, what did that mean? Mr. Sougo had told them that only one could appear at a time. So why?
"Over there. I think I see something!" Arato voiced. Kai looked to see that Arato was pointing towards a part of the area they were now in, which appeared to be a rather empty park area where no-one was even around. They both ran over towards the location where Arato had pointed at and were surprised by what they saw.
"What? What in the world are these things? Dimension Reapers?" Arato asked as they were staring at a large group of black creatures that were humanoid in shape and had red markings all over their bodies, all having also a pair of sharp black eyes and sharp claws on their hands that appeared to be able to slice through anything.
"Doubtful. Probably a group of soldiers or something for them, the true Dimension Reaper that summoned them must be somewhere else. They probably haven't shown themselves." Kai responded as they stared at the group of creatures. Kai then stated. "I guess we can call these guys Death Soldiers, it is pretty accurate."
"Couldn't agree more." Arato said as they both then took out two strange devices after having dropped their bags onto the ground. Arato took out what appeared to be a buckle of sorts with black handles and a magenta-coloured base with symbols that were placed in a circle formation around the centre silver piece.
Kai had brought out not a buckle, but what appeared to be a strangely design gun of sorts that was blue light blue in colour. It also had golden and black lines that ran along the main parts of its body, to which Kai had twirled it around in his hand a few times before holding it properly while pointing it up towards the sky.
"You ready?"
"More than ever!" Kai responded. Both of them then proceeded to take out a card that each displayed a masked figure, one that was magenta on Arato's and a blue figure on Kai's. Kai placed the card into his NeoDiendriver before pulling the front part of the gun forwards as a voice seemed to play as he pointed the gun upwards.
Arato followed by placing the buckle onto his waist as a belt strapped the buckle onto him and pulling the levers outwards, resulting in the buckle rotating ninety degrees, which he then placed the card of his into the buckle. A voice was then heard as he pushed both the levers inwards as the buckle returned to its original position.
"Henshin!"
[Kamen Ride: Decade]
[Kamen Ride: Diend]
For Kai, the Diend symbol had appeared above him before it seemed to separate into thirteen cards as a total of three silhouettes formed around him, being the colours of red, blue, and green. They soon then crashed into him as a black suit of armour appeared on his body, to which the cards then all crashed down onto the helmet of the armour.
When it did, the cards had formed a bar code designed on the helmet as the armour had also gained blue colouring, the bar codes on his helmet also being the colour black as he twirled his driver around in his hand as he looked down at the Death Soldiers, Arato going through his own transformation as this happened.
Arato, after having closed the buckle up and the voice playing through, a bunch of silhouettes had appeared and danced around his being before crashing into him, forming a black armour suit similar to Kai's as cards flew out from his driver before floating up and crashing into his helmet, creating a bar code like design.
Arato's was a different design of a bar code but still a bar code nonetheless, he had a pair of big green eyes and parts of his armour gained a magenta colouring. The belt also gained an items, which was his Ride Booker, a device which was also his weapon and holder for all of the cards that he always utilised.
"Ikuzo!"
Both of them rushed in, though Diend stopped as Decade rushed in as he proceeded to fire off bullets from his NeoDiendriver, which were causing major damage to the enemies. Decade had switched his Ride Booker to its sword form before slashing rapidly at the enemies that rushed towards him, both of them quickly taking them out easily.
"Wow, these guys are weaker than we thought." Diend commented as he shot another one before blocking a slash by another one of them as he then kicked it away before proceeding to shoot the enemy, destroying them. Decade kicked one into a group of them before easily slashing away with fluent slashes.
"They are just grunts after all, so you shouldn't expect them to be that powerful. Though, don't let your guard down! Anything could happen!" Decade warned. Diend just rolled his eyes behind his helmet as he continued fighting, the grunts might end up getting stronger later one. "Anyway though, want to quickly finish these guys?"
"Yeah. These guys probably were sent just to scout the area out or something, so it would be best to remove them." Diend agreed. Diend then proceeded to take out another card as he then placed it into his driver and pulling the front forwards. The mechanical voice that his driver always made sounded through the area in response. Decade was doing the same as he inserted a card into his own driver as the same voice sounded.
[Attack Ride: Blast]
[Attack Ride: Slash]
Diend aimed his gun forwards towards a large group of Death Soldiers as his gun rapid-fired a bunch of shots that shot towards the enemies, some trying to run away from them. Though, it was all for nothing as the bullets seemed to curve and chase after them, resulting in them soon being hit and exploding in response.
Decade was on his side of the battlefield as his blade glowed a deep magenta colour before he rushed towards a large group of enemies, he then began to slash at blinding speeds at them all as they couldn't react to his movements. As he slashed, his sword left a trail of magenta light after every slash as the enemies had sparks come off them before exploding.
They both then flipped backwards before arriving back to back with one another, they didn't say anything before taking out another card as they inserted them into their drivers, to which the same voice played through once again. They each faced the two last large groups of enemies as they cracked their necks.
[Final Attack Ride: D-D-Diend]
[Final Attack Ride: D-D-Decade]
Both of them raised their weapons and pointed them towards the group of enemies, to which for Diend, a vortex of a bunch of holographic cards appeared in front of the weapon pointing towards the group. Decade had holographic images of cards appearing in front of him as he aimed his Ride Booker at it.
"Dimension Blast/Dimension Shoot." Both of them stated before firing their weapons. Diend's attack was a green and black beam that took on the vortex of cards before it rocketed towards the enemies, and when it made contact, an explosion was made as the group was destroyed instantly.
Decade fired his Ride Booker as a highly-energised and pixelated projectile fired out from the weapon. The shot then crashed through each of the cards in front of him, with each card strengthening the shot as it went through. In a similar fashion, the shot exploded when it made contact with the group he was fighting, demolishing them.
"I expected more to be honest." Kai mentioned as he twirled his driver around in his hand as he gave a small sigh. Soon after, both of their armours dispersed as they returned to their normal selves. Arato took off his driver as Kai placed his own away. Arato then responded. "As I said before. We should still be wary, we don't know if that was how strong they truly were."
"I know. Don't need to remind me."
"Knowing you, I feel like I need to."
"You're joking."
"..."
"Anyway, we should probably get going back to Hikari Studios, right?" Kai said as he turned away a bit and began walking. Arato rolled his eyes with a sigh before he gave a small smile, he then followed after Kai as they began to make their way back home to the studio, it was getting pretty late after all.
"Wait, why are we walking? Why don't we just summon our motorcycles?" Kai realised as he suddenly stopped walking. Arato did the same as they stayed silent for a bit, to which they soon sweatdropped before taking out their drivers once again and each placing a card it, while holding deadpanned looks on their faces.
"Let's just go home..."
"Agreed..."
