(A/N: Now it's time for Bruce and Katrina to tie the knot! I'll get this chapter started so you won't have to be kept in suspense!)
Kitty and Katrina were at the chapel by the time Dudley and Bruce arrived.
"There's the car. That means Kitty and Katrina are already here. I just hope Katrina's not hanging around where you can see her, since it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding." Dudley said.
"She's probably hiding so that I won't see her. Knowing my baby, she wants to be a surprise." Bruce assured Dudley as they got out of the car and entered the chapel.
"Oh yeah, Kitty did say that they'd be hiding if they beat us here. So now you don't have to worry about seeing Katrina before the wedding." Dudley said.
Upon entering, Dudley's mom went to go sit down while Dudley and Bruce approached the altar, where a familiar face happened to be waiting.
"Hey, guys!" I said.
"Amanda! You're also the minister at Bruce and Katrina's wedding?" Dudley asked me, surprised that I was here.
"Yeah. I had so much fun being the minister when you and Kitty got married, I decided to be the minister for this wedding, too." I replied.
"That's nice." said Bruce.
A few minutes later, Keswick showed up, and he took his place next to Dudley and Bruce. He couldn't help wondering if he'd ever be getting married someday.
It didn't take long before everyone had arrived, and now it was time for the wedding to begin.
Then the music started, and Kitty walked in. Dudley couldn't help feeling lovestruck when he saw her, even though he saw her in her bridesmaid outfit before they left their house. Bruce also saw her, and he thought Kitty was lovely, but he was fairly certain that Katrina would outshine her.
Once Kitty reached the altar, Bruce knew what was coming next, and he said to himself, "Okay, here we go..."
The familiar intro of "Here Comes The Bride" started, and in walked Katrina, who was being escorted by the Chief on his monitor system.
As soon as Bruce saw her, any nervous feelings he might have had were gone. He'd never seen Katrina look so pretty before, and his heart was beating so furiously he was sure it would jump right out of his chest.
"My baby looks so incredible, and in a few short minutes, she's gonna be my wife!" Bruce thought, unable to believe he wasn't dreaming.
Katrina was also lovestruck when she saw Bruce in his sharp, black tuxedo. In her eyes, he looked more amazing than he did at Dudley and Kitty's wedding.
"Wow, Brucie looks so handsome in that tux! I can't believe that today has finally arrived!" Katrina thought as she reached the altar.
Bruce and Katrina exchanged a loving smile once they were together.
"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join Bruce Puppy and Katrina Katswell in holy matrimony." I began. Once again, everyone cheered, but not as much as they did at Dudley and Kitty's wedding.
"I should've seen that coming..." I muttered to myself, but I didn't care. I was glad that everyone was happy about this wedding as well.
When the cheering died down, I turned to Bruce and asked him, "Bruce Puppy, do you take Katrina Katswell to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live?"
"I do!" Bruce said, grinning at his bride.
"Okay." I said. Then I turned to Katrina and asked her, "Katrina Katswell, do you take Bruce Puppy as your lawfully wedded husand, to have and to hold, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live?"
"Of course I do!" Katrina exclaimed, very excited.
Everybody got a laugh from the bride's eagerness.
"Well, if anyone here objects to this union, speak now, or forever hold your peace." I said.
Like at Dudley and Kitty's wedding, the only sound heard was the sound of crickets chirping. That was a good sign.
"By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." I announced, and Bruce couldn't have been happier as he dipped Katrina and kissed her. And Katrina was returning the kiss.
"And they'll live happily ever after!" I said, watching the happy couple as they kissed, lost in their own little world.
Everybody else was ready to go to the reception, but the bride and groom were still kissing. Apparently, they didn't plan on stopping any time soon.
Dudley realized that Bruce and Katrina were not paying attention, so he pulled out an air-horn, and he was about to blow it when Kitty said, "Dudley, don't you dare!"
"What do you mean?" Dudley asked.
"Katrina had it kinda rough this morning, so don't blow the air-horn at them, okay? We should try to bring them back to reality another way." Kitty explained.
"Oh, okay. So how are we going to do that?" Dudley asked, putting the air-horn away.
"Simple." Kitty said, and she tapped her sister on the shoulder.
Sure enough, Katrina broke off the kiss and asked Kitty, "What's up?"
"It's time for the reception. Aren't you guys coming?" Kitty asked.
"Oh yeah. We should head on over there." Bruce said, hearing Kitty's words. Then he lifted Katrina into his arms and carried her to the reception.
"He's warm..." Katrina thought, practically melting in her husband's strong arms.
The reception was a lot of fun, and everyone enjoyed themselves, but the bride and groom were the ones who really enjoyed themselves. And Katrina was staying close to Bruce's side through the whole thing.
"I take it you can't bear to leave my side, huh, pretty lady?" Bruce asked his wife.
"I'm afraid that if I do, I might get nabbed by Jerkbait again. He tried to nab me this morning, thinking that if he couldn't have Kitty, he could have me instead. Thankfully, Kitty showed up and saved me before he could do anything. He's in prison now, but he might've escaped." Katrina said.
"He did WHAT?! That does it! Next time I see the little runt, I'm gonna rip him to bits and tear him apart! And when I'm done, all the king's horses and all the king's men, won't be able to put Jerkbait back together again, and even if they could, they wouldn't even bother." Bruce said.
"Can you do that?" Katrina asked.
"I'd do it to anyone who messes with my baby." Bruce told her.
"Okay. And I'm gonna help you because I didn't appreciate him doing what he did." Katrina said.
"Sure thing, baby." Bruce smiled.
Dudley and Kitty noticed how in love their siblings were, and Dudley asked Kitty, "Were we like that on our own wedding day?"
"Dudley, our wedding was only a few months ago." Kitty replied.
"I know, but you know what I'm saying, right?" Dudley asked.
"I like to think that we still are." Kitty said.
"So do I." Dudley smiled, pulling Kitty close for a kiss.
The reception was over by the time the sun went down, and the happy couple made their way to the airport, for they would be spending their honeymoon in Hawaii! As for the guests, they went home to relax after another exciting wedding.
The End
So that's the end of the re-write of "Love Stories"! Wow, this one changed quite a bit since the first time I wrote it, but I'm happy with the way it turned out. I hope you all enjoyed this story!
