Hey guys Naruto Senju here with a new story that my boyfriend apparently wanted me to write for him. I got to say I actually found this idea he had quite interesting and to tell you the truth it was a lot of fun to write. Although I had to write down many ideas to make this first chapter. It was a calm cool night as the people of Konoha went about their usual buisness. People were chatting, eating out, doing buisness, staying out late, the usual stuff. It was a calming night for much activity.
"Ahhhhh this hurts so bad" a woman screamed from the distance.
Well almost everyone. Deep in the village sector in a hidden area in the forest itself. In a cave guarded by the elite ANBU laid a woman of 23 with long red hair and violet eyes about to bring her children into the world. The woman was Kushina Uzumaki now Namikaze aka the Crimson death the most feared kunoichi second to Tsunade herself. She was gripping the sides of her bed as the nurses tended to her.
"Ahhhhh Minato when this is all over I'm going to make sure you never touch me again" Kushina screamed while pushing. "You'll be sleeping on the couch for the next century!"
Minato sweat dropped, becoming a little scared. Well who wouldn't be if your pregnant wife was one of the most dangerous women in the country. The nurses told Kushina she was doing great and that she could see the head.
"That's it Kushina just a little more" said Biwako Sarutobi.
A loud wail was heard as a baby boy was born. He was the spitting image of his father except has his mother's red hair. Another wail came out as a baby girl came afterwards. She unlike her brother had Minato's hair and looked more like him than her mother.
"Congrats my dear you have healthy twins" Biwako chuckled.
"I can't believe that I'm finally a father." Minato sniffled wiping his tears away.
"Oooh Minato quit your crying and come meet your children" Kushina said jokingly.
"They are beautiful Kushi chan" he smiled gazing at them. "What shall we call them?"
"I was thinking Arashi for the boy and Kanna for the girl." Kushina smiled.
"Arashi and Kanna it is" Minato said proudly.
Meanwhile at the hopsital another woman was about to give birth. This woman was a image of raw beauty, she had blue eyes and silver hair and her skin was perfectly flawless. Her body was perfectly curved with DD size breasts. She was the infamous dragon princess of Konoha and THE legendary ice queen due to her refusing and breaking the hearts of so many men who pursued her. She was from a small human clan that sought refuge after the third great war. Her name was Celestia Dragonheart or as many in her clan called her the maiden of dragons due to her dragon type jutsus. However there was another secret that no one not even her clan knew. She wasn't human at all, no in fact she was in fact a dragon. But not just any dragon. She was a celestial dragon, a creature capable of many things, powers of regeneration that can heal anything, the power of fore sight that let's her see the past and future. But above all, the power over the elements. She also had the power to seduce humans by turning into a goddess like woman. Her kind was sought out and weaponized by many. But they became to powerful to control and thus her kind were driven to extinction.
But now here she was, blessed with a precious gift from the great dragon god Bahamut. She was blessed with a beautiful baby boy. She was trying to keep herself alive and healthy for the baby. The nurses helped her to the best of their abilities. Shizune was the nurse to help deliver the baby. After a painful 30 minutes she heard the beautiful sound of her baby's crying. It was a baby boy, he looked like Minato but had her eyes and hair. Celestia was happy and crying tears of joy. She was finally a mother, despite the fact he was born from a broken relationship after Minato left. She loved her son to pieces as she held him close in her arms.
"Your name shall be Bahamut Dragonheart, the maelstrom celestial dragon and hope of the Dragonheart clan. But your mortal name to protect you from my enemies will be Naruto." she whispered.
"Congratulations Celestia, what's the child's name?" Shizune asked wanting to fill out the birth certificate.
"Bahamut Dragonheart." She answered feeling tired. "But call him Naruto to keep him safe from my enemies."
Shizune nodded writing it down. "Alright and who is the father?"
Celestia hardened her gaze at her before softening up. "Minato Namikaze"
Shizune paled as she looked at her. Was she hearing this right, did the fourth hokage have a child with another woman other than Lady Kushina?. No that couldn't be possible.
"Celestia I fear you must be mistaken, Minato is married to Lady Kushina."
"I'm not joking Shizune, that man left me to sought out that Uzumaki girl. We had sex the day before." Celestia argued. "Minato Namikaze is the father and I want to make sure he knows it." She shouted handing a letter to Shizune. "Make sure Minato gets that letter." Then she immediately passed out.
