Sundown: A Twilight Fanfiction

Legal: I don't own Twilight, the characters, or the original work. I just own this fanfiction which is an AU. This is my first attempt to right from a female point of view and write sex so if things are wrong don't bitch just warn me or pint me to someone who would be willing to write the sex scenes. Also this starts with someone else taking over Bella's body but having her abilities as well as one of their own. Also the is Girl penis Bella.

Prologue: Death and Awakening

My story begins with death. How? I was mugged, shot, and left to bleed out in an alleyway. My name was Marcus Ryder. I was walking home from my office and decided to take a shortcut through an alley when I found myself at gun point. The gunner talked big and I though the was being a loud mouthed asshole but wouldn't shoot. I was wrong. I pissed him off and was shot in the chest. As I lay there bleeding out a voice asked "Would you like a second chance?" I nodded and coughed up a bubble of blood. They said "Even if it means giving up your current body for a form I need you to fill?" I nodded again and they said "You will still have some of your masculinity but mostly be feminine. You will awaken in a hospital. You will be revived under a new name, and honestly you won't be forced to do more than change the script as the girl the script was written for will be long gone. However you will have her abilities. Is this acceptable?"

I coughed out a simple and short "Yes." The voice chuckled and I said "Do it." The pain started to fade as did everything else as my eyes closed. When they opened again I found myself in a hospital bed. I sat up gasping then felt two additions on my chest. I reached up and grabbed them causing myself to gasp. I coughed and shook feeling the blood coating my chest again until the panic attack faded then muttered "What happened, was it all a dream?"

Someone walked into the room and said "Ah you're awake Miss Swan." I blinked confused and the person said "I'm Doctor Carmichael. I was there when you were brought in for a head injury. You've been in a coma for a few days now and we thought you may not ever wake up." I nodded slowly wondering about the Miss Swan comment until the girl whose body I inhabited memories flooded my mind. My new name was Isabella Swan. I was a hermaphrodite, I'd developed a masculine attitude from a young age but after puberty I'd become more feminine and hid my male traits instead of the other way around.

I was good at hiding things it appeared, I'd hidden the fact I'd been talking to my father Charlie Swan from my mother for the last six years. As little as two years ago my mom had hooked up with a guy named Phil. He was a baseball player I got along with and I was happy for him and my mom. Actually they were planning on going on tour with the team and wanted me to come along but I was determined to let my mom finally grow up and move in with Charlie. I didn't know why all this sounded familiar to a point though the hermaphrodite part wasn't really normal. I sighed and asked "Is my mom here Doctor Carmichael?" He nodded and I sighed in relief then asked "You do know about my...condition?"

He sighed and said "Yes Miss Swan I do. I had to warn a few nurse's about it and I talked to your doctor. The fact you are fully functioning in both male and female anatomy is amazing." I smiled sadly and he said "Of course it is odd that you don't have any problems with your body after puberty." I nodded remembering reading up that hermaphrodites had problems after puberty. He smiled and said "Ah well, shall I get your mother?" I nodded and he walked off as I continued reviewing my memories.

I was bi, which was fine because that was a hold over from my last life. I was five foot seven, had a rather sizable bust amazingly, and my shaft just resting in my panties was at least four or five inches long. I sighed and muttered "What the hell happened? Did I really die? Or was it a dream?" My old life's memories were fading. I really needed a smoke, or some weed either worked. I sighed and homed they would allow me to use medical marijuana because my mind was buzzing like a nervous wreck already. I sighed and muttered "Man if this is the stress my predecessor always dealt with I can see why she'd be so anxious about attention."

The doctor returned with my mother Renee and we smiled at each other then she tearfully embraced me saying "Are you alright baby?" I nodded into her shoulder as she cried stroking her back and hair. She smiled sadly and ran her fingers through my hair making me almost purr for some reason. She giggled and said "My little kitten." I snorted and let out a giggle. She smiled wiping her eyes and said "You sure you want to go to Forks in a week?"

