I swear, this was just for fun.

I swear.

"Places, everyone, places!"

"I've got makeup going on, here!"

"Is everyone in their costumes?"

"Prepare scene one!"

Yakko and Minerva stand in front of a green screen. They both know that in the final product, it'll show up as a beach.

"Remember your lines, people!"

"Camera rolling in five, four, three, two..."

A copy of the Metro-Goldwin Meyer logo pops up on the camera screen, except instead of a lion in the center, Wakko is there. He pulls out a mallet and slams it onto the logo, making it fall away to reveal the letters "WB." Wakko giggles, then hops out of the frame and gives the camera a big kiss.

The director points at Yakko and Minerva, who are holding hands and watching each other's faces. The camera turns to them.

"Oh, DannYakko, I've just had the most wonderful time this summer!" Minerva exclaims.

"So have I, Sanerva," Yakko tells her. Minerva turns to look the green screen behind her, a look of sadness on her face.

"DannYakko, I have to go back to Guatemala at the end of summer," she says. She faces Yakko again. "Do you think we'll ever see each other again?"

"Sooner than you think," Yakko mutters. He shoots a knowing look at the camera when the director isn't paying attention. He gives Minerva his full attention again and tells her, "Don't worry about it. I'm sure we'll see each other again soon."

The two lean in for a kiss, but, at the last moment, Yakko, in true Warner fashion, turns to the camera.

"Cue the scene change!" he exclaims.

"Cut!" shouts the director. He gives Yakko a stern look.

"Stick to the script," he says. Yakko rolls his eyes, but Plotz is watching the production.

"Now, Mr. Director, it wouldn't be a parody of Grease with the Warners if they didn't... ADJUST... the script a tiny bit," he said. He had been filming with the Warners longer than the new director had. He knew what they were up against.

The director sighs. He waves his finger in the air in a circular motion and shouts "next scene!"

Yakko, Runt, Pinky, and Brain are waiting in a recreation of a parking lot. There's a real bonfire in the distance, and the studio lights are dimmed to make it seem like nighttime.

"In this scene, you guys are waiting for Wakkenickie to show up in his new car," says the director. Yakko and Brain nod, but Pinky is confused.

"How's he gonna do that, NARF?" Pinky asks. Brain sighs and facepalms.

"It's called Hollywood special effects, Pinky," he says. Pinky is still confused.

"So... he's not gonna show up in a real car?" he asks. Brain stares at him with a deadpan expression.

"I'm going to have to hurt you, Pinky," he says.

"Ready? Five, four, three, two..."

Yakko clears his throat.

"Hey guys, so, where's Wakkenickie?" he asks Runt.

"Duh, I thought he was gonna show up in a car?" he asks.

"CUT!" shouts the director. Yakko starts laughing while Dot and Rita walk over.

"Runt, why don't you just read the script?" Rita suggests. Runt pauses for a moment then smiles really big.

"Oh, yeah, that makes sense! Yous a smart dog, Rita!"

Rita looks at the director, who seems a bit confused.

"I won't tell him if you don't," Rita tells him. The director shakes his head to get back into the game.

"Alright, people, one more try!" he calls. He sits in his chair.

"Action!"

"Hey guys, so, where's Wakkenickie?" Yakko asks again.

"He said he was gonna be here soon, NARF!" Pinky tells him. Wakko runs up to the group with his tongue sticking out.

"Helloooooooo nurse!" he says. Yakko tilts his head to the side in confusion.

"Uh, Wak?" he asks. Wakko looks at him.

"Yes?"

"Where's the car?" Yakko asks. The director sighs and the cameraman gets the message. He turns off the camera.

"It's in my pocket," Wakko says, patting his pocket.

"It says in the script that you're supposed to drive the car up," Yakko says. Wakko is confused.

"How am I supposed to do that?" he asks. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a toy car. "It's too small."

"One more time, from the top," sighs the director.

