The final chapter is here...

Space, Star Destroyer:

Revan, Ahsoka and Rex all watched as their former allies continued to cut the door. "How are we gonna get out of here?" the commander asked before putting his helmet on. "I have an idea." she replied. "Which is...?" he asked while readying his pistols.

"Just set those things to stun. We're not trying to kill anyone." she replied, rubbing her wrist that was shot earlier as he did as she said. "Not if we can help it." Revan added. "Tell that to them." he said as the clone's cutter got closer to each other at the top.

"They're almost through." the clone warned as he took aim at the door. "Wait. Wait." she said before the door was completely cut. "Now!" she exclaimed before Force-pushing the door. A few clones got knocked out by it before Rex stunned the ones that entered the doorway.

Upon exiting the room, the two ex-Jedi started deflecting blaster fire while Rex fired back with stun blasts.

"R7. Find us a path out of here." Ahsoka told the droid as she and the other two continued what they were doing. The droid beeped and a few seconds later one the blast doors closed before Rex stunned the last two clones.

"Alright. Now what?" Rex asked as his friends sheathed their sabers and R7 beeped. "The escape pods have been destroyed. Taking a shuttle is our best bet." she replied before walking down the corridor with Revan and the droids trailing behind. "The boys are having a rough time of it. Did you hear Maul also escaped?" the clone asked.

"He didn't escape, we let him free." she replied. "What? Why?" he asked, sounding surprised. "Diversion. Come on!" she said urgently before rounding a corner.

'Why do I feel like we're forgetting something?'

The group stumbled a bit as the ship shook and panels short-circuited around them while they ran down the corridor towards the hanger control room. "I don't like the sound of that." Rex said before they entered the room

Rex stunned two officer as Revan and Ahsoka Force-pushed the other two. "The hanger bay doors are sealed and they've got everything locked down. If they weren't trying to kill us, I'd be proud." Rex said as Ahsoka tried disabling the lock-down from from one of the consoles.

"R7, start unlocking the doors on bay 12." she said after turning to him. With an affirmative beep rolled off towards the right side of the room. "Cheep, prep the shuttle." she said to the C1 droid before looking at G-G. "G-G, find out what happened to this ship." she said before going back to the console.

A few minutes passed before G-G beeped. "What do you mean, the hyperdrive is offline?" Rex asked him before the beeped in reply. "Destroyed? It's completely gone?" he asked, sounding confused before a warning sound came over one of the console's.

The three humanoids looked at a small screen. "We're caught in that moon's gravitational field." Rex said grimly. "R7, open the main hanger doors." she told the droid before he rotated his dome to look at her and beep.

The three looked out the viewport and watched as the massive hanger bay doors opened to reveal them being pulled nose-first towards the moon. "We need to get out of here." Revan said.

"Any luck with those doors?" Rex asked R7 as the droid remained plugged in. "And the shuttle?" Ahsoka asked before the smaller hanger doors started opening. "There's our ticket." Revan said as he pointed to the shuttle. Unfortunately as more doors opened, dozens of clones started running out into the main hanger.

"They were waiting for us." Rex said as the clones lined up in rows with Jesse leading them. "So what do we do? Fight our way to the shuttle?" the commander asked. "There are too many. Besides, I don't want to hurt them." Ahsoka replied, with a sad expression.

"I hate to tell you this, but they don't care. This ship is going down, and those soldiers, my brothers, are willing to die and take you, me and Revan with them!" he snapped before Ahsoka walked up to him and gently took his helmet off.

Two tear trails ran down from the clone's eyes before he looked at the ground. "You're a good soldier, Rex." she said softly while placing a hand gently on his shoulder. "So is every one of those men down there." Revan added.

"They may be willing to die, but I am not the who is going to kill them." she said softly as her husband stood beside her and nodded in agreement while their friend remained silent for a moment. "So we're just going to surrender? Admit defeat? Is that it?" he asked. "No." she replied. "Well I don't see any other option." he said.