I sighed and said "Yeah mom. I don't want to stand in the way of you and Paul's relationship. I'll deal trust me." She sighed and nodded then hugged me and I said "I mean I have a full four weeks before school starts so it'll give me three weeks to get to know the area and everything again." She laughed and I said "It's not funny I want to be prepared for the bullshit that is bad weather in Forks." She held back her giggles and ruffled my hair. I glared at her and she laughed. I sighed and asked "Can I go home Doctor Carmichael?"

The doctor smiled and said "One more day of observation then you can head home and relax." I nodded in acceptance and he laughed saying "You don't seem to really like hospital visits miss Swan." I snorted at that understatement. He chuckled and said "Would you like to stay the night Mrs. Swan." Renee nodded then corrected him on her last name as my stomach growled. He chuckled and said "Your mom can get you some food if you don't want to try the cafeteria fare, Miss Swan."

I nodded and mom laughed saying "I will get right on that. Want a burger?" I nodded salivating at the thought and she said "Alright I'll be back." I nodded and waved her off then laid back in bed. I figured I'd continue to browse my new body's memories in order to affirm myself as Bella Swan rather than Marcus Ryder. She chuckled and left as I closed my eyes.

Doctor Carmichael left the room after saying "I will let the nurse's know to check up on you throughout the night and you should be out of here by noon tomorrow. That good with you Miss Swan?" I nodded and he chuckled then said "Good I'll be out of your hair now." I nodded and started moving my body making sure everything worked even as I perused my new memories.

It appeared my host was a romantic. I had all sorts of memories of romance novels that I had never read in my old life, and for some reason felt a disturbing urge to be Juliette till I squashed it with the urge to be in charge. I knew my body's former occupant was strong but she just wanted to be taken care of for once after taking care of Renee since she was ten. That was seven long years for Christ's sake. I couldn't wait to get to Charlie's. I knew Renee would be fine in Phil's care otherwise I'd have tried to teach her to be self sufficient in the week I had left with her. I and Bella both loved her, my love a byproduct of Bella's but she was helpless not hopeless though. She just needed to get her head back on like she had when I was a child.

I could feel my past and present starting to merge so I started thinking of Bella as me rather than a separate entity. I watched myself, as I said after the start of the merge I felt I was Bella, going through the first two years of high school making occasional friends and having one girlfriend. We hadn't gotten past kissing because she moved away before we got serious. I chuckled to myself and thought "Ah well she probably wouldn't have been able to handle the whole hermaphrodite thing anyway." I stretched as I watched my early years with Renee and Charlie, then the move to Phoenix and turning into a little less tom boy and more mommy's girl. I remembered never liking dolls, but playing with them at Renee's insistence. I also remembered wanting to join the sport's teams which Phil encouraged. He'd help me get prepared for the softball team which I was thankful for though Charlie told me he didn't think Forks had a softball team, which sucked. I remembered my visits to Charlie and learning to fish from him as well as a little girl named Jade Black who I used to make mud-pies with.

I chuckled and muttered "Cute little girl," before continuing to browse my memories and actually starting to live them. I relived learning to drive from Renee. I also remembered getting into a fight with a guy who was picking on a girl for being a lesbian. I didn't like to stand out but I was pretty muscular and the softball team had my back. I had pounded him but took a few good hits myself then pretended to be a wallflower after the team suspended me. I knew they just were looking out cause we were close to the season championship but it had still hurt. Maybe I could get on the school's baseball team if it was co-ed.

I got out of bed to go pee and got my first good look at myself in the bathroom mirror. I knew I was about five foot seven, but I had a six pack, slight biceps, firm calves, a trimmed bush between my legs which were shaved, and yes the carpets matched the drapes. I ate quickly and finished my drink in about ten minutes. I looked at mom as I burped and said "You're a life saver mom." She chuckled and kissed my cheek then the two of us started talking about what led to my accident.