Back in the village center a masked man slipped into an alleyway without being seen. The man was dressed in a hooded cloak and wore a ornate swirled mask upon his face. He also had a pair of Sharingan eyes which you can see through his eye holes in the mask. This was a rouge Uchiha who went by the name Madara Uchiha after the original. Hoping his plan would go smoothly he immediatly slammed his hand down.
"ShÅkan-jutsu" he yelled as the sealing formula spread across the alley and a big explosion of smoke appeared.
The wind from the summoning blew hard getting the attention of many who tried to block the incoming smoke and debris. When the smoke cleared one of the villagers immediatly took notice.
"But...thats the..." the villager said as a loud growl echoed through the sky.
"KYUUBI!" another shouted as villagers and civilians scattered screaming.
"Go Kyuubi" the masked man ordered.
The Kyuubi's eyes turned into Sharingans as the fox went on a violent rampage demolishing buildings with mere swipes of his large claws and sending poor civilians into the air with just a single roar. The sounds of its mighty roar pulsed through the whole area alerting the Anbu that were guarding lord fourth and his wife.
"Lord Fourth The Nine-Tails..." an Anbu, High level Ninja, started. "The Ninetails is attacking the village"
"You and the rest of your men will assist me. we will head straight on and try to suppress the Kyuubi." Minato ordered.
"Right!" The Anbu said and vanished
"What are you going to do, Minato?" Kushina asked.
"I'm going to aid my fellow ninja to stop the ninetails. If all else fails then I will have choice but to seal it."
"Minato kun you know that only an Uzumaki can hold the ninetails." Kushina stated. "Let me be the one to contain it."
"I admire your bravery Kushina but your body is to weak right now to withstand that ninetails even with your special chakra."
"Why not that odd girl Celestia? I know she was due to give birth today perhaps you can use her child to seal away the ninetails. Especially since her clan has connections with the spirit world." Kushina suggested.
"I would be a coward if I couldn't make the sacrifice to use one of my own children. I'm sorry to ask this of you Kushina but I must use our children to seal the Kyuubi if we can't push it back from the village."
"Minato I know how jinchuuriki are treated, great aunty Mito taught me about them. My children will live harsh lives if it was revealed to everyone that they hold the Nine tails." Kushina begged him.
"I'm sorry but it might be the only way to save Konoha." Minato said sadly before vanishing via Hirashin.
Back on the battlefield many shinobi along with the aid of Hiruzen and the Uchiha clan were fighting a losing battle against the might of the ninetails. Kyuubi was laughing at the pitiful attempts made by the humans. Kyuubi continued on with his destruction until he paused and set his sight on the Hokage monument. Atop the fourth hokage's stone head Minato appeared on the tip of the sculpted head's hair. Minato looked to see the chaos in the village. He then noticed the Kyuubi had spotted him.
"So you finally took notice of me?" Minato said and the Kyuubi started gathering a ball of energy to unleash a Bijudama. Minato held out one of his trademark Kunai in front of himself as the tailed beast bomb shot out from the ninetails mouth and headed towards Minato at a quick pace. Suddenly a sealing formula appeared in the air. It acted like a portal as it absorbed the ball of energy and made it reappear a few miles north of the village as it exploded.
"Such strength. It is a death sentence to let you run wild." Minato said and then he felt something behind him.
Acting accordingly he attacked said presence, revealing it to be the Masked Man. Minato's swung his kunai in a slanted direction only for it to go right through the masked man's head as if he wasn't even there. It was like attacking the air. The masked man grabbed Minato's arms and suddenly started swallowing Minato into his eye. Minato figured it wasn't a good thing to get caught by this attack and vanished from danger.
"So fast. You certainly live up to your moniker name." the masked man said and then he vanished too.
"Darn, just a second later and I'd be done..." Minato panted.
"You can't escape so easily." the masked man's voice came and then he appeared in front of Minato.
"Darn it. I cant seem to shake this guy, plus there is also the village being attacked by the Nine-Tails...What do I do.." Minato took a second to think about it and then built his resolve. "I'll just have to deal with him, he might prove to be a bigger threat than the ninetails."
