The following is a birthday gift for Snowfall-in-summer who specifically requested some Drake and Elsa fluff. I hope he, and everyone reading, enjoys.

Date night.

Two words she never thought she'd say together, and yet here she was, apply her makeup not for councils, or visiting kingdoms, or meetings. No this makeup was for him her,

"Boyfriend." Two more words she'd never thought she'd say together.

Her makeup applied, her hair in her usual braid, and her outfit immaculate as usual, she made her way to the great hall to meet her sister. On her way out she made sure to let her sister know that she would be in charge for the evening should anything happen. After a few minutes of listing off everything from a mouse in the great hall, to an army of potential invaders, Anna practically pushed her sister out the doors and slammed them shut behind her.

Finally she was free to go on her date.

"Wait Anna!"

"—Elsa! We've got this!" Her sister shouted from behind the door. "Go on your date! Geez!" Elsa rolled her eyes, but with a figurative skip in her step, she made her way to the stables where Drake was waiting for her.

Dressed in an aqua blue tunic with the sleeves rolled up he flashed her a smile glowing in the light of the dragon orb he wore as a necklace. They came together, holding each other close as they shared a deep, freezing/hot kiss.

"I have been waiting for this all week." He muttered into her mouth.

She smiled, his lips catching her teeth. "That makes two of us." They separated, but he still had his hands on her waist and her hands still on his neck. "I'm sorry we have to do this sneaking around."

He shrugged. "Hey, it's alright with me. Last time we were caught your councilors started badgering us about marriage and kids and kings."

They both shared a shudder. "For the record I wouldn't mind any of those things," he continued, "but not for a while. I mean LONG while."

"Exactly." She touched the tip of his nose with her finger. "This is still new and I'm having so much fun just dating, and having a boyfriend."

He touched his forehead to hers. "I think you just like saying 'boyfriend'. I know I love saying 'girlfriend'." They shared another scorching/cold kiss as she giggled. Once they came apart he asked, "Are you ready to go?"

He moved to leave the stables, but with her hand in his, she pulled him back. "I am, but I have something in mind." He was puzzled, but eagerly followed as she led him further into the stables towards a particular stall where a large white stallion had been made ready for riding.

Elsa felt Drake freeze in his steps. "Wait, huh? What, erm, is this?"

She figured he'd react like this, but she responded with a convincing smile. "This is my horse, Fjora." Drake looked from the horse to her, finally realizing that she wasn't in a usual dress, but rather dressed in a riding uniform.

He swallowed. "But I thought you liked flying."

"I do!" She said quickly. "I do. It's just that you've been wonderful in helping me experience new things, I just thought it was my turn to return the favor."

He chuckled nervously. "Oh you don't have to do that. Please."

She rolled her eyes. "Last time I saw her, I asked your sister what was something you haven't done, and one of the things she mentioned," she gestured to her horse, "horseback riding."

"There's a reason for that. I fly everywhere"

She took him by the hands and led him to the side of the horse, gesturing to the saddle. "Now we'll ride Fjora." He swallowed again, hesitantly looking at the horse as if it was going to eat him alive. "Please." She made her eyes as wide as possible, sticking out her lower lip for maximum pouting.

"Please don't." He shut his eyes, looking anywhere else but at her. "Don't look at me with those icy blue eyes." With his eyes on the ceiling of the stables, she leaned up to start nibbling his ear.

"Pleeeeeeeese." A shiver ran down his back, breaking whatever resolve he had.

"Damn it."

"Great." She leapt onto her horse and gestured for him to join behind her. He exhaled before leaping onto the horse. Of course he used too much strength which resulted in him jumping clear over the horse the other side with a thud.

Fjora started to neigh in laughter, as Drake rolled onto his back. "They clean these stalls right?"

Elsa, between fits of giggles, responded, "Of course." He didn't seem to believe her as he lifted himself, gently, back onto the horse. It took him a moment to get comfortable, if anyone could on the back of a horse, and gently took her sides. "So now wha—!" Elsa clapped the reins and Fjora broke into a gallop, forcing him to wrap his arms around Elsa's waist.

"Well!" His voice had a grimace to it while Fjora ran down the fjord. "I know one thing we won't be doing tonight." She rolled her eyes as she flicked ice into his face, relishing in the feeling of his arms holding her tightly.