Still holding his helmet, Ahsoka walked up to the console and at the clones. "I have an idea." she said as Rex gave her a skeptical look. "Don't worry, it's a good one..." she said before handing him his helmet then dropping to one knee in front of the droids.

"Can I count on the three of you?" she asked them before getting affirmative beeps in reply. "Good, I'll explain on the way." she said before the group exited the room.

The group made a small detour to pick up the couple's son before heading back to the hanger.

"Hold you fire!" Rex called out as he escorted his 'prisoners' towards Jesse and the others. "I said hold your fire, Jesse. I have the situation under control." Rex said as Jesse and the clones took aim.

Revan held the sleeping infant closer under his robes while making it look like he was simply folding his arms. 'Hopefully they don't notice the lump in my robes...'

"You have your orders, sir now execute it, or I will." Jesse replied as he and the other clones made no move to lower their blasters.

"The order was to execute the Jedi for treason against the Republic. The problem is Ahsoka Tano and Revan are no longer Jedi. Haven't been for some time." the commander explained before Jesse and a few other clones lowered their blasters a bit.

"Sir, you said yourself were under special order from Darth Sidious to eliminate, those two and any other clone who disobeys Order 66." Jesse replied. "Just keep him talking a little bit longer." Ahsoka said, lowering her voice so that only Revan and Rex could hear her.

"Jesse. Jesse, listen to me. We've known each other a long time. If we don't get this right, we will be the ones committing treason, not them." the clone commander said. Jesse lowered his guns for a moment in thought before pointing them forward.

"Commander Rex, your in violation of Order 66. I accuse you of treason against the Grand Army of the Republic. You'll be demoted in rank from commander and subject to execution along with the traitors, Ahsoka Tano and Revan." Jesse declared.

"Ready?" the Togruta asked them quietly. "Eh. I never much liked being a commander anyway." Rex replied before the hanger elevators dropped, knocking out most of the clones.

Ahsoka ran up to Jesse before ducking under blast then Force-pushing him so that he fell to the bottom of the first elevator. Ahsoka Force-pushed another after Rex tossed her sabers over to her. The Togruta blocked a few bolts from another trooper before Rex stunned him.

After Force-pushing one into an elevator, Revan noticed Maul out of the corner of his eye. "Shit! It's Maul!" he warned Rex and Ahsoka before the three took off after the Zabrak.

Just as Ahsoka closed in he turn around and started some nearby crates at her. "You wanted this chaos." he snarled before she jumped over the last one and nearly chopped his head off.

The renegade Sith Force-pushed so hard that when she landed, not even stabbing her sabers in the ground kept her from from sliding into one of the elevators. Luckily G-G managed to shoot a cable for her to grab.

Unfortunately the clones inside that elevator started to regain consciousness before opening fire on them. "Rex, gun." Revan said before clone handed him one and they kept trying to stun the other clones.

After a tense minute, Ahsoka managed to pull herself out before they noticed the shuttle about to exit the hanger. "The shuttle!" she exclaimed urgently before close enough to it to use Force.

Even though he wanted to help her, Revan knew couldn't risk their kid's life and instead watched as struggled to pull the shuttle back. A few seconds later, the Force-grip she had on the shuttle started dragging her with it before Rex caught one of her wrists to try keeping her from getting pulled any further.

"Incoming." he warned as he and Revan kept trying to stun clones. Unfortunately the pull from Maul trying to fight Ahsoka's grip became to much and Rex was forced to let go. Rolling over to them, R7 let out a scared beep that was abruptly cut off as blaster bolt blew a hole in his dome.

Revan managed to stun two more before Rex was suddenly shot in the chest. Luckily if not for his armor, he would be dead. "Can't hold them off! Too many of them!" he warned before Ahsoka suddenly let go of the shuttle so she could defend Rex, her husband an their child.

Unfortunately they soon started to become overwhelmed by the endless waves of clones. Revan cried out in pain as a bolt suddenly hit him on the right thigh before dropping to one knee, fortunately he managed to keep Anakin safe and from moving too much.