Minato and the Masked man stood there ready to face-off against each other. the Masked man let loose a set of long chains from his sleeves. Minato held his Kunai ready for battle and stuck another one in front of himself.
"This village will finally fall and then I can finally put my plan into action" the man said and rushed Minato.
They ran onto each other and then Minato ran through him and got wrapped in the chains as the Masked man attempted to absorb him again. Minato teleported to the Kunai on the ground and kicked the man away.
the two rushed each other again. Minato immediately charged a small ball of Chakra on his right hand and threw his Kunai at the man. The Kunai went right through the man. The masked man tried grabbing Minato, but at that the last second Minato vanished appeared above the man and thrusted the Chakra ball to the the man's back. Minato had also managed to place a contract severment seal on him cutting off his control from the Kyuubi.
"You may have broken my connection to the Nine tails fourth hokage, but my goal is complete. The stage is set so I'll be back." the man's voice echoed from all around as he vanished from sight.
"What was his goal anyway? What am i saying i cant think about that now I must hurry back to the Village." Minato said vanishing.
The Kyuubi was barely being suppressed by the Leaf Shinobi and the Third Hokage. The Kyuubi was a magnificent force of nature that couldn't be tamed by anyone. It was the strongest of all tailed beasts for a very very good reason. Casualties were shooting through the roof, the numbers had reached over four hundred.
"Lord third! the casualties have already reached over four hundred." an Anbu informed him.
"Just a bit longer everyone. we must keep our ground." Hiruzen said
The Kyuubi once again started gathering the energy ball and it was aimed at Hiruzen and the rest of the Village.
"This is bad..." Hiruzen said grimly.
Then out of nowhere a gigantic Toad appeared and held the Kyuubi down.
"A giant Toad?" a Shinobi said
"Its Lord Fourth!" Another man said
"GamaBunta! Hold him down for a few seconds." Minato called
"Easier said than done. Just hurry it up." the Toad replied Minato jumped down from the toad's head and right before reaching the Kyuubi, he activated the Hirashin. Minato managed to transport himself, the Fox and the tailed beaat bomb away from everyone.
"Where did they go?" Hiruzen said when suddenly there was an explosion near the walls of the village. "Over there. Everyone Move. We must help Minato any way we can...!"
Back at the hospital Kushina was slowly recovering as she took notice of the commotion outside. The ninetails was running rampant and based on how bad everything was going she knew that Minato would be coming for her children to seal the ninetails. She had to save her children and there was only way she could do it. She had to speak to Celestia. Heading out of her room and down the hall she reached the girl's room. Bursting through door, which startled her.
"Kushina! What are you doing here? You should be resting. I mean you just gave birth," Celestia said worryingly.
"I have come to beg no plead with you for a huge favor." Kushina begged.
"What favor would that be?" she asked not liking this one bit.
"Minato wants to use my children to be the jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi. But I don't want that for them."Kushina said quickly.
Immediately she understood what Kushina was asking of her. She was asking that her son be used as a substitute for the sealing.
"You're asking me to use my child as a substitute!" She seethed with a fierce look in her eye. "Are you out of your mind?"
"I know for a fact that your clan has connections to the spirit world and that you communicate with them. I heard they also have a special chakra that let's then control unclean spirits and cleanse them. Your child would be the perfect container to keep the Kyuubi in submission."
"If there is one thing you don't know about my clan Kushina is that we don't mess with forces of nature." She answered coldly.
"But...but..." Kushina said before she cut her off.
"My son will not and shall not hold the ninetails Kushina. Besides Minato couldn't live with the shame knowing he used someone else's child instead of using his own. Besides only an Uzumaki can contain the ninetails. I can see from your spiritual energy that your body is to weak to contain the ninetails, I'm sorry Kushina but I have to say no."
Kushina stood there in silence as the girl had refused to help her save her children from becoming jinchuuriki. She thought being a close friend to her and Minato would make her gladly help them. But no the stubborn woman had outright refused. Kushina thought about just taking the baby and perform the sealing herself. However Celestia did bring up a point, Minato wouldn't be able to bear the shame of using someone else's kid. Realizing there was no win for her, she stormed out on the room and slammed the door which woke the baby up." She soothed his crying telling him that aunty Kushina was just throwing a fit. She then heard the roaring of the ninetails, she thought about turning into her true form to fight him but that would reveal her secret to the village and who knows what they or Danzo might do with her if they found out.
