Jackie's Bedroom

Jackie POV

Why! Why couldn't he just said he felt something! Why did I said I didn't felt nothing! The kiss was hot! I mean it was, but that's not the point. I only said I didn't feel anything because he was annoyed by my constant declarations of love! I was hoping that it got through him, but I guess not. Now here I am angry with him, but should I be? I mean I did said I felt nothing, so I guess I brought this on myself.

This is so frustrating! Every since prom, I have this weird attraction to Steven. I don't know why but he makes me feel different then what Michael makes me feel. I know I shouldn't feel things like that since I was with Michae at the time, but I can't help it.

"*sigh*" I just stare at my notebook. It has Mr and Mrs. Hyde written everywhere. I wish he was here. I wish he could hold me in my arms and whisper in my ear words I want to hear.

Why am I sulking about this! I'm Jackie Burkhart! If he doesn't feel anything then I am going to make him feel something! I'm gonna march up to him kiss him again and keep kissing him until he feels something. I'm going to go to the basement and give him a piece of my mind and show him what his missing!

Formans Basement

Normal POV

The gang that consist of only Hyde, Eric and Kelso were sitting in the basement watching TV.

"So how was the date with the devil?" Eric asked.

"It's cool." Hyde respond with zen.

"By cool you mean you like it or hate it?" Hyde shrugged.

"Damn you and your zen!" Hyde rolled his eyes.

"Whatever." Hyde responded again with zen.

"You know Hyde, I am not surprised if Jackie is not into you. I mean how could she when she had me," Kelso said with smirk.

"Whatever," Hyde responded again with zen.

"So nothing happen on that date?" Eric asked.

"Look Forman, nothing happen at all so will you let it go and let's just watch some TV." Hyde said in annoyed tone.

"If nothing happen then why are getting worked up about it?" Eric questioned as Hyde glared at him.

"Because you won't shut up and it was getting annoying!" Hyde shouted. The three stayed quiet for a bit.

"You sure nothing happ-" Hyde interrupted Eric, "that's it! I'm out!" Hyde got up and left the basement.

"Why can't that idiot shut up. Why does it matter to him if I want on a date with Jackie. It's not like it will affect him in anyway," Hyde thought as he bump into someone.

"Hey watch where you're-oh Steven," it was Jackie, "sorry didn't you see there."

"Hey," Hyde greeted her before walking away. She walked behind him and stopped when he turned around. He just looked at her before continue walking and stopped to turn around when Jackie continue to follow him.

"Why are you following me?" Hyde asked.

"I'm not following you. We just happen to be going the same way," Jackie replied.

Hyde just continue walking and didn't stop when he heard Jackie footsteps. Eventually the two arrived at the hub and found a seat near the bathroom.

"Are you stalking me?" Hyde asked.

"Nope! As I said before, I just happen to be going the same direction as you!" She gave Hyde a cheery smile.

"Uh huh," Hyde left to go order food as Jackie took her notebook out. She scribbling hearts around Jackie and Hyde.

Eventually Hyde came back with a cheeseburger, two fries, two soda pop.

"Oh just the usual stuff, unicorns and flowers," Hyde nodded and just continuing eating.

He was just watching Jackie writing in her notebook and wonder why she followed him instead of going into the basement. To him, she an enigma. He thought after their date, she'll stop stalking him, but here she is still stalking him.

"So Steven," Jackie started, "being alone here with me make it feel like a date," she finish as Hdye rose a brow.

"First of all we are not on a date. I was just heading here to get food and you just followed me. Second, we are not alone," he said as Jackie just giggled.

"I know Steven, well except for the stalking part. I was just kidding about the date. It's not like we will go on another one. After all, you didn't feel anything after we kissed," Jackie said as Hyde ignored her.

"Why did she have to mention the kiss? What's her angle?" Hyde thought.

"So Steven how is living with your father?"

"It's cool."

"Do you like living with him?"

"Whatever."

"So you do. That's good."

