It was just a fine morning in the town of Tomodachia. All the villagers were busy with their lives, running shops, decorating homes... It was all going as clockwork as always. However, things were a bit different for the usually-perky Isabelle.

At the Town Hall, the pup was sleeping soundly at her desk. She had been working extra hard on various documents and was extremely tired after it all. She did it all because she wanted to get some extra work done... but also so she could coop herself up and remain away from others in fear of being taunted and mocked after the incident from just two weeks ago.

The door to the building opened and the brown-haired mayor stepped inside. "Isabelle? Are you in here?" Jack asked. He heard the shih tzu lightly snoring and walked over to the desk. "I... Isabelle?"

The dog's head slid off her arms and slammed against the table before she jolted awake. "Huh? O-Oh, hello, Mayor!"

"Good morning, Isabelle. But... why were you sleeping?" Jack asked.

"Huh?" Isabelle looked up at the clock, which read 10:30.

"How long ago did you arrive?"

She tiredly answered, "Uh... about... uh... 4 or 5-ish."

"And you were working that whole time?! Oh dear, no wonder you were asleep when I got here!" Jack exclaimed.

Isabelle slowly began shifting out of her spot. "Well, I just wanted to finish up some papers and-" As she stood up, she felt like she was stepping into a small, warm puddle. "Oh no..."

"Is something wrong?" Jack asked. He walked over and peered behind the desk.

At Isabelle's lower paws was a pale yellow puddle. Not only that, but her skirt had a stain on it, streaking down from her crotch. Jack knew exactly what had happened, but he didn't want to embarrass the poor girl. This had already happened once two weeks ago on the train and even once or twice in the office. He didn't want to have her go through the same turmoil as before.

He just sighed and innocently asked, "Iz, what's this? Did you spill lemonade on yourself or something again?"

Isabelle mumbled, "N-No... I..."

"Oh, well... What is it, then, floor cleaner?" Jack asked.

"I... I... I guess I... had an accident..." Isabelle whimpered. Tears began forming in her eyes as she had flashbacks to the train incident.

Jack sighed and asked her, "Do you know why this is happening? You've been having quite a few accidents at work lately, and I'm starting to get concerned."

"N-No, Mr. Jack... I... don't..." Isabelle sheepishly answered.

As Jack walked over to the door, he sighed and said, "Look, I'm gonna go out shopping. Just clean this up, and I'll be back later. Hopefully one of us figures something out."

"O... Okay... Mayor." Once she was sure he left, Isabelle grabbed a mop and proceeded to clean up the mess. It took a little while, but after she was done, she decided to work some more and get it out of her mind. Besides, she had something else to think about: what Jack would be out shopping for.

Meanwhile, Jack was wandering the streets of town, looking for the Able Sisters' shop. "Oy... Really gotta tell everyone to stop building this town like a maze! Who designed this place?! O-Oh, yeah... me... that's right..."

He finally found it and stepped inside, instantly being greeted by Mabel. "Welcome to Able Sisters, where- Oh, welcome Mr. Mayor! I wasn't expecting you to stop by today!"

"Thanks, Mabel. And, well, I need you to get something for me," Jack told her.

"Alright, shoot."

Jack blushed and said, "U-Um, well... I kinda want to keep the full picture a bit hush-hush for now, but, uh... I need some... um..." He mumbled a bit under his breath.

"Sorry, what was that?" Mabel asked. Jack repeated, a bit louder but still hard to make out. "You want... vipers? What are you saying?"

With an irritated groan, Jack spoke aloud, "I-I need to buy some diapers... in an... a-adult size..."

Mabel nodded her head. "Ohhhh... You want to buy diapers, okay! ...Wait, what was that last part?"

"Th-They're not for me! Just an... FYI..." Jack muttered.

"Well, who are they for?" Mabel asked.

Jack hesitated before answering, "You'll... You'll find out soon."

"Ooh, anticipation... Well, I can't wait!" Mabel looked through a few shelves before finding a package of extra-large diapers. "Here you go."

"Thanks." Jack paid her for the diapers and left the building. He took the soft package out of the bag and just stared at it for a while. He sighed, "Sorry, Isabelle, but... this is the only way."

Suddenly, Jack got another idea. He didn't think it would be right as a punishment for Isabelle's accidents, but it would still be pretty cute. She'd be in diapers anyway, better to go all or nothing. Unfortunately, he thought Mabel would see him as a weirdo not only for asking for that kind of stuff but also for coming back into the store less than a minute later. He decided to pull out his phone to call up someone he knew he could trust to help him.