Back with Minato and the ninetails, Minato teleported the Kyuubi, outside of the village to avoid any damage to the village and it's people. Seeing there was no other way to stop Kyuubi, he teleported to the cave grabbing Kushina and his children.
"Sorry Kushina. I had to bring you all here." Minato apologized.
"I should have known there was no way to escape this." Kushina said.
The Kyuubi spotted Kushina and recognized why children were here. They were going to seal him. Attempting an attack the fox was confronted by the three sanin and their summonings.
"Minato! Kushina!" Jiraiya yelled and activated his mud swamp jutsu. "Sensei? What are you doing here?" Minato asked
"I saw the explosion of the Nine-Tail's attack." Jiraiya said stopping the Kyuubi's attack by trapping him in mud. "Hurry, i can't hold the Nine-Tails for long."
"I can't let you use my children Minato kun" Kushina started. "But the Nine-Tails has to be sealed. We can't just let it run free or it could destroy the whole village."
"Kushina? What are you trying to say?" Minato said.
"Kushina?" Tsunade also asked while trying to heal her.
Noticing his control on the Kyuubi was getting weak. Jiraiya lost control and shouted "Watch out!"
Gold Chains suddenly appeared and held the Kyuubi down as well as built something like a dome around them making sure it wouldn't escape.
"This is...?" Orochimaru said.
The chains came from Kushina's back. It was her specialty. They were used to suppress the enemy and prevented their chakra from working properly. "
There are only few things I can do now. After birthing Arashi and Kanna the strain had weakened me too much." Kushina said and slowly formed a few hand signs that appeared a pedestal.
"That's...the eight pronged seal. what are you planning?" Jiraiys started.
"Simple Jiraiya sensei the Kyuubi is better contained within someone of Uzumaki blood, so as much as it pains me...my children...are the best option." Minato said. "The only other option now is to use Shiki Fuin."
"No! You don't have to do that." Jiraiya shouted. "Besides. I won't let you do that."
"My children are the last Uzumaki..." Kushina said with pain and determination in her voice.
It was true, the Uzumaki had gone extinct. They were killed off, even kidnapped after the second great war. Arashi and Kanna were most likely the only ones with Uzumaki blood in the whole shinobi world.
"I still won't let you do..." Jiraiya started and tried to stop Minato's Hand Sign weaving but it was to late as Minato summoned the Shinigami.
"why have you summoned me mortal?"
"Lord Shinigami I have asked you to split the ninetails in half, giving my son the ying and my daughter the yang chakra." Minato asked nervously.
The Shinigami laughed loudly before them making the mortals shiver before him. They wondered what the god of death found so amusing.
"you mortals amuse me, but fine I shall split the ninetails between the runts. But in order for me to do so, I need a third vessel."
"A third vessel? For what?" Kushina asked him.
"I need a third vessel to hold the ninetails soul. For if the soul isn't contained, the chakra within your children will break through my seal and kill them both." the death God warned them.
Tsunade had offered to carry the ninetails soul since she was quarter Uzumaki. But the idea was denied since Tsunade's body and mental state werent capable enough to withstand the Kyuubi's influence. Kushina volunteered to contain the soul since she was full Uzumaki and could withstand it's influence.
Minato thought for a second before he thought of something. He remembered the girl he left to marry Kushina had fallen pregnant with child. She told him the day when Kushina was pregnant. He asked the Shinigami if it requires a special child. The Shinigami had revealed that only a child born from a pure body can withstand a demon's influence can contain the soul. That was the answer, Celestia's clan were users of spiritual energy and had connections to the spirit realm, it all fit perfectly. He called for the Anbu to bring her and her child to him.
She was detained and brought before Minato. Minato explained that her son must be used to contain the soul of the Kyuubi. She outrageously refused like she did with Kushina. She told the Shinigami straight to his face that Naruto can't contain the soul of the Kyuubi. The Shinigami was shocked when he noticed that Naruto was a celestial dragon halfbreed. But that didn't matter as he told her that the sealing can only be completed if the soul was sealed.