I explained that I'd tripped going down some stairs at the mall and that was the last I remembered. She laughed and said "Bells you need to be careful with how uncoordinated you are." I blushed and she said "Anyway I called Phil and he said it was fine I stay with you tonight. He also promised he'd be waiting for us at the house tomorrow. He said something about seeing if you want to play catch when you're feeling better." I chuckled and she patted my head. I glared and she said "Ah you're so cute Bella." I whined and shook her hand off then pouted. She laughed and said "See what I mean?" I sighed and looked away.

I sighed and said "So what's up Mom?" Unlike in the past I couldn't call mom Renee unless I was talking about her not too her. It didn't feel right. She chuckled and I said "Seriously, you could have left I just would have watched TV." She snorted and I said "What? I unless you brought me books I don't have anything else to do." She smirked and held up a bag of books which I squealed and hugged her over. She laughed and I said "You're the best mom." She giggled and ruffled my hair as I hugged her around the waist and she said "Alright lay back in bed." I did so and she snuggled up next to me. We watched some TV all the while talking amongst ourselves then went to sleep.

The following day we checked out at noon and I was driven home by Renee. We stopped to get Gelato on the way home. I got mixed berry, and she got some pineapple flavored as well as a cup of chocolate for Phil. When we arrived Phil helped me out of the car before taking his Gelato and heading into the kitchen where I followed him and mom followed me. We talked and I got to spend time with the two of them as the next week passed. That was how my week passed

The following Monday I boarded my first plane. I hugged mom and Phil then waved goodbye as I boarded the plane before listening to some music my carry on in the over head and my bag in the luggage compartment. The flight took a while then I had a three hour layover. I got something to eat, bought a book recommended by a friend in the airport's shops,, and boarded my second plane. This time I only had a one hour flight so I reminisced on Charlie and I's time together each time I'd come to Forks in the past. When the plane landed I stopped reminiscing and got up then walked off the plane and grabbed my bags. I saw my dad aka Charlie Swan, standing in the entrance of the Seattle Airport and I called out to him saying "HEY DAD!" He smiled when he saw me and I walked over.

We had an awkward hug then walked to his cruiser and I asked "Did you have to pick me up in the cruiser old man?" He laughed as we threw my bags in the trunk and got in. He backed out of the parking lot and we started the three hour drive home. Yes I said Forks was home. I had already thought of it that way after finding out Renee was leaving Phoenix so I decided to just accept it for what it was.

As we drove home Charlie said "I got a present for you when we get home, and I figured you could remodel your room. If you want any help don't hesitate to ask."

I smiled and said "Thanks Dad, but I think I can do it myself." He nodded and we just listened to the radio for the rest of the ride. When they got to the house Charlie got out and grabbed my bags and I walked inside behind him then took them up to my room while he asked if I wanted to go to the diner for dinner. I shrugged as I passed him and said "After I see my gift." He laughed knowing I was mostly kidding. I put my stuff in my flowery wall paper soft purple colored room. I walked downstairs and heard a sound of a car approaching the house. I smiled and said "That Jade and Billy?" He nodded and I said "Awesome."

He chuckled and said "I'm glad you think so. Jade's been ecstatic to hear you were moving in with me." I nodded and sat down in the living room as he got the door at the knock. I got up and walked over as he said "Hey Billy, hey Jade. Bella's here." I waved at the lanky girl with a moderate bust, brown eyes black hair, and that Native American reddish brown skin tone. She smiled at me blushing and dad said "Bella wants to see her present. You mind getting it for her Jade?" Jade nodded and walked off then I heard an old engine start up. Charlie glanced at me and said "I hope you like it Bells."

