Dislxlamer: I don't own Percy Jackson and Harry Potter!
A/N: I finally got myself to do this chapter. I just took a break from this story for a bit. I hope you all understand.
But anyways this we'll be the last part of the Titan Curse arc and then we'll move onto the Wizarding World arc in this story. To which I'm thinking through everything that I want to add in this story so it might take a long time for the next update. But I hope you guys do understand that.
DramaticClassClown1230- Luke is going to follow Cannon. Sorry I just want to stick with his story. I am glad that you like how I made Bianca live. I didn't think her death was fair. But yes I agree with you. I am so glad that you are likening this story so far. You have no idea how much that means to me. And I hope you like this update.
Gottalovebooks14- Thank you so much and your going to find out! I get ideas in store for this story.
Harrypotteraddict2222- Thank you so much!
laraferreira-Thank you.
Valecroft- I was wondering if anyone would put the connection between the title and Star Wars Rebels. I just liked how Ahsoka said I am no Jedi so I was like why not change that up a bit for the title of this story. So I only change Jedi to Potter to which is true. Just Like Ahsoka, Vanessa isn't a Potter. So it makes sense. So yes I did that on purpose I'm glad that you pointed that out I was wondering if anyone was going to do that. But as for Bianca the story of the Percy Jackson we'll still basically be the same because Bianca won't be by Nico. She well be in the hunt and she well be with Vanessa. So I don't think I'm going to cover the Battle of the Labyrinth. But I am so glad that you like this story so thank you. And I hope you enjoy this chapter!
As always I hope you guys enjoy this chapter and review!
I stood by Artemis throne as I hugged Bianca as if I could not let go.
Bianca explained on how she managed to survive. She even translated the prophecy.
"It said One shall be lost in the land without rain. Not if that I was going to die or not." Bianca explain. Which does make sense as it turned out that she is a daughter of Hades.
Sure we won the battle but with what cost. I remembered as me and Artemis both watch together Zoe's death. I was going to miss my friend my sister. The one who found me and brought me to Artemis. But she is right about one thing nothing lasts for ever. Something ends one day.
I saw that All of the seats were occupied. With Each god and goddess. It was like Hogwarts. But bigger.
Grover was kneeling at Zeus's throne, he then turn to Percy, Annabeth, and Thalia. "You made it!"
I saw him He started to run toward Percy, I think he then remembered he was turning his back on Zeus, and looked for permission.
"Go on," Zeus said. But he wasn't really paying attention to Grover. I noticed that The lord of the sky was staring intently at Thalia.
Grover trotted over. None of the gods spoke. Every clop of Grover's hooves echoed on the marble floor. Bessie splashed in his bubble of water. The hearth fire crackled.
I saw Grover gave Annabeth and Thalia big hugs. Then he grasped my arms. "Percy, Bessie and I made it! But you have to convince them! They can't do it!"
"Do what?" I heard Percy asked.
"Heroes," I heard Artemis called out. I saw my friend slid down from her throne and turned to human size, a young auburn-haired girl, perfectly at ease in the midst of the giant Olympians. She walked toward us, her silver robes shimmering. There was no emotion in her face. She seemed to walk in a column of moonlight.
"The Council has been informed of your deeds," Artemis told us. "They know that Mount Othrys is rising in the West. They know of Atlas's attempt for freedom, and the gathering armies of Kronos. We have voted to act."
There was some mumbling and shuffling among the gods, as if they weren't all happy with this plan, but nobody protested.
"At my Lord Zeus's command," Artemis said, "my brother Apollo and I shall hunt the most powerful monsters, seeking to strike them down before they can join the Titans' cause. Lady Athena shall personally check on the other Titans to make sure they do not escape their various prisons. Lord Poseidon has been given permission to unleash his full fury on the cruise ship Princess Andromeda and send it to the bottom of the sea. And as for you, my heroes…"
She turned to face the other immortals. "These half-bloods have done Olympus a great service. Would any here deny that?"
She looked around at the assembled gods, meeting their faces individually. Zeus in his dark pin-striped suit, his black beard neatly trimmed, and his eyes sparking with energy. Next to him sat a beautiful woman with silver hair braided over one shoulder and a dress that shimmered colors like peacock feathers. I knew just then that was Lady Hera.
On Zeus's right, my father Poseidon. Next to him, a huge lump of a man with a leg in a steel brace, a misshapen head, and a wild brown beard, fire flickering through his whiskers. The Lord of the Forges, Hephaestus.
Hermes winked. He was wearing a business suit today, checking messages on his caduceus mobile phone. Apollo leaned back in his golden throne with his shades on. He had iPod headphones on, so l was pretty sure he wasn't even listening, but he gave us a thumbs-up. Dionysus looked bored, twirling a grape vine between his fingers. And Ares, well, he sat on his chrome-and-leather throne, I noticed that he was glowering at Percy while he sharpened a knife.