Hyde just stared at her and Jackie just smiled.

"Don't think zen will work on mister. I know how you really feel," Jackie thought. After Hyse taught her zen, she started understand what he meant by it's cool and whatever.

"Don't you have somewhere else to be at?" Hyde asked as Jackie shook her head no.

"Why? Don't you like spending time with me?" She pouted.

"Whatever," he winced when Jackie squealed.

"He does like spending time with me! I knew it. He likes me!" She thought.

After the pair were done eating, they left the hub and headed off to the water tower.

On their way there, Jackie grabbed Hyde hand and was happy that he didn't say anything.

"Oh my god! He letting me hold his hand! Does this mean he likes me!" The cheerleader thought.

"Why is she holding my hand and why haven't I pulled away yet? I have to admit I do like it," The burnout thought.

The two eventually made it to the water tower and Hyde climbed up first and Jackie soon followed. They stood against the railing, enjoying the view.

"Isn't breathe taking,"Jackie said as she rest her head against Hyde shoulders.

"Yeah it's an amazing sight," Hyde agreed with her. He actually like looking at the small town he grew up in when its dark. The light turning on is one Point Place beautiful sights.

He finally notice Jackie resting her head against his shoulders and decided it was time to question her.

"Ok princess, what is with you today?" Hyde asked as Jackie looks at him.

"Nothing Steven. I can't spend time with a friend?" Jackie's asked as Hyde scoffed.

"We are not friends and even if we are, friends don't hold each other hands or rest their heads against their friends shoulders," Hyde said as Jackie just laughed.

"Oh shut up Steven! You know that we are friends, so no need for the hostile act," Hyde grunted.

"Hey Steven I was following you today." Jackie said

"Really? I have no idea," Hyde sarcastically said.

"Yeah and it's because I wanted to tell you something," She said as she grabs his face and pulls his lips to hers.

Hyde was shocked. He didn't expect Jackie to make another move on him. He wanted to stop but for some reason he couldn't pull away. Jackie pulled away and gave him a small smile.

"Steven I lied that day. On Veteran's day. I did feel something from that kiss. I lied because I know you been annoyed that I've followed you everywhere and keep declaring my love for you. I know you not that type person but you deserve love Steven. As I told you before, you are worthy of love. I'm gonna go. I just wanted to tell you that. I thought you at least deserve to know," Jackie started to shed tears as she walking away from, until Hyde grabbed her hand.

"Why?" He asked. "Why did you kept this from me?" Jackie look back at him

"Because Steven you don't like me like the way I like you," She said as Hyde sighed.

"Jackie you're an annoying midget that likes to boss people around. You're very spoiled and very shallow," Jackie starts glaring at him, "but at the same time you do care about others then yourself. You could be nice when you want to and you aren't afraid to speak what's on your mind and that's what I like about you. You have this weird spell on me. Making me feel things I don't want to feel!" Jackie rose a brow.

"Steven what are you saying?" Hyde sighed.

"I'm saying I felt something too!" Jackie eyes widened.

"I lied as well because you said you didn't feel anything," Hyde said while rubbing his temples.

"Oh Steven I-" She didn't know what to say. She wanted to hear him say he felt something. That he likes her and all, but she started to feel guilty.

"I'm sorry." She apologized.

"For what?" Hyde questioned.

"For lying to you. If I didn't then you wouldn't have been upset with me," Hyde shook his head head no.

"Jackie it's all right. I guess I am sorry too. I should've told you sooner that I actually like you. I'm just not use to these things," Hyde said as Jackie moved closer to him.

"Where do we go from here?" Jackie asked.

"I'm not opposed to doing it," Jackie just laughed at him.

"You're a pig!" She playfully slap his shoulder as he grins and cups her face and kisses her. Jackie was surprised at first but return the kiss nonetheless. They break apart for air.

"Does this mean we are together?" Jackie asked.

"Details baby details," Hyde said and starts kissing her again and Jackie couldn't help but smile during the kiss.