Dot, Minerva, Rita, and Hello Nurse are sitting on a pink-sheeted bed in front of a pink wall with a bunch of pictures on it. The pictures are of The Warner siblings, Rita and Runt, Pinky and the Brain, Mindy and Buttons, and even Mime-Time. Dot is playing with Minerva's hair.

"Oh, Sanerva," says Dot, still engrossed in Minerva's hair. "You should really wear earrings. I could pierce your ears for you if you want!"

"Oh, no, that's okay," Minerva says nervously.

"You should let her," says Rita, licking her paw. "Dottie is the best at what she does."

Dot sighs angrily and crosses her arms.

"CUT!" she shouts. Mr. Director sighs.

"Now what?"

"Couldn't you change my character's name?" Dot demands. "I hate being called 'Dottie'."

"I'm sorry, Dot," says the director. "But we can't change the script this late into recording."

Dot huffs and glares at the floor. Yakko and Wakko are watching from the sidelines and stand up, making their way over to Dot.

"Oh, Dot," says Yakko. "You know, you're really cute when you're angry."

"A babba dabba dooba do wah, she's cute!" The two older siblings sing. Dot pulls a mallet out of her hammerspace and smacks them with it.

"Let's just hurry up and get this scene over with," she demands.

Yakko is standing on a baseball field with a baseball bat. He's standing at home base wearing a white shirt with red sleeves and a red baseball cap. He pulls down the lid and gets into a swinging stance.

The pitcher is aiming the ball at the catcher, hoping to get Yakko three strikes.

The pitcher throws the ball, but Yakko swings upward hard and hits a home run. Yakko groans and throws the bat down in annoyance.

"Ah, shoot!"

"That was a nice hit, Yakko," Wakko says.

"Going, going... gone!" exclaims Dot. She sees her brother's upset expression and pats him on the shoulder. "Better luck next time, Yakko."

"Couldn't we just get someone else to do this scene?" Yakko asks Mr. Director. "I keep hitting home runs!"

"Sorry, Yakko," says the director. "We just have to find a way to make you miss the ball."

Slappy walks up followed closely by Skippy.

"I got an idea," she says. Yakko and Mr. Director look at each other and shrug. Yakko gets back into position on the base while Slappy whispers something to the pitcher, who nods.

Yakko exhales and prepares to swing. When the ball is tossed, he swings as hard as he can, but the ball moves to avoid the bat. Yakko, shocked, swings again, but the ball dodges a second time. He swings again, but this time, the ball goes behind him and hits him on the back of the head. Yakko growls and pulls out his mallet, slamming the ball into the ground.

"Eh, good enough for me," says the director. "Next scene!"

Dot, Yakko, Minerva, Wakko, Rita, Runt, Hello Nurse, Brain, and Pinky are at the restaurant. Yakko looks uncomfortable, but Minerva looks totally at ease.

"So, Sanerva," Yakko says. He's trying to ignore everyone around him.

"Yes?" Minerva asks. Yakko opens his mouth to ask something, but he's interrupted by Dot, who starts shouting.

"Wakko, stop it! You're not supposed to eat that!"

"But I'm hungry!"

"Cut!" yells Mr. Director. He gives Wakko a stern loook.

"Wakko, we just ate an hour ago," he says.

"But I'm still hungry," Wakko complains. He grabs his stomach in what appears to be pain. "I need something in my tummy."

"I gotcha covered, Wak," Yakko says. His shy demeanor from earlier is gone, yet he speaks with a speed that makes everyone wonder if his nerves were part of his act or not. Yakko pulls out a sack and tosses it to Wakko, who smiles and stuffs his face inside.

"He's been storing food in there for years," Yakko explains. "He should be good for another two hours."

The director sighs and takes a sip of his coffee. He's getting gray hairs from working with these Warners.

"Alright, people, let's reshoot," he calls.

Yakko is in a gymnasium designed to look like a school dance with Minerva. The two are just standing around, socializing. Dr. Scratchnsniff gets up on stage holding a piece of paper.