Seeing there was no changing the deity's mind she offered herself to be the vessel of the soul much to the shock of Kushina and the others. The Shinigami didn't care either way soon the sealing was complete, Arashi had the ying chakra, Kanna had the yang, and the soul was sealed inside of Celestia. Minato announced to the village that the Kyuubi was defeated and its chakra was sealed away into his children. Thus declaring them the heroes of the leaf. The villagers praised the hokages children as their protecters and heroes. Though Minato kept Celestia's status secret since she held the soul and didn't want her to be targeted as an outlet.
The following day after the sealing Celestia was extremely exhausted and collapsed in the street. Immeditely she was rushed to the hospital. The doctors tended to her immediatly. She was rushed to the ER where it was discovered that she was losing a large amount of blood. The doctors hypothesized that something went wrong during birth. Well they were half right, Celestial Dragons were quite different than humans. Where mother fatality in humans were low. It was high in her breed, as female celestial dragon's magic is used to sustain the child during child birth. Celestial dragons had a 40/50 change of surviving childbirth. Since they are very very weak after giving birth to their offspring and much of their magic drained. That's why male Celestial dragons were in large numbers. However since Celestia stayed in her human form for so long it increased her risk of death.
"Her heart is failing!" One of the surgeons shouted in alarm.
"Give her heart a static jump start!" Tsunade ordered.
"Clear!" The doctor shouted giving the electric shock to jumpstart her heart.
The heart monitor was showing Celestia's heart condition dropping faster. The staff was in a panic. Tsunade, in desperation used all of her healing skills to full maximum to heal her. Celestia wheezed heavily as she spoke in a raspy voice.
"Ts-Tsunade!" Celestia coughed.
"Easy dear don't talk it's going to be ok!" Tsunade assured her that everything was going to be fine.
"No grandma Tsunade it's to late for me. I lost a lot of blood already and my chakra was given to the baby during the nine months I carried him. I have no strength left in my body." Celestia spoke calmly. "Least I was able to hold him in my arms."
"Come on girl your stronger than this. You got to live for your son's sake." Tsunade pressured her.
"Believe me, there is nothing I would want more than to be with my son. But it seems fate wasn't in the cards for me." She chuckled wincing a bit.
"Don't give me that Hyuuga fate bull crap. You know fate is just an excuse." Tsunade screamed.
Tsunade knew how strong the girl was. I mean she wasn't the dragon princess and ice queen for nothing you know. For as long as she had known her, she knew Celestia was able to overcome even the most deadly injury. It was like she had godlike regeneration powers. Celestia coughed again as blood came out of her mouth. Tsunade immediatly tried to slow it down even though she knew that there was nothing she could do. The heart monitor began to beep slower and slower.
"Granny, before I depart from this world. I need you to tell Minato something for me."
"What is it?" The sanin asked.
"A secret I've kept from him these past nine months. You see my baby is actually Minato's." She confessed shocking Tsunade.
"How can he be Minato's baby? He's married to Kushina!"
"Minato was dating me before he left me for Kushina. We had sex the day before the breakup. I only found out a few weeks later I was pregnant. I wanted to tell Minato, but at the same time I didn't want to. I mean he left me for that Uzumaki girl. But I also can't deny my son a chance to meet his father. Tell my son that I love him and tell Minato, he's still a muscle headed idiot. Also I left a letter for him. Make sure Minato gets it, I left it in my will."
Then she closed her eyes and the heart monitor went flat signaling her passing. Tsunade gasped as she tried to use chakra to restart her heart again. She couldn't bear to lose another loved one.
"Come on...come on!" She shouted as she started to cry.
"Lady Tsunade" one of the nurses said sadly.
"Come on...don't die...don't die...don't die!" Tsunade sobbed uncontrollably.
The sanin was shaken as she began to see Dan laying there instead of Celestia. She felt like she was failing yet another loved one all over again. She looked up at her blood stained hands just as she did when Dan died. She breathed heavily as the nurses stopped the surgery and placed the white sheet over Celestia's body. Determined to fulfill her dying wish, she sent a message to Minato urging him to come to the hospital. She also ran a blood test on the baby and discovered that the baby was indeed Minato's. Minato arrived at the hospital an hour later after his council meeting. He was informed of Celestia's passing.