On the ladies' side of the throne room, a dark-haired goddess in green robes sat next to Hera on a throne woven of apple-tree branches. Demeter, Goddess of the Harvest. Next to her sat a beautiful gray-eyed woman in an elegant white dress. She could only be Annabeth Chase's mother, Athena. Then there was Aphrodite, who to my surprised smiled at me
All the Olympians in one place. So much power in this room it was a miracle the whole palace didn't blow apart.
"I gotta say." Apollo finally broke the silence. "these kids did okay." He cleared his throat and began to recite: "Heroes win laurels..."
"Um, yes, first class," Hermes interrupted, like he was anxious to avoid Apollo's poetry to which I thanked him for.m. "All in favor of not disintegrating them?"
A few tentative hands went up...Demeter, Aphrodite.
"Wait just a minute," Ares growled. He pointed at Thalia and me. "These two are dangerous. It'd be much safer, while we've got them here—"
"Ares," Poseidon interrupted, "they are worthy heroes. We will not blast my son to bits."
"Nor my daughter," Zeus grumbled. "She has done well."
I saw Thalia blushed. She studied the floor.
The goddess Athena cleared her throat and sat forward. "I am proud of my daughter as well. But there is a security risk here with the other three."
"Mother!" Annabeth said. "How can you—"
Athena cut her off with a calm but firm look. "It is unfortunate that my father, Zeus, and my uncle, Poseidon, chose to break their oath not to have more children. Only Hades kept his word, a fact that I find ironic. As we know from the Great Prophecy, children of the three elder gods… such as Vanessa, Thalia, and Percy… are dangerous. As thickheaded as he is, Ares has a point."
"Right!" Ares said. "Hey, wait a minute. Who you calling..,"
"Lord Zeus?" I asked as Zeus looked at me.
"Yes Fellow hunter and witch?" He question.
I then turn to Athena. "If I may ask Lady Athena with all due of respect how am I a danger. It doesn't make sense I'm not a demigod..."
"True." Athena said as she thought about my statement. "But the Goddess Of Magic Hecate herself had join join Kronos. You could always turn your back on Olympus."
"Then I pledge myself not to betray Olympus." I said my oath as thunder stroke down. I saw that Artemis looked proud.
Dionysus gazed down at us wearily. "I have no love for them. Athena, do you truly think it safest to destroy them?"
"I do not pass judgment," Athena said. "I only point out the risk. What we do, the Council must decide."
"I will not have them punished," Artemis said. "I will have them rewarded. If we destroy heroes who do us a great favor, then we are no better than the Titans. If this is Olympian justice, I will have none of it."
"Calm down, sis," Apollo said. "Jeez, you need to lighten up."
"Don't call me sis! I will reward them." I looked over at Apollo and smirked At him.
"Well," Zeus grumbled. "Perhaps. But the monster at least must be destroyed. We have agreement on that?"
A lot of nodding heads.
"Bessie? You want to destroy Bessie?" Percy then asked .
"Mooooooo!" Bessie protested.
I saw Poseidon frowned. "You have named the Ophiotaurus Bessie?"
"Dad," I heard Percy said, "he's just a sea creature. A really nice sea creature. You can't destroy him."
Poseidon shifted uncomfortably. "Percy, the monster's power is considerable. If the Titans were to steal it, or..."
"You can't," He insisted. Percy then looked over at Zeus. "Controlling the prophecies never works. Isn't that true? Besides, Bess—the Ophiotaurus is innocent. Killing something like that is wrong. It's just as wrong as… as Kronos eating his children, just because of something they might do. It's wrong!"
I then noticed that Zeus seemed to consider this. His eyes drifted to his daughter Thalia. "And what of the risk? Kronos knows full well, if one of you were to sacrifice the beast's entrails, you would have the power to destroy us. Do you think we can let that possibility remain? You, my daughter, will turn sixteen on the morrow, just as the prophecy says."
"You have to trust them," Annabeth spoke up. "Sir, you have to trust them."
Zeus scowled. "Trust a hero?"
"Annabeth is right," Artemis said. "Which is why I must first make a reward. My faithful companion, Zoe Nightshade, has passed into the stars. I must have a new lieutenant. And I intend to choose one. But first, Father Zeus, I must speak to you privately."
Zeus beckoned Artemis forward. He leaned down and listened as she spoke in his ear.
"I shall have a new lieutenant," Artemis announced. "If she will accept it Thalia Daughter of Zeus. Will you join the Hunt?"
Poseidon stood. "I will not have a sea creature destroyed, if I can help it. And I can help it."
He held out his hand, and a trident appeared in it: a twenty foot long bronze shaft with three spear tips that shimmered with blue, watery light. "I will vouch for the boy and the safety of the Ophiotaurus."
"You won't take it under the sea!" Zeus stood suddenly. "I won't have that kind of bargaining chip in your possession."
"Brother, please," Poseidon sighed.
Zeus's lightning bolt appeared in his hand, a shaft of electricity that filled the whole room with the smell of ozone.