"Um... I cannot read any of dis, so... enjoy ze dance!"

Scratchnsniff runs off the stage, leaving the audience to cheer and start dancing. Yakko and Minerva get into the swing of things.

"Who did they say plays Cha-Cha again?" Yakko murmurs to Minerva, but she just shrugs. Yakko feels something grip his leg and he looks down.

"Aww, cute little puppy-head!" giggles Elmyra. Yakko screams at the top of his lungs and shakes her off, running out the gymnasium doors and down the road.

The director sighs.

"Restart the scene," he says. "Let's see if we can't get a double in here."

"Hey, where'd the cute puppy-head go?" Elmyra asks. "I wanna squeeze him to pieces!"

"Wait... I've got a better idea," says Slappy, who has been named assistant director. "Let's keep it."

The boys are waiting in the ditch labeled "Plunder Road." Wakko is sitting in a blue and white 1957 Chevy Roadster with the top down. Yakko is standing beside the driver's door, looking around in wonder. Pinky, Brain, and Runt are standing out to the side, cheering them on.

"Guys, the scene hasn't even started yet," Yakko says to them. They don't stop cheering though.

"I wonder who it's going to be?" Wakko asks Yakko, who shrugs.

"No idea, Wak. They said it was gonna be a special guest," Yakko tells him. Runt and Pinky gasp dramatically, and Yakko and Wakko turn to see none other than-

"Bugs Bunny?!" The two siblings exclaim together.

"Eh, wassup Docs?" Bugs asks. Wakko is bouncing in his seat with excitement.

"Alright, guys, let's try and get this in one take," says Mr. Director. Bugs hops into a red Asardo and pulls up beside the Warners, Lola Bunny in the passenger's seat.

"Five, four, three, two..."

Yakko clears his throat. He leans close to Wakko, nervous expression plastered onto his face.

"You sure about this, Wakkenickie? Bugs is the best racer out there," he says. Wakko waves an indignant hand.

"I'll be fine, Dannyakko. I'm a little scared, though," Wakko tells him. Bugs pulls up to their car.

"So, which of ya is racin me?" he asks. Yakko looks from Bugs to Wakko and gets a determined look in his eye. Wakko gulps and opens his mouth to answer, but Yakko interrupts whatever he's about to say.

"I'll do it," he says. Wakko is staring at him in shock, but Bugs just shrugs.

"Meh, whatever."

"And... cut!" shouts Mr. Director. He's smiling. "I can't believe we did that on our first try!"

"We're naturals," Yakko says. Bugs shakes his hand.

"Nice job, kid. Can't wait for the race," he says. Yakko smiles at him.

"Tha-wait a minute, we aren't actually racing, right?"

Bugs walks off to grab something to drink, leaving a chuckling Wakko and an exasperated Yakko.

"Are we actually gonna race?! I can't race a car! Wait a minute!"

The boys (sans Wakko, who isn't in this particular scene) are hanging out at the carnival when Pinky starts laughing hysterically.

"Look-NARF!-it's Minerva! I've never seen her wear an outfit like that-POIT!"

The boys all turn to her. According to the script, Yakko is supposed to be speechless while everyone else throws compliments at her.

Instead, Wakko is by Yakko's side in an instant. Both their tongues are sticking out and they're both panting.

"HELLOOOOOOOOO NURSE!" they exclaim. Yakko jumps into Minerva's arms and gives her a big kiss on the cheek. He looks directly at the camera.

"I love this parody," he says. He gives Minerva another kiss, except this time, she turned her head at the last second so they were making lip contact.

Dot walks up to the camera and rolls her eyes right in front of it.

"Boys," she says, crossing her arms. "Go fig."

"And that's a wrap!" shouts the director. He sighs and wipes the sweat off his forehead. He turns to see the Warners, who are all passed out, asleep. With a small smile, he picks them up and climbs up the Water Tower, putting them in their beds and closing the massive door behind him. Tomorrow, they would get to watch the final production. For now, he was EXHAUSTED.