Seeing her husband in pain and that they were becoming overwhelmed, Ahsoka used the Force and her sabers to cut a hole around them. "Oh, shit..." Revan mumbled before the circular platform they were now on, fell into the starship bay of the ship.

The young man was glad he managed to keep standing when they landed before checking on his son. 'Still sleeping? Heh, that's my son alright.'

Unfortunately all the clones that were knocked out earlier by the elevators dropping were now conscious and taking aim at them. "Blast them!" Jesse ordered before he and the other clones opened fire.

Rex and Revan returned fire with stun blasts while Ahsoka deflected the clone's bolts for a minute before elevators suddenly rose, taking most of the clones with them. "Thank you, G-G." Revan said with a relieved sigh as he stunned another clone.

With only four clones left, Ahsoka jumped into the middle of them before using the Force to knock them out. "Nothing. Everything down here's under maintenance." Rex said as checked a few bays.

"There!" Ahsoka said, pointing to a Y-wing before blaster fire came from their right. Both men started returning with stun blasts while Ahsoka deflected any bolts that came near. "Get me over there." Rex said before she and Revan covered him while he ran to the ship.

Turning around for a second, Ahsoka gave Rex a Force-push to help him to the ship before taking a blaster bolt to the shoulder blade. Even though she was unhurt, her husband was still mad and picked up the clone who shot her with the Force before throwing him into a nearby wall pretty hard, not caring if he was alive or not.

The couple continued deflecting and shooting even as it became difficult when the elevator in front of them lowered with more clones on it. Ahsoka cried out and dropped to one knee as a bolt hit her in the leg. Revan sighed in relief to see her armor had kept her safe before glancing at his pants. 'Ballistic pants, my ass.'

A few minutes later the ship suddenly started to tilt and send clones sliding down towards the nose. "Come on!" Rex said urgently after the couple stopped themselves from sliding any further.

The ex-Jedi pushed themselves to their feet and ran towards the Y-wing before jumping. Unfortunately the ship was dropped out of the bay and was thrown away by the force of the wind.

The couple fell through the sky for a minute before Rex suddenly appeared near them. Shifting their weight, they moved towards the ship and managed to grab on. Unfortunately however, the turbulence from still being in the atmosphere caused Ahsoka to lose her.

"No!" Revan exclaimed in horror. "Shit!" he cursed under his breath before gently putting his son in the back gunner seat then closing the cockpit. Rex brought the ship towards one of the Destroyer's engines falling behind and brought them close to where Ahsoka was currently running down it.

The Togruta jumped off the end and started free-falling as Rex brought the Y-wing in front of her. Keeping one hand on the ship so he wouldn't fly off, the young man reached out towards his wife's hand with his mechanical one.

"Gotcha!" he exclaimed upon finally grabbing her hand. Once he helped her onto the ship, the young man opened the cockpit before reaching down to grab their son and hand him to her. Revan closed the cockpit after she climbed in and sat in his lap. "We're in, Rex." he said over the Y-wing's comm.

The clone quickly pulled the ship away from the falling Destroyer before heading off into the clouds.

"I'm so glad you're safe... For a few minutes there I was worried we'd lose you..." Revan whispered to his wife while gently laying one hand on their son. "You'll never lose me, and I'll never lose you." she whispered back while turning her head head as far as she could so he see the soft smile on her face.

Unidentified moon, Venator crash site:

Revan and Ahsoka looked at the makeshift graveyard of the troopers that died in the crash. Each grave had a stick with that clone's helmet on it.

Ahsoka held up her shoto and looked at it for a few seconds of silence before dropping it on the ground. Freeing one hand from holding his son, Revan gently wrapped his mechanical arm around his wife's shoulders as they silently mourned their fallen friends...

The Force is strong in my family...

My ancestors had it...

My son has it...

I have that power too...

I am the descendant of Revan...

And my story is far from over...

There it is... The final chapter... Almost five years in the making finally done...