I smiled and said "Like what dad?" He just chuckled. I glared halfheartedly at him not telling me. He chuckled more and pointed outside as he wheeled Billy into the house. I walked out and saw a beat up old Chevy truck pull up. I blinked and said "IT'S AWESOME!" To me it was because I still had Marcus' love of old cars that he could tinker with. Jade got out and I said "Did you get started on this baby?" She nodded and I hugged her saying "Thanks Jade. It's awesome I can't wait to fix her up." She blushed and looked away mumbling a your welcome.

Charlie laughed and Billie said "Glad you like it Bella. Charlie said you might not be that enthused to have a truck but I told him if you were anything like your more boyish days, you'd love it. So what do you think?"

I grinned and asked "What do I think?" Charlie and Billy nodded and I said "I think it's awesome and I can't wait to get under the hood and fix her up. I'll have her in perfect shape by the time winter rolls around if I have my way." They laughed and I hugged both of them then said "How about I cook something for the four of us?"

Billy laughed and said "We'd love to stay but sadly we have to get home. Jade doesn't need to stay out all the time and I need to get back to reservation business being an elder and all." I nodded and hugged him again then told Charlie I'd be happy to go to the diner if he didn't want me to cook.

Charlie laughed and said "I think we should go to the diner Bells, I don't exactly have a lot to work with in the house. You can go grocery shopping tomorrow then you can go to the library and everything else you want to do." I nodded knowing I'd visit the local auto parts store for the tools I'd need to work on my truck. Charlie smiled and helped Billy into his car then Jade drove her father and herself home after showing her permit to dad. I chuckled thinking "Classic Charlie, has to always be the chief first your friend second. I can't blame him though he is the most important person the town has when it comes to law enforcement."

Charlie and I climbed into the cruiser and drove to the local Diner where we both got our fair share of greasy diner food and had a cup of coffee. I had caramel added to mine while Charlie liked his black. I glanced at him and said "So what's your plans for tomorrow dad?"

He chuckled and said "Work Bells, just work." I nodded and the two of us started talking baseball. He laughed when I told him about my time as a pitcher then shook his head and gave me the look, that look you never wan to see on your parent's face when you did something wrong, when I told him about being suspended from the team at the end of the year. I sighed and said "He was calling a girl a dyke bitch Charlie. You know I can't stand that shit. I know I shouldn't have hit him but he deserved it. I would do it all over again if it meant showing that asshole the wasn't able to treat a lady like that."

He sighed and said "Try not to get into any fights here, alright Bells?" I nodded but made no promises. He knew that was the best he was going to get and changed the subject asking "So, what do you think of town now that you're back?" I shrugged and he said "A new family moved in last year." I raised an eyebrow and he said "Doctor Cullen and his kids are good people. I think you'd like them. They all seem to be well behaved and respectful." I nodded humming and finished my fries.

He chuckled and I said "So, any of my old friends get arrested?" He laughed at that and I said "I'm serious, did anyone I know get arrested for anything?" He shook his head and I sighed muttering "Dang, I was hoping for some juicy stories." I stretched and said "Well I'm done. I'll wait for you in the cruiser while you catch up with everyone." He nodded and I walked outside then climbed into the cruiser and started listening to my music on my phone singing along. I hummed to a few songs as Charlie walked out then shut off my music and put my headphones in my hoodie pocket. He sat next to me in his uniform and I studied him. Charlie was middle aged, had a black mustache, salt and pepper hair, brown eyes like me, slightly tan skin which was weird with Forks' weather, and was wearing his police uniform. He had a slight gut and bags under his eyes I figured it was from eating unhealthily the last few years and only wasn't worse because he was constantly moving around for work.

We drove home and I got out then walked up and took a shower. I didn't touch myself though I had a case of serious blue balls, and my shaft was aching, then I got dressed in a flannel and jogger pants with deep pockets. I laid in bed turning my music on and went to bed knowing this was my new life and actually quite happy with it.

Author's note: I hope you enjoyed the story so far. I described Bella's body somewhat but what she's wearing will be described more in later chapters as well as her full physique.