Minato was deeply crushed that his former girlfriend had passed. He might have only dated her for a few months. But there wasn't a day that went by that he regretted hurting her the way he did. Tsunade then informed him of Celestia's will and that she left him only a letter. Which wasn't much, but what shocked him then and there was the reveal that Celestia's baby was his. Apparently Celestia became pregnant with his child and failed to tell him because she was still upset about the breakup.
"Your absolutely sure the baby is mine?" Minato asked with a firm look.
"Yes Minato, i ran the blood test and the test results confirmed 100% that you are indeed the father." Tsunade explained. "Maybe this way you can make it up to your girlfriend. After all she did help save the village and you owe her this much. Besides you wouldn't throw away your own child would you?"
"Of course not!" Minato shouted appalled at the accusation.
"Then you'll take him in since you technically are the father. Just sign the forms and you'll be given the birth certificate and all the documents of your girlfriend's clan."
Tsunade motioned Shizune who was holding the documents forward. Minato immediately took the papers and signed them. Tsunade took the form and filed it away. Minato was handed his birth certificate along with the Dragonheart clan documents. One of the nurses presented the child to him. Minato gazed down upon the baby and saw he looked exactly like them except he had his mother's hair and her eyes. Naruto opened his eyes and grabbed the fourth's finger. Minato couldn't help but smile.
"Whats the kids name?" Minato asked the nurse.
"Bahamut Dragonheart." The nurse said.
"Bahamut huh? named after the god of dragons." Minato chuckled as he knew his girlfriends fascination with dragons.
"But for some reason she wanted to call him Naruto. She said something about keeping him safe from her enemies." said Shizune.
Minato knew the number of enemies that Celestia made over the years he's known her. She was ranked SSS in the Bingo Book with a Flee Upon Sight. She was one of the rare few to have the same rank as Hashirama and Madara.
"Oh one more thing she wanted you to have this letter." Shizune said handing him the letter.
Minato held the baby with one arm and the letter in the other. He wondered what Celestia wanted to tell him so badly that she had to write it in a mere letter.
Dear Minato Namikaze,
It's been almost a full year since you left me you arrogant muscle headed lapdog of Kushina Uzumaki. But I have better things to do than hang on to an old grudge. Now what I am about to tell you is a secret of the highest caliber and you are to tell no one understand. Naruto will not be told of his heritage until he is old enough and strong enough to defend himself. Now onto to my secret, I'm not really human, actually I'm not fully human at all. I was born from a powerful breed of dragons that have existed since the dawn of the shinobi. My race are called Celestial Dragons, we are the most powerful breed that was blessed with untapped power from the dragon God Bahamut. We have mastery over all elements, regeneration that rivals a tailed beast, and even the gift of foresight that let's us see the past and future. However we aren't without weakness, female Celestials are extremely weak after child birth and have a 40 percent chance of survival from it. That's why my race is mostly male with very few females. But enough about that, my kind have been hunted to extinction and I was the last of my race. I sought refuge in the Dragonheart clan and they took me in. Even after they found out what I was they still kept me safe and treated me as their own.
Our son is the very first dragon halfbreed in existence. I fear for his future if his secret is revealed to early. I am at deaths door and I want you to raise our son in a good household with lots of love. Because if not I can still haunt you from the afterlife and believe me you've seen what I'm like when I or someone I love is threatened. You will tell him about me if he asked but don't tell him what I am until he's ready. Oooh and if your worried about the Kyuubi's soul don't be. Apparently the soul will go to either your son or daughter so you won't worry about the seal breaking. My time is running short but I want to tell you that I forgive you for the breakup and I won't deny our son to know and love his father. I left everything to our son in my will, he will receive when he turns 16 or if he finds out on his own. Take care of him you muscle brain moron.

Minato was speechless at what he read in the letter. He heard about the celestial dragons but shooed them aside as mere myth like the sage of six paths. But here in his hand was proof they did exist and his ex girlfriend was actually one of them. Plus he was the very first human to breed with one. This made things more complicated for him, he was feared by Iwa and Kumo, made many enemies, married the last Uzumaki in existence, and now he was the father of the very first Celestial dragon halfbreed. Why did things have to get more complicated for him. He looked down upon his sleeping son.
"Naruto Namikaze, the last Celestial Dragon"