"Fine," Poseidon said. "I will build an aquarium for the creature here. Hephaestus can help me. The creature will be safe. We shall protect it with all our powers. The boy will not betray us. I vouch for this on my honor."
Zeus thought about this. "All in favor?"
To my surprise, a lot of hands went up. Dionysus abstained. So did Ares and Athena. But everybody else…
Apollo then looked like he forgotten something to which I groan knowing what he was going to say. "Wait, Father if I may..."
"Yes my son?" Zeus question as I notice that everyone was looking at Apollo.
"There is a situation going on in the Wizarding World in England. It is caused by someone who was formally Tom Riddle now know by the name of Voldemort." Apollo explain.
"Oh please that guy always gives me more paper work." Hades muttered finally speaking.
"Thanks Uncle." Apollo said.
Zeus frown. "And why does this caused matter to us?"
"Well there was a prophecy." Apollo began.
"Born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies ... And the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not ... And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives..."
"And the ones chosen for this prophecy are Neville Longbottom, Ethan Potter, and our very own Vanessa Potter." Apollo said as he smirked over at me.
"I agree he must be stop." Hades said. "He thinks he can outlive death. Well we must prove him wrong. He tried to cheat it."
"What do you mean lord Hades?" I question as Hades looked over at me.
"What I mean, Vanessa Potter is that Voldemort made seven Horcruxes, Marvolo Gaunt's ring, Tom Riddle's diary, Salazar Slytherin's locket, Helga Hufflepuff's cup, Rowena Ravenclaw's diadem, Tom Riddle Diary to which I get that it was destroyed in your second year of Hogwarts If I am correct, Yourself to which I know that Artemis removed from your soul when you Join the hunts and Nagini." Hades explained.
"Very well, Dumbledore." Zeus roared as Dumbledore, the order, a older version of the Golden Trio meaning my brother, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, my parents, and the Weasleys appeared.
"Vanessa?" James Potter question shocked as the rest of the order snapped out of there conversation and turn in my direction.
"We have a plan to bring Voldemort down and stop him once and for all." I said not paying attention.
"My dear where are you right now?" Dumbledore asked as I sneered at him.
"I am not your dear and I never was I hope you realized that right now." I said. "But as for we're I am I am with my family."
"You have a family?" Ethan sneered at my comment. I smiled.
"Yes I do. In fact I'm with them right now. Celebrating I guess you could say after our small little victory." I said as I smirked at Percy. And with that it ended.
"Who do you want to take?" Zeus question as I looked over at Thalia and Bianca.
"Thalia and Bianca." I said as Thalia grin and Bianca nodded.
"Very well Phoebe we'll fill in for lieutenant when your gone." Artemis said.
Zeus then sighed as he finally get to say what he wanted to say. "Well since that Is over We have a majority," Zeus decreed. "And so, since we will not be destroying these heroes… I imagine we should honor them. Let the triumph celebration begin!"
There are parties, and then there are huge, major, blowout parties. And then there are Olympian parties. If you ever get a choice, go for the Olympian.
The Nine Muses cranked up the tunes, and I realized the music was whatever you wanted it to be: the gods could listen to classical and the younger demigods heard hip-hop or whatever, and it was all the same sound track. No arguments. No fights to change the radio station. Just requests to crank it up.
Dionysus went around growing refreshment stands out of the ground, and a beautiful woman walked with him arm in arm—his wife, Ariadne. Dionysus looked happy for the first time. Nectar and ambrosia overflowed from golden fountains, and platters of mortal snack food crowded the banquet tables. Golden goblets filled with whatever drink you wanted. Grover trotted around with a full plate of tin cans and enchiladas, and his goblet was full of double-espresso latte, which he kept muttering over like an incantation: "Pan! Pan!"
"Vanessa Potter." I spun my head and saw that Hera was standing by. She offered me a small smile.
"I know that your conflicted in what to do." She said. "But I must warn you about Lily, she still sees Ethan as the boy who lived and not you. I see great things in your, Vanessa Potter."
I then nodded but I turn back at her finally getting that chance to ask the question that I have been waiting for. "Is it true, Lady Hera, that Hecate Join Kronos."
Hera letted out a small sigh. "Yes sadly it is. The minor gods have been choosing Kronos."
"I meant what I said Lady Hera. That I won't betray Olympus." I told her as she smiled.
"I know." Hera said as she then went off. Probably to go fine Zeus I guess.
Just the Apollo and Hermes came running towards me. I frown wondering what was going on in there
Mind. "Yes, boys?"
"I have something I want to give you, V." Apollo said as he handed me a book.
I opened it and it looked like a book of ancient spells.
"I managed to go through Hecate's home on Apollo's request to help find this." Hermes said. "After all I steal things".
I smiled at them. "Thank you both."
"And I don't want my favorite hunter to die." Apollo said as I gave him a nod.
"Come on Hunter." Artemis said as we went to the hunt. I shared a looked with Thalia and Bianca knowing things well be different.
